I can typically walk in, complete my shopping, and exit quickly, making for a consistently efficient and pleasant experience. The website is user-friendly, allowing me to place orders easily from my computer or mobile device. I would rate it five stars except I'm a bit disappointed by the limited vape selection; it doesn't vary much and tends to feature the same products. Prices are competitive and often equal to or lower than other stores in the area. Frequent sales help save money, making this a cost-effective option. Staff greets me warmly each time, and I've never had to wait in long lines; usually, I wait no longer than five to ten minutes. Parking is ample and free, with a large lot conveniently located just off the boulevard, making accessibility quick and straightforward.

Been a couple of months since I've been here. They have changed the place and made it more pleasant. A very comfortable environment. I was impressed. Ordered online so my product was all ready. Jason called me over and had me ready to go in less than 5 minutes. Jason was very nice and made sure I was good to go. Justin was a huge help, and I also had payment issue, due to recently getting A new debit card, and they offer this new way to pay called aeropay, and it connects directly to your bank account. Also, you don't get charged the $3 fee for using a debit card. Win/win! Thanks again!

If Milo ever leaves this location I will follow him wherever he goes! I tell all my friends and family to go to Welsh Road and specifically ask for him! He is the best☺️

I absolutely adore the team at Tremont Zen Leaf. From my first visit I was made to feel comfortable. The staff at Tremont are amazing!! They all have excellent knowledge of cannabis and will take time to help you find products that meet your needs. I know when I visit this Zen Leaf I’m going to be greeted warmly. I’m told right away about any specials or new products they’ve gotten in.As I’ve been coming here for a few years I feel like this location is my home base. I enjoy interacting with the staff and if I ever have a question or concern I feel totally comfortable talking to anyone at this location. They can't even respond to your emails stay away!!!! The woman couldn't find me in the computer, it was my first time there. Ten minutes into it, oh that's why I can't find you? Bald guy working there in the back was just as high. I went to pick up my product, and I left without my sale and I preordered it!!!! I went to find my order and he couldn't find it. Mind you I had an order number and email that I showed him. He finally found it. I then said hey I want to pay with card, then he starts saying checking and savings account etc. Why do I want to involve my checking or savings account???? Then he finally says it has to be debit, no charge? Um it's Visa backed it's 2025. Btw we charge 5 but we give you 2.50 in cash back. I can't wait til that loophole is closed Way too high to function properly in a work space. Ended up leaving with nothing and going a block over to Grant Ave which was two minutes away. NO PROBLEMS. First and last time at Zenleaf. Go up the street, much better and quicker service. Btw I'm not interested in a cookie cutter email is or call us response. Never again, too many out there to choose from now. Oh and update, I emailed you guys and of course no reply except for this cookie cutter reply. Go up the street to Grant Ave., it was cheaper and no issues at all!

Best dispo in the area and surrounding areas. I've tried most, and this one by far surpassed them all. Price wise, sales, atmosphere, product, and employees are all top tier. They ALWAYS greet you from the second you walk in each door. (There's three lol) only dispo to truly make me never feel uncomfortable in what can sometimes be a very confusing process.

I sent this company an email a couple months back explaining how their lack of sales and competitive prices are not giving them a chance to succeed at certain locations. Instead of ignoring my email, the people in charge of this company took my advice and began having good sales a week after my email and for months up to this point. I am happy to know that this is a company that listens to the customers . Also, the on the rocks live rosin I bought from here the first time many months ago was dark and tasted awful . It was probably the worst live rosin I had in the program . But, this past weekend , I decided to give them another shot because the price was right with the sale , and terps were high on the wedding cake . I must say, coincidentally , this has been some of the best live rosin in the program. Hopefully you can work off that and consistently have a good product now !Also, please make sure to refrigerate your live rosin concentrate and cartridges. Most of the other dispensaries in the area do so, and it's for a good reason . In live rosin products specifically , the terps break down at room temperature so the product loses potency overtime .

So I went to this location about two weeks ago and the person that attended me checked my bank account balance without me knowing and totally violated my privacy. I called and spoke to a manager to look into it, and nobody ever called me back. How I found out is that my bank charged me three dollars to check my account balance, that I was never aware of. I never check my account balance. When I go back, that guy better not be working there and he should be fired. I plan on suing for violation of my privacy.

My very first experience in a dispensary. People are friendly and helpful. Ultra modern minimalist decor in waiting area. Dispensary area is like a bar with a dozen or so cashiers who assist you with a tablet to peruse the menu and give advice or suggestions. Maybe some bar stools in there would be nice? And because it was my first time I got 20% off, AND because I'm a senior I got an additional 10% off. Woo hoo. Can't beat that with a stick. I'll be back.
