Their online site has been unusable for close to 3 months now. It will not let you sort or filter anything. How could a big company let something so simple as having a functioning website go undressed for so long. I have brought it up in store several times and have been told "we're working on it." Any time I have to order in person it takes twice as long. Nowadays its much easier to just go somewhere else.

I've enjoyed the products, but the overall atmosphere at this location is unprofessional and deeply unwelcoming. The condescending and rude behavior of several white staff members, especially compared to the friendly and professional People of Color on the team, creates an uncomfortable experience. The discrimination I witnessed tonight was disgusting. Until management addresses the toxic culture and attitudes at this specific store, I'll be taking my business to a friendlier, more inclusive dispensary like Beyond Hello. This place is too white, no thanks.

Very Disappointed on today’s interaction with Ms. Andrea an older bud tender with pink hair, complained about her job being too much work after I couldn’t afford all of my psych medication ( I made two orders ). Concentrates are very expensive and I’m sorry I wasn’t able to make my whole purchase. I am also a patient care giver and this interaction is upsetting. You should be sad that I couldn’t afford to afford my medical needs and not angry at your job. Medical cannabis is a medical field. She should be thankful and grateful ,she’s able to help heal the sick. I recently applied to this location and I’d bring a better attitude just saying.

I essentially ran from 8th and Market to 13th and Arch just to get to this dispensary. I got there in 5 minutes and arrived at the dispensary at 7:57 p.m. they let me in but I was not checked in yet. While I was waiting to get checked in, I asked to go to the bathroom (I was soaked in sweat). I came out of the bathroom at 8:01. A lady and a man were waiting for me and they told me that they were closed; and unless I knew exactly what I wanted, I couldn't get anything. I asked if I had time to browse and they said no.If it was a problem for me to get any service past 8:00 p.m., I shouldn't have been let in at 7:57 to begin with. Obviously it's going to take a few minutes for me to receive my product so I wouldn't have been served before 8:00pm anyway. I took less than 2 minutes in the bathroom and they didn't allow me to get my medical needs met. I'm almost certain if I was of their complexion or caliber they would have had no problem accommodating me. It's fine, I won't be spending my money at another Truleive location in the future. I will continue to visit Ethos or Beyond Hello where I've never had poor customer service, even if I'm running late.

I love this shop for the most part. I come back every week because it’s quick easy and simple. Yesterday was frustrating as I went out of my way to come to my favorite shop and they didn’t correctly communicate that they were closed due to flooding. The online site said they couldn’t take online orders because of order volume. I arrived to be turned away but no harm no foul for the most part. However when I arrived again today, the energy was cold and standoffish. The older white woman with pink hair was especially rude and I even tried to apologize for potentially upsetting her by not paying enough attention as I was standing at the wrong register waiting (the registers were not numbered but she made it clear I should have been at register 2). She told me I was being extra and rolled her eyes. I just don’t feel like customers deserve that kind of energy. I didn’t disrespect anyone. I did ignore her when she asked if I wanted a bag after being rude but at that point I was just don’t communicating with rudeness. Sorry that yall got flooded, it’s a real shame and I empathize but it doesn’t excuse rude service from staff or management.

A (tru)ly great dispensary. The menu is varied and never gets too old. Management is always professional and courteous. The budtenders are consistently friendly and gracious with the service they provide. Plus, the place is always clean inside and outside... it's greatly appreciated to be welcomed into a clean and safe space, it puts you at ease and allows you an efficient experience. The consistency though is what keeps me coming back and it is so refreshing to see people take pride in their work and culture.... Also, the playlist is always right. Philly's Finest.

Good place reasonable prices. I like the gram live sauce carts and the 5mg remedy pills. The carts last 7 days and I hit it constantly and take 4 to 8 pills a day depending on my pain and yeah I must say I'm pleased.

I accompanied a friend who had just recently gotten their medical marijuana card, and the staff inside Trulieve were amazing. My only complaint is being as though it was my friend’s first time being in a dispensary, I was hoping he would have the same experience I did my first time. Unfortunately he did not. They didn’t really explain anything to him. In fact I was the one who went through each type of product and explained what it’s used for etc.Other than that, they were great.

I just want to say, and I hate to refer to him in this way, but the gentleman that works there with the dreads is your best employee. He is well informed about all the products there, and is always able to help me with all my questions whenever I shop a lot of times I come there and end up spending all my money because he knows the products that well I hope you guys treat him well and give him plenty of opportunities for career growth within your company because he’s the best you got. Thanks again for a great experience. I am in college for medical cannabis, so I also am well informed and I recognize good people in the industry when I see them. Thanks again.
