Disabled veteran who forget meds on way to Phillies game. Stopped there and the vibe was helpful and chill right away. Asked me what I needed and provided it with kindness and expertise. Was in and out quickly despite first time visitor. MVP as I was still able to get to the game in time before opening ceremonies. Their suggestion in strain and efficiency allowed me to enjoy the game.

I was helped by Kera at my very first visit and she was amazing. My former Dispensary closed down and I visited Sunnyside on City Ave and I was VERY pleased with the service from entering through the entire process. Thank you everyone!!! Went on 5/25/2024

While I do like the sales and convenient location of this dispensary, the customer service can be really lackluster. There are definitely some friendly folks that work here, usually those at the front desk. However, it seems like most of the time when I go back to the register it feels like I’m interrupting the employees’ phone time or conversations with each other so I can pay for my order. After they look at my card and receipt I’m usually met with complete silence (sometimes for 5+ min.) as another employee in the back gathers my order to bring it out to the register. Many times, even if I try to start a conversation, there’s no attempt at small talk from them or any updates on why we’re just standing there waiting which is always super awkward/unwelcoming. The first few times I visited I thought there was a problem with my order because we had just been standing there in silence for so long, but I’ve learned that I should expect this here. Every other dispensary I’ve been to has had fantastic customer service and friendly employees, but this one unfortunately misses the mark more often than not for me. I go to Sunnyside when I need something close by, but otherwise I shop elsewhere.
