Horrible experience of a potential first time customer today! Parked in a spot, went to get my husband (still on crutches after having major surgery) and got SCREAMED AT by an extremely rude employee with an attitude who poked her head out the door when she saw me park. I guess she assumed we were parking there and leaving. But the problem is she didn’t bother to ask! We had been next door having lunch and I was going over to help get my husband! He was coming over to get information since he newly has his medical card after the surgery. The way the employee treated me yelling through the parking lot in front of my 3 yr old son, we will NEVER give them any business now. The funny thing was during this whole interaction I saw someone leaving an adjoining store on the same strip and get into her car which was also parked in an ethos spot. I noticed the employee didn’t say ANYTHING to this lady, who let’s just say looked “different” than me. I work in a medical facility myself and would NEVER scream at anybody in the parking lot like this. Here’s a tip don’t scream at patrons who could’ve given you guys business. Contacting management but not expecting any kind of response. Will go to BBB, report to state if so. There are way too many better options than this dump that doesn’t understand how to treat people

This is a nice place, but why are there so many Pride Flags hanging everywhere? Every employee is very openly LGBTQIA+ which is fine, but what does Pride flags have to do with a medical marijuana facility? I'm not seeing the connection. Just wondering... Thanks

First time here….. and will be my last. Highly recommend the other local dispensaries in Montgomeryville as their front desk checks in patients fairly. Whereas here, they care more about regulars instead of new patients. I was curious about this dispensary and after that interaction, I won’t go into an Ethos again.

This is the dispensary I visit the most, but they used to sell full-spectrum (high-CBD) flower and have been out of it for about 8 months. I have been getting irritated by the fact that their house brand, Eleven, has been making a big deal about their ‘new’ strains they offer that have nothing ‘new’ or ‘different’ about them; the ‘new’ strains are still all THC with no CBD. How is this ‘new’? Who in the world wants only THC with all of the CBD removed? No one that I know who knows anything about cannabis wants this, they want CBD as well.

I just recently got my medical marijuana card and had never been to a dispensary before. Based on the societal stigma that many share and my previous experiences in bodegas and liquor shops I unconsciously assumed that this place would be a dingy, hole-in-the-wall establishment. The truth couldn’t be further from this preconceived notion. Never have I had the pleasure of dealing with employees so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcomed as a new customer and they made sure to offer a detailed explanation on any question I might have. After taking advantage of the unbeatable deals they offer on their house brand I have no need to go back soon, yet unlike the aforementioned sketchy corner stores that I spend as little time in as possible and walk out with my head hung low, I am looking forward to doing so. Not just because of the quality of the product but because of the unmatched quality of service that the staff here provide and the safe, nonjudgmental environment that they create.

I recently had a major surgery and one of their employees, Rodney took extra special care of me, helping me choose what was best for my needs and even walked me out and held doors. I take Nira + for insomnia, however, when I visited the Montgomeryville dispensary they were out of stock. When I asked questions, they showed me a product that was “comparable”. They talked me into purchasing a different product and I lay awake 2 nights in a row. It turns out the product they recommended was for balance, focus & clarity, not sleep. I’m very discouraged & disappointed & will not be doing business with Ethos anytime soon.

They're nice in Montgomeryville, however, when I asked questions, they were more interested in selling what was on sale. I don't sleep well, and again, when I asked questions, they told me what was discounted. I purchased what was "on sale."I've been to other dispensaries, and they're all pretty much the same. I was disappointed, but I will be back to Ethos and maybe talk to the pharmacist on staff. Hopefully the experience will be better.
