I went back because some person gave me the wrong battery. It was basically empty. As soon as I walked in, someone started complaining. He started screaming that my car is in the middle of the parking lot. First, the rear of my car was out of the lot by a foot and a half, NOT in the middle of the parking lot. He was also unclear about what he meant then he got mad. I will never go there again. Ethos is so much better!
