Greed is slowly taking over all dispos in Pa and sadly this is one of them. The first two rounds of Rythm 28 g were included in sales. Now it is not included in normal GTI sales. I reached out to GTI asking why and they said dispos set the sale prices, so here we are. Just gross in today’s economy

Update. Past 6 months this place has gotten worse and worse. 20 minute wait times. And the checkout process takes 20 minutes. This used to be the only place I would go. Now I’m searching to go somewhere else.Service is great. But the website states thc% but when you receive the product it’s significantly less. This has happened multiple times. False advertising in my opinion and needs to be fixed.

The Lancaster apothecary is the best place around. The staff are always helpful and welcoming. I have had the pleasure of working with one staff member directly, Resha, who has gone above and beyond for me. She always helps me find what I need and works well with other staff in asking other thoughts and opinions. The staff is always happy and that is a relaxing feeling in itself! Thank you Resha for helping me stay mentally on track, and for doing an exceptional job working with my issues to get me back on track!

This dispensary is the best I’ve been to since moving here from the west coast. The place is beautiful, professional and inviting. But hands down the people there are amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They all deserve kudos or a raise… been to other dispensaries in the area and they don’t compare!

Been going to this store for years. Staff is amazing. The store is beautiful. But what is going on! The flower for months has been so dry and brittle. It's starting to become a disappointment with the product. You guys as staff are picture perfect. But you guys are pushing old shelf life products that doesn't live up to its expectations for the last 6 months.

This dispensary has nice people but on the busiest day of the year I overheard security saying they weren’t allowed to open the express lane… so people with no preorders are holding up everyone in line that has orders waiting. I don’t know who made the decision or thought it was smart to not have their express lane open but they should be looked at. There were only 15 people in line at the start of them being opened and only half of those people in over an hour have come out. They are about to lose major business today. I’ve seen more people leave the line outside than have come out of the door. Ridiculous

I love this dispensary. The staff are so personable and friendly. The waiting room has lots of seating. It's very rare for people to have to stand if they do its typically before a holiday or when a big deal comes up. They take card or cash here also.

The staff here are great. If you let them know you're new they provide a lot of info for you regarding products and how they work. (If you have medications and specific questions regarding a diagnosis you talk to a doctor by phone or facetime first and if you want you can talk to a Marijuana Pharmacist which was great if you are on meds, supplements, or have diagnoses that you may have interaction questions). They give you written info about medical marijuana use too. They provide good recommendations and after you've gone a couple times they may recommend things depending on how you liked the products from previous visits. They take great precautions but walk you thru each step from front door to checking out and they are so pleasant doing so. It is a really nice office, very clean, and very relaxed vibe. Handicap spots are right in front of building. There is a ramp but it is further down by Petsmart, the curb is very high so just be careful. If you use a wheelchair or walker they will hold the doors open for you. The waiting time is usually a few minutes to none. You can order online and then go in to pay and pick-up. They will text you if you don't mind text messages and they will tell you when your order is ready. You do have to pick up your products by the end of that day. It has an online choice for delivery but I only live a few minutes away but it responded that I was not in the delivery zone so this facility may not do delivery, I'll try to ask and update the review. You can also just go in and place your order on the spot especially if you are unsure of the products. Overall great place, super nice and very professional staff. Don't be afraid to ask questions, they will answer any question they are able to and if they don't know, they can direct you to who can answer them. They also have a great discount program for the first 3 months but they also have a loyalty program.One of my doctors recommended this particular dispensary and I'm glad he did. These guys are great, I've heard some sad and frustrating things from family and friends who have gone elsewhere so I recommend this dispensary to them and they were very pleased with their service.

This was the first dispensary I ever shopped at, but honestly it's because I never felt the need to shop anywhere else. I always leave feeling better than I went in - the staff is helpful and friendly. The store is neat and organized. And the product is quality.
