Went there today ordered a gram of rosin, it says rosin on the package but the product is clearly shatter, I called they refuse to do anything to make it right, and after telling me well it's probably bad quality they won't even stop selling it. Don't use this dispo they are now officially selling bad quality and know about it too.

This is the worst dispensary you will ever visit In Pennsylvania. Go anywhere else but here. Opened a cartridge to find it half way gone and the cartridge tip busted almost half way off the glass tank. Took it back Inside to exchange it and they said “no problem we can exchange it”. 45 minutes go by and I’m sitting there still waiting with no word on my new product. Employees just sitting around laughing and acting like they had nothing to do. Not the first time I’ve run into something like this with this place, just angry enough today to finally make a review about it. It baffles me that this place is still even open as a business with how unprofessional everyone is. Had to go up to the desk 3 different times before they finally got moving on replacing my USED and DEFECTIVE cart. Blows my mind. This place can take a huge chunk out of your day without even trying, all due to incompetence. Like I said, go anywhere but here.

Been going here for 2 years now and they are amazing! Hands down, favorite dispensary in the York/Adams county area. Inventory is usually stocked up with decent mix of brands/strains to choose from. If you know when to buy, you’ll get some great deals & rack up points fast! Regardless of staffing, they always do their best when it comes to wait times. Parking is always available and easily accessible. Everyone is so patient, knowledgeable and kind. Every interaction is stress free, anxiety free and I’m always happy with the products. I’ve had a good interaction with every single employee I’ve met and Lexi is absolutely amazing! I hope you get your tortoise soon bestie and I can’t wait for the expansion! 🙂

Great dispensary! Cameron and the tall guy with glasses (forgive me for forgetting your name) are extremely courteous, helpful & willing to go above and beyond, for the customer! I had an issue with a product recently and both of these guys handled everything in a timely, professional manner. Only downside is sometimes, you might have to wait a little longer than other dispensaries, buts its not a big deal. If any higher ups at Fluent see this, give the tall guy with glasses and Cameron a raise/promotion!!!

It's seems when they have good deals on PhG wax. They always advertise it and then call u and say they don't have it any longer but the item stays on the menu for another couples hours. It's happened several times. Idk y but that needs to be fixed asap also work on keeping more products bc the variety is often not there as well as options... the staff is friendly and good but it does get old with the menu

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The staff is wonderful, times can be long but they have procedures that they follow and I've never seen them not working as fast as possible. State laws are responsible for a lot of the low-star reviews. I recommend. They are also patient for beginners, like me! I was terrified at first but they guided me and took care of me so well.
Need more quality products in Stock on a regular basis to choose from. Never carry what works for me more than a month and it's gone for a year 😔,end up having to go elsewhere all of the time.

This is the first time I have ever rated a product, but I felt it necessary on this one. This is by far the best I have smoked in quite sometime and I would definitely recommend and buy again. I've been using this as my primary dispensary for nearly 2 years. At first I was happy; good products and frequent sales. That's all changed. At the time I'm writing this Rise in York has 136 extracts to choose from. Fluent has 7. How you can even call yourself "Medical" is beyond me when you never have the same products(or any). You can get MUCH better deals traveling to York, and probably have a better experience.Sometimes I'm in and out in a few minutes. Other times I wait 20 minutes to pick up an order I placed the previous night. I feel like there should be a separate counter for online sales.Employees are hit or miss. Some of them are lovely and very helpful, others seem confused or too high to work efficiently. I had to help out one young lady with simple math, she claimed "$50's confuse me sometimes". I Guess that's more a statement to our schools though. Turnaround rate must be high since there's a new face every other week.TLDR; terrible products, bad prices, confused employees. Go elsewhere and thank yourself.

Placed an order for an eighth(3.5 grams) of Salty Watermelon online. I was informed by staff as they were checking me out, that they truly did not have any idea which strain it was... The one listed on the top(Salty Watermelon), or the one listed on the side label(Raspado). The fact that they were aware that this medication was labeled wrong, unsure of the strain contained inside, AND were ok with selling it this way, truly goes to show what an absolute travesty this place has become. THIS IS MY MEDICATION!!! How dare you think this is ok to provide mislabelled medication willingly to your patients! And yes, I am filing a complaint with the DOH. And no need to ban me like you do everyone else, I will never step foot in there again.

I am speaking on behalf of my fiancé, who is a patient. Usually an in and out experience, today not so much. The price never matches what it says online, it’s always a few dollars higher. If you have a line out the door that still hasn’t moved after 10 minutes, maybe it’s time to STOP allowing pick up orders for that window of time, as now all future orders are being disrupted and will be left waiting for 30+ minutes. If it’s 6:30 and orders “ready for pick up” at 5:30 still haven’t been served, why continue to accept and accept orders??? Seems these complaints are similar to a lot of others, and nothing seems to be being done about it. They also do not label the material purchased with the patients name.

They cant even list what they have online. they expect you to stand there while they go back and forth. from the back room to show you there favorite picks. Hole time you cant see prices or details to make a choice based on your favorites. the dispensary process is terrible as is. by time most flower makes it to the customer its super dry and flakey. they have to put moisture packets in with the flower. like it makes a difference. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
I am sure this will be resolved in time, but for now if you place an online order you are given a certain pick up window to get there and wait in a waiting room full of people. The main point of online ordering is a contact less shopping experience, or at least as limited to people as possible.

There are a lot of reviews on here that stated the same thing I have a problem with. Their prices online are always different then when you get there they charge you more. Then a couple times I make a prior purchase and did not use any points and when I go in there they tell me that I have no points. Someone else said this very same thing so I know it's not just my imagination. I really think the workers are telling us we have no points so they can pocket our Cash. I feel that they lie about discounts to pocket Cash too

I have shopped at Fluent over the past 2 years and after today I’m never going there again. This has happened to me multiple times at Fluent.I ordered last night online for pickup today. I drove there and sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes only to be told YET AGAIN they didn’t have what I ordered online last night. This happens there more times than not.Fluent has a VERY limited stock and very limited selection when compared with Gettysburg Herbology and York Rise.Revolving staff, poor management, no website updates on stock.It’s well worth it to go to Gettysburg Herbology and get curbside pickup.

I said again my order came to 231 and I added a 44$ item should be 275 but she insisted it was 280 not worth my time to say the words again.Up till now was good but since the biggest mistake of checking someone out under my info I don’t know??? Also you have rights as a medical patient especially if they check out someone else under your account and give them a receipt with private information on it. Just know ur rights and if they have been violated because then you have legal ground to make sure it never happens again. When I said something about this I was told happens more then you think I was told. That’s awesome that they handle it in such a professional way. Update on my review! Very happy they changed the way they handle your ID now, also staff has been very knowledgeable and good with the discounts. Very pleased as this is my home store. Something isn't right. A couple of weeks ago I had a cashier tell me that there was no longer a discount on my items. I told her that I would like to use my points. I payed debit so she had to do the typical transaction (round up and give me cash back). A few days later I look at my receipt, and notice that I was charged more than I should've been. For all I know I was the one who made the mistake, so I did nothing about it. Today 01/28/2022, 9:05 AM, same cashier. There was a 10% discount on all of my items. Upon paying for my order I was told that the 10% discount is incorrect and that the website was not updated. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there wasn't one. I asked if there were ANY managment staff in the building, and was told no. I payed for my order, went to my car, and called the store to see if the website was accurate. I was told that the discounts on the website were up to date and I should've received the 10% discount. I was told that I would receive reward points for being overcharged on this transaction.The woman I talked to on the phone was professional and very helpful.

If I could give this dispensary zero stars I would. On two separate occasions I was turned away at the door, but in line 30+ minutes before closing. No one warns you that they will stop serving at any given time before closing, usually anywhere from 2-10 minutes before they close. That should be illegal business practice. I’ve also had 3 eights weight out for less than 3.5g. Gave them a second chance, however after being shorted again I will never return.

The selection is less than other dispensaries and the prices somehow more at times for the same products I've bought elsewhere. No network for rewards points as there are no other fluent locations in the state. No industry discount for people making the medicine. I will always drive to Gettysburg or york before spending money here. Please replace them with a RISE or Curaleaf location.

    Been going here for 2 years now and they are amazing! Hands down, favorite dispensary in the York/Adams county area. Inventory is usually stocked up with decent mix of brands/strains to choose from. If you know when to buy, you’ll get some great deals & rack up points fast! Regardless of staffing, they always do their best when it comes to wait times. Parking is always available and easily accessible. Everyone is so patient, knowledgeable and kind. Every interaction is stress free, anxiety free and I’m always happy with the products. I’ve had a good interaction with every single employee I’ve met and Lexi is absolutely amazing!     Great dispensary! Cameron and the tall guy with glasses (forgive me for forgetting your name) are extremely courteous, helpful & willing to go above and beyond, for the customer! I had an issue with a product recently and both of these guys handled everything in a timely, professional manner. Only downside is sometimes, you might have to wait a little longer than other dispensaries, buts its not a big deal. If any higher ups at Fluent see this, give the tall guy with glasses and Cameron a raise/promotion!!!

    It's seems when they have good deals on PhG wax. They always advertise it and then call u and say they don't have it any longer but the item stays on the menu for another couples hours. It's happened several times. Idk y but that needs to be fixed asap also work on keeping more products bc the variety is often not there as well as options... the staff is friendly and good but it does get old with the menu

    Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The staff is wonderful, times can be long but they have procedures that they follow and I've never seen them not working as fast as possible. State laws are responsible for a lot of the low-star reviews. I recommend. They are also patient for beginners, like me! I was terrified at first but they guided me and took care of me so well.
    Need more quality products in Stock on a regular basis to choose from. Never carry what works for me more than a month and it's gone for a year 😔,end up having to go elsewhere all of the time.

    I have been buying from the dispensary for as long as they have been open however I have smoked much much longer. So I have an extremely high tolerance. This is the first time I have ever rated a product, but I felt it necessary on this one. This is by far the best I have smoked in quite sometime and I would definitely recommend and buy again. The product is spiked Mai tai by Cresco.

    I've been using this as my primary dispensary for nearly 2 years. At first I was happy; good products and frequent sales. That's all changed. At the time I'm writing this Rise in York has 136 extracts to choose from. Fluent has 7. How you can even call yourself "Medical" is beyond me when you never have the same products(or any). You can get MUCH better deals traveling to York, and probably have a better experience.Sometimes I'm in and out in a few minutes. Other times I wait 20 minutes to pick up an order I placed the previous night. I feel like there should be a separate counter for online sales.Employees are hit or miss. Some of them are lovely and very helpful, others seem confused or too high to work efficiently. I had to help out one young lady with simple math, she claimed "$50's confuse me sometimes". I Guess that's more a statement to our schools though. Turnaround rate must be high since there's a new face every other week.TLDR; terrible products, bad prices, confused employees. Go elsewhere and thank yourself.

    Placed an order for an eighth(3.5 grams) of Salty Watermelon online. I was informed by staff as they were checking me out, that they truly did not have any idea which strain it was... The one listed on the top(Salty Watermelon), or the one listed on the side label(Raspado). The fact that they were aware that this medication was labeled wrong, unsure of the strain contained inside, AND were ok with selling it this way, truly goes to show what an absolute travesty this place has become. THIS IS MY MEDICATION!!! How dare you think this is ok to provide mislabelled medication willingly to your patients! And yes, I am filing a complaint with the DOH. And no need to ban me like you do everyone else, I will never step foot in there again.

    I am speaking on behalf of my fiancé, who is a patient. Usually an in and out experience, today not so much. The price never matches what it says online, it’s always a few dollars higher. If you have a line out the door that still hasn’t moved after 10 minutes, maybe it’s time to STOP allowing pick up orders for that window of time, as now all future orders are being disrupted and will be left waiting for 30+ minutes. If it’s 6:30 and orders “ready for pick up” at 5:30 still haven’t been served, why continue to accept and accept orders??? Seems these complaints are similar to a lot of others, and nothing seems to be being done about it. They also do not label the material purchased with the patients name.

    They cant even list what they have online. they expect you to stand there while they go back and forth. from the back room to show you there favorite picks. Hole time you cant see prices or details to make a choice based on your favorites. the dispensary process is terrible as is. by time most flower makes it to the customer its super dry and flakey. they have to put moisture packets in with the flower. like it makes a difference. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
    I am sure this will be resolved in time, but for now if you place an online order you are given a certain pick up window to get there and wait in a waiting room full of people. The main point of online ordering is a contact less shopping experience, or at least as limited to people as possible.

    There are a lot of reviews on here that stated the same thing I have a problem with. Their prices online are always different then when you get there they charge you more. Then a couple times I make a prior purchase and did not use any points and when I go in there they tell me that I have no points. Someone else said this very same thing so I know it's not just my imagination. I really think the workers are telling us we have no points so they can pocket our Cash. I feel that they lie about discounts to pocket Cash too

    I have shopped at Fluent over the past 2 years and after today I’m never going there again. This has happened to me multiple times at Fluent.I ordered last night online for pickup today. I drove there and sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes only to be told YET AGAIN they didn’t have what I ordered online last night. This happens there more times than not.Fluent has a VERY limited stock and very limited selection when compared with Gettysburg Herbology and York Rise.Revolving staff, poor management, no website updates on stock.It’s well worth it to go to Gettysburg Herbology and get curbside pickup.

I said again my order came to 231 and I added a 44$ item should be 275 but she insisted it was 280 not worth my time to say the words again.Up till now was good but since the biggest mistake of checking someone out under my info I don’t know??? Also you have rights as a medical patient especially if they check out someone else under your account and give them a receipt with private information on it. Just know ur rights and if they have been violated because then you have legal ground to make sure it never happens again. When I said something about this I was told happens more then you think I was told. That’s awesome that they handle it in such a professional way. Update on my review! Very happy they changed the way they handle your ID now, also staff has been very knowledgeable and good with the discounts. Very pleased as this is my home store.     Something isn't right. A couple of weeks ago I had a cashier tell me that there was no longer a discount on my items. I told her that I would like to use my points. I payed debit so she had to do the typical transaction (round up and give me cash back). A few days later I look at my receipt, and notice that I was charged more than I should've been. For all I know I was the one who made the mistake, so I did nothing about it. Today 01/28/2022, 9:05 AM, same cashier. There was a 10% discount on all of my items. Upon paying for my order I was told that the 10% discount is incorrect and that the website was not updated. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there wasn't one. I asked if there were ANY managment staff in the building, and was told no. I payed for my order, went to my car, and called the store to see if the website was accurate. I was told that the discounts on the website were up to date and I should've received the 10% discount. I was told that I would receive reward points for being overcharged on this transaction.The woman I talked to on the phone was professional and very helpful.

But lately they seem to have taken some steps forward in the right direction. I’m glad to see that they have! I’m local to Hanover so it’s nice cause they are a short drive.     If I could give this dispensary zero stars I would. On two separate occasions I was turned away at the door, but in line 30+ minutes before closing. No one warns you that they will stop serving at any given time before closing, usually anywhere from 2-10 minutes before they close. That should be illegal business practice. I’ve also had 3 eights weight out for less than 3.5g. Gave them a second chance, however after being shorted again I will never return.

    The selection is less than other dispensaries and the prices somehow more at times for the same products I've bought elsewhere. No network for rewards points as there are no other fluent locations in the state. No industry discount for people making the medicine. I will always drive to Gettysburg or york before spending money here. Please replace them with a RISE or Curaleaf location.
