I have had my marijuana card for many years and have been to many different dispensaries in the past 3 years due to traveling a lot for work. Curaleaf was one of my top 3 but has actually been getting worse and worse over time. Some of the staff is just quite rude at times. Pretty happy they are opening another one in Erie because at times they have decent deals but not worth going to get them at times do to the unpleasantness of some miserable employees. I feel as though if this isn't the job for you and you are not a people person maybe time to move on. Again it is not all the employees some are very knowledgeable, patient and considerate. The bigger blonde female idk if she is a manager or just a tech but time for some customer service skills training.

I think the staff and managers are fantastic. For those who don't like upper Peach St. Curaleaf is opening a location near the West 26th Street Walmart.They carry quality items and are incredibly helpful...

I had such a great experience, the service is excellent. They are very Swift with getting your orders completed and getting you out of the door. They were very polite and made sure to inform me of any points that I had available. I will definitely be returning.

Curaleaf Dispensary in Erie, PA is absolutely the BEST! I have no reason to shop anywhere else as Curaleaf takes care of all my needs completely. Ben and the entire staff at Curaleaf are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the products and help me out so much to find the best options for me. The specials they run are amazing values. Everyone there is so friendly and you can tell they are all professionally trained. I will never go to any other Dispensary as Curaleaf is the real deal.

Although she kept apologizing I am aware she is one person. First time in so not sure if it happens often but only thing I would suggest is more front staff. I give it a 5/5 all around.

First time. Can’t see in packs to see what you’re buying. Got 3 different strains all small popcorn sized nugs Dry old stock. No harvest date. We the people spend good hard earned money to buy this. We should be getting the good stuff instead of old stock and small scraps

I had a great experience. I had never been to this store before, but I only waited a minute or two while they loaded me into the system. I hadnt picked anything out online, so I asked Michael to just pick me out something he liked. He got me exactly what I wanted and chose an item that came at a great price, I really appreciate them keeping in mind not only my wants but my wallet. I will definitely be back!
