My favorite dispensary in the Lancaster, York, Harrisburg area. I shop at the East Petersburg store frequently! They have the deepest menu in the area! Every single staff member at this store provides the best customer service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, from Paul the resident Cannabis Pharmacist, and all staff members working the desk and the dispensary area. Riley, Chad, Andrew, Meagan, Amy, and everyone else I didn’t mention, are wonderful. I really look forward to stopping by. It’s all about the experience for me as well as the quality of the medicine offered at reasonable prices.They have all the top quality products on sale in regular rotation. Their rewards program is one of the best at 5 dollars back on every 100 dollars spent.The staff are all super knowledgeable and super friendly! I can count on solid reliable recommendations tailored to my needs.I love comparing notes with the patient consultants on specific products and sharing my experiences with products.

My favorite dispensary! The staff is always so kind, from the first time I visited onwards. I came in the other day looking for two edibles that were out of stock. Meag took the time to walk me through all my other options. We talked about what I liked about the ones I can in for and what some good matches could be. Highly recommend, great prices and sales too!!

Restore use to be my go to dispo until I realized how Greedy of a company they are. Raise prices during sales on popular items to offset sales.Also I reached out concerning prices going up on Rythm animal face 28 g. They are no longer included in the regular sales. I reached out to restore asking why. They lied to me telling me they do not set the prices. That GTI does , except I already have an email from gti stating they do not set the sales. That the individual dispo sets their sale prices. When I sent a copy of said email I got from GTI I was then ignored. So gross

I only gave this place 2 stars, out of respect for the previous times I came here and had no issue. This time however, they refused to honor a coupon that they had emailed to me about weekly savings. When I mentioned it, they said it didn't exist. So I brought it up on my phone... still nothing. During this, a guy who I didn't know, and had my back turned to, started being belligerent with me. I have never had someone act like that before to me in that store. I was obviously confused, so I asked him if he was talking to me. He then began to continue to berate me and call me names. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE DID A THING. I thought dispensaries employed security? I know I,ve seen them. If I was a different person, this could have turned into a bad situation. Easy fix? HONOR YOUR COUPONS, AND PROTECT YOUR CLIENTELE! Never again will I set foot in RESTORE DISPENSARY in Lancaster. It's a joke.

I'd shop here more but your website on mobile is unable to be used. Changing to 1 star. It's amazing this place can't figure there website so you can actually buy something ahead of time. Maybe that will help the line times also as it's impossible to order. Right down. The street but until it's fixed I'll continue to travel elsewhere

I love that this location has plenty of parking, the staff is always super helpful and pleasant from the security staff checking me in, to the registered staff member checking me in, all the way back to the members helping me in the back with the medicine that best fits my needs. The discounts are incredible and changes periodically. This is dispensary is always my go to place. It also helps to see familiar faces every time I go in there, it shows the staff also enjoys their job without having g ton of turnaround.

I used to go here all the time and never had any problems. But for the last 2 months or so, everytime I try to get on the website it doesn't let me. I even tried different devices and all I get is a blue screen. I wish the problem was rectified

Poor store policy followed by rude management and poor treatment of staff. Additionally employees are incentivized to leave bias reviews in order to receive promotion products. Also the bathroom was out for months and as a department of health building as they praise themselves to be, is not following DOH policy or law.

I started the program going to Cure/Sunnyside but switching to Restore was the best choice I've made yet. Great staff, knowlegable and they treat you good. Also in my opinion it doesn't feel like I'm going to my dealer, more like an actually medical ganja place. VERY unlike Sunnyside.

This company defrauds their customers and refuses to honor their posted discounts. Their staff is very poorly trained and unable to articulate their discount program. They lead me to believe they were offering me a new customer discount of 30% off of the quoted price which they did not honor. I tried to reach out to rectify the issue and the Assistant manager incredulous and rudely mocked me saying "we arent going to give you 60% off" and quickly ended the phone call with a snarky "have a nice day" I will never go back and I highly recommend no one else waste their money at this joke of a dispensary.
