I always try to schedule my visit to Columbia when my absolute favorite budd~tender Alissa is working . . . She's always super polite and one of the people in my life that I always love to see . . . All of the staff are always helpful and I am always happy with the newer products I have tried by the budd~tenders recommendations. . . . I totally recommend Columbia over the other dispensaries in our area. They have great sales and daily promotions for everyone. Stop by and ask for my favorite budd~tender and tell her I said she's the greatest 🥳🥳🥳🥳🎉🤩
I love C.C. I have been going to them from the moment I got my card. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, they all know me by name, and they always have killer deals. Plus, their rewards program is the easiest one to ever be enrolled in. Once you are in the system, you get your points! Absolutely love this place and all the folks up there. You won't be disappointed!
I've been going here for around 3 years now and won't go anywhere else. All the budtenders are great especially Alisa she's always very nice and gets me what I need and recommends awesome flower.
The lady I had seemed to be pretty knowledgeable, but her personality was horrible. Super straight faced, not good customer service, and looked miserable. I will not be returning in the future because of my non welcoming miserable customer service I experienced. The intake person was the same way. If I was first time buyer of any kind of store like this I would be nervous to come back or go to a different store in fear of having the same experience again. Yes the store had a good selection and what I was looking for but I would give the workers a thumbs down. Unless it was absolutely necessary to go in for a specific product it will be very highly unlikely I will be returning to this store.
Three times now I’ve gone in and the price was different online than in-store! That’s your guys mistaken, not mine… you should have to honor the prices that show online!
Had the worst experience ever! I purchased a vape cartridge that I always use, and it tastes completely burnt, and tastes like smoke from a fire. I called and unfortunately they did not care at all and said there’s nothing they can do about it because it’s not defective. I tried explaining that it is defective.. it taste like smoke and fire, I can’t use it!! Yep, they said there’s nothing they can do.! Obviously, this has to go in the garbage.! What a waste of money!
I love going to this dispensary because of budtender Alisa everytime i go she gives me excellent customer service and very respectful ...keep up the good job 👍🏼
I have been going to this store for years and have spent thousands of dollars here. Needless to say, I won't be back after the new staff gave me the least courteous experience I've ever had at any store, period. Coming from a former CVS manager and currently have to work with clients at my job I could never even imagine treating a customer especially a loyal one in the way they did. I have to drive a 2 hour round trip to this store as it used to be the closest dispensary to me before Beyond Hello Mt Pocono opened up! So on this day after my drive and long already irritating day I realize I forgot to put my new card in my wallet as I am getting out of the car in the parking lot having driven over an hour behind someone on a one Lane Road not doing the speed limit. I understand right away I probably can't get anything now but decide to see what if anything the store can do for me. Instead I was treated like a teenager trying to sneak in with a fake ID to buy drugs for my party on Saturday. The security guard repeatedly attacked my character, made embarrassing statements in front of other customers who agreed with me! And proceeded to threaten the police on me. Not once did the manager come out to speak to me in person or offer me the sale were I to come back another time!!!!! Like I said I've been going here for years and experiences the same thing last year because I can be forgetful about my new card. At that time, I was treated with respect and offered the sale on another day were I to come back. Not to mention I believe it was the manager who had gotten involved a year ago to give me that solution which kept me coming back!! So after the NEW security guard who I've never seen before embarrasses and threatens me I decide to call the store to speak to the manager. The manager was the rudest manager I have ever spoken too. Not only did she not care about my side in the least, she did not listen to a word I said, repeated one liners, offered no solutions instead saying “I don't know what you want me to do” then hung up on me! So I am writing this review to let any would be customers know about how this store likes to treat its loyal customers! I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job maybe you should have been trained better. That's probably why there is constantly a line here anymore and cars filling the parking lot so you can't even find a space and have to wait over 20 minutes on average if you want to buy something. So again do not recommend! Find another dispensary where you will be treated with respect and you don't have to wait in line to spend money just to get spat on by this store that does not care about you or any customers! As they said when all I said was I will not be back “Good we don't want you to come back” good I wont!
My main reason for recommending Columbia is the staff. Their budtenders are friendly and helpful. Especially Alisa, my favorite budtender, who has been a constant source of knowledge for me for over 3 years. She truly understands various disease processes and always has the perfect recommendation to help you feel better. When you walk in she treats you like an old friend, always asking "what can I do to make your day better?" She always helps make my day better.
Online and 100% accurate terpene and cannabinoid profiles listed would be GREAT! I’d like to try out this dispensary but without knowing what’s what with their products, I won’t even step foot in the door. Plenty of others to choose from who keep a proper menu.
Please do not let my screen name fool you in any way, this is a serious review of my experience at Columbia.I wanted to start off to say… the security officer working today on February 17th, 2024 was a very helpful and kind man. He definitely deserves praise and accolades. He greeted me and cared for my well being as the parking lot was a disaster with ice and slush.However, my time at this dispensary was far from pleasant. I explained it was my first time there and I’m new to the MMJ industry, all of that seemed boring to any employee I spoke to while I was there. The young man who helped me seemed annoyed by my existence. I explained my concerns basically asking for education on the proper products of which I would be purchasing. After nearly 10 minutes of a lot of eye squints and annoyance on his part, I decided to just purchase the product and left there very disappointed, a huge mistake on my part. I should have left without purchasing anything but felt pressured by the atmosphere. The large menus don’t mean a thing if you’re new to this world…If the Budtender is uninterested in helping with questions… why not seek the pharmacist to help new customers like myself? This wasn’t even an option this morning. There is nothing wrong with receiving the education and correct product for your issues, period. I will definitely not be returning to this dispensary. My goal is to always leave positive feedback but… this kind of review is necessary so others don’t feel the way I did today.
I've been shopping at Columbia for 4 years and am always met with knowledge staff with excellent customer service skills. Everyone has proper weed etiquette. That's important.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
DONT GO HERE THEY DONT TRUST OR VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY ONLY VALUE YOUR MONEY. I bought something and was never told it needed additional accessories to make it work. I go back in to swap it out since I didnt even use the product yet I get told they will take it back then they say they wont take it. All I got when in there was back talk from the worker. I called the manager she said they will take back the defective product but I am S.O.L with the accessory I bought even tho I have both receipts for everything. Manager said worker told me it needed extra accessories and they didnt so the manager doesnt trust their own clients they trust their employees over their clients. They only want you for your money 🤦♂️.
Wayyyy too long of a wait I stood in line for over an hour and more then half of that time I was standing outside in the cold because you can't go inside the building unless 3 people leave the building,so one person can enter after a third person leaves the building. No reason to wait that long when there was 4-5 bud tenders at the cash registers.
Don’t act nice!! I do ask for managers and they don’t help! This is a bad business and I will celebrate when it fails for treating people like animals or meth heads! You know EXACTLY what you’re doing! It’s wrong! It’s old product at 40% off. don’t act like you’re doing favors ur selling the garbage! Terrible dispo. Rude. They lie on the menu online telling you it’s one thing but it’s not. I hope this dispo goes under these people suck!! Let’s PRETEND this is not medication. Does this dispensary really think it’s acceptable to treat patients like dogs? I’m so over you guys! You know we are humans too right? You rip us off and then force us to stand in the cold for hours like we are homeless only to get inside and see all of TWO cashiers playing like there’s not dozens of people outside! Edit- now they've replied while I'm STILL waiting outside, watching a line go nowhere, bc I guess reviews take precedent over patients... And I'm being gaslit. I placed my order over night and there was no such notice about not having curbside pickup today! If there were, I would have just ordered elsewhere. DO BETTER!Placed an order for curbside pickup and nobody will answer the phone or email. Do not rely on this place for your care if you are actually in medical need! This is a recreational dispensary in disguise
They’re always very helpful. They treat you great. Everyone has a bad day. You can’t judge for that but it’s a great place. That’s the only place I go.
Wouldn’t even give one star if I could go any lower. CONSISTENTLY giving out products that are 2 weeks away from being expired but still charging full price. They make you feel incredibly rushed when you are inside placing your order as well. 10/10 do not recommend this dispensary. After enduring the god-awful website to place my order in advance, I was charged more than the advertised price when I got there. I could write a book about how irresponsible a company Columbia Care is, but bait and switch? I know you know better than that. You just don't care about patients at all, and it shows
I bought 7 grams of duct tape by gleaf and whn I opened it it only weighed 3.46. That’s far from a quarter and I did everything they told me to do email gleaf which I did 5 times with no response. I’d say I got ripped off by a huge company and nobody is willing to make it right!
Columbia Care Scranton Dispensary1740 N Keyser Ave, Scranton, PA 18508Yesterday I was clearly wrong misplacing my card. After we had some words , Security told me to come back after 8am to fight. So the security guard wants to fight even after I told him and the manager. I was suffering from a PTSD attack and showed the manager my service dog card .l thought Columbia cared about patients, the guard told me he was going to revoke my card. Involved the veterans administration and the PTSD national council. Emailed Columbia to apologize but they will answer. Can a guard shut my card off? Other wise I guess I need to file a police report.
6 people behind the counter 2 customers being taken care of ... in a line, waiting.... Need a better system or employees that can handle more than 2 ppl?. Ask Ethos. They got all that worked out.

They continue to hold the discounts back because they are a huge corporate system now! Just don't, you will be better off going 2 min away and getting an actual discount.The long short: Overpriced and Way underwhelming products (particularly flower).P.S. 100$ for EVERY SINGLE 7G Is ROBBERY!Please, I implore you to go elsewhere!
I continue to go there because of their sales and reward program. I only go there on sale days. The prices have drastically been reduced within the past year and is worth another trip if you haven’t been there in awhile. I noticed the staff has also changed drastically which makes me wonder why those nice people aren’t there anymore. I can only hope they treat their staff as well as their customers.

The only dispensary I visited since getting approved for Medical Marijuana, but can't find a reason to try anywhere else. Highest quality products, excellent customer service, and security is very friendly, I really do miss Chris and I hope he is enjoying his retirement.
Great product selection always a quick trip
Ok first off they only give 15% discount for the same that others give 20% but that’s not too big of an issue! What is an issue is their employee MARISSA, when she is answering the phone she is very rude and rushes people off, but in person her attitude is even worse, one time they had a sale and I had used the sale and decided to go right back in and use it again because it was such a great deal!!! Well she rings me up and is like $25 higher then I just paid 5 mins before and when I told her this her exact words to me were “well I work here and do this everyday I’m sure that I’m right and you are mistaken about what you just paid!” Well I showed her my receipt for the EXACT same thing I was purchasing with her and she storms into the back because she was upset I was challenging her price, 5 mins later the manager came over looked at everything and showed her where she did not put the discount in right. Not even an apology or anything just rudeness because I was right!!! Every time I deal with her she is very rude so just beware!! Other than that the rest of the staff ROCKS and the deals are great!!!

The website has incorrect percentages so be careful shopping online. I bought 7gs worth of Saxton Gelato Mint and it was moldy, which is a health risk and could have lead to illness. When I contacted the staff they said I needed to talk to the grower, which they didn't provide any information for. Altogether it was a terrible experience. 1 star is generous.

I got to talk to one of the pharmacists today (sorry I forgot the name!) and left feeling better and actually listened to. Wonderful place. Will be recommending to all of my friends! 😄

I have to give a great personal experience for my first time ever thought I would have a medical Marijuana card in the state that I live in. I had to take charge for one. I have been through the winger in Oklahoma from rehab to 16 shots at once in my back and neck. Surgery after surgery. It took me to sit my husband down and tell him the reason why I wanted a card through PA. I highly recommend people who need to get relief with any medical conditions and I can say that I feel better now then taking whole bunch of of pain medication and I was on alot for everything I was diagnosed by a doctor in Oklahoma. Having a metal plate in my neck just made it worse than before. I'm done with surgery unless I really have to. I do appreciate all of you employees and thank you very much for your help and time. I'll see ya'll later.
Poor experience. On 4/21/21, during their business hours, I placed an order for Medical Marijuanna from Columbia Care Wilkes Barre. When I placed the order, there was no option to "pick up today" - so I opted for the first available pick up which was 10:30am 4/22/21. At the time of purchase, the purchase was 20% off - which was why I placed the order. I wanted the items, and I wanted the discount - based on the website, I selected the first available pick up time.When I picked up the items on 4/22/21, the cost came to $355 - there was no 20% discount as there should have been.After realizing the over charge, I called Columbia Care, but they insisted if I wanted the discount I had to pick up on 4/21, but I explained that wasn't an option on the online order system. The sales clerk who answered the phone explained that somewhere buried in their terms and conditions, it claims the product had to be picked up by a specified time. Again, I pointed out that their own website wouldn't allow me to pick this product up any sooner than this morning.
Best place to go for your medical Marijuana needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also accept tips now.
Absolutely love this place!!! They are the gold standard of what a dispensary should be ran like! They are speedy, always have product in stock, and super knowledgeable staff!! Only downer is limited parking but you can find parking.

Staff are incredibly courteous and punctual. I've had some of the best 30 second conversations with the older male security guard. I look forward to colcare expanding to accommodate their booming demand.
