Always very helpful and kind. Now you can pay using a debit card. Thank goodness that I don’t have to carry a couple of hundred in cash as most in the area know that they used to require cash. Love how clean and organized this place is and they will always answer any questions that I have. They even gave me a recipe for gummies. They also taught me that the terpenes are the most important thing to look for if you are a patient.

Worst customer shopping experience both in store and online out of all of the dispensaries. It hurts because they have an amazing selection, but it is so difficult to find products I would like because there is no profile info online or in store, unless I look at the packaging of each individual product. The menu in store is horrible. For a medical marijuana dispensary, accessibility should be considered a little more. I am dyslexic and want to cry whenever I have to try to find something. The only reason I continue going here is because of one of the sales associates that actually knows what products they have and what the profiles are like. If I don’t get him, I usually end up having a frustrating experience trying to find a product I would like. A more user friendly menu in store and online would improve shopping experiences so much.

I usually come to the dispensary all the time. They know who i am as i come here almost every other day. Most days i have BOTH of my children with me so it is fairly difficult to be going in and out. I place my orders online so it’s easier for the team as well. Unfortunately today i had the WORST experience. I was told in order to get my ‘discount’ i would have to go all the way back out to my car for my insurance card. Note: this has NEVER been an issue when i had my children with me. Today the short woman with darker hair told me i was unable to get my usual discount unless i went back out for my card.I tip EVERY time i come here because of how friendly some staff are. However today, i will never be tipping here again and i highly recommend you take your business elsewhere if you want a hassle free service. Very disappointed and disgusted.

Good place, honestly. don't really have any complaints.But, I just recently ordered online, and the price was listed at $64 for sativa, and then in person, when I picked it up, I got charged $70. 10 minutes later once I got home, I went on the website, and it said it was $60 and a hybrid for the same exact strain?I usually always order online here and never had that issue before, so I'd just recommend ordering later in the day after like 3pm when the website is refreshed.

Yesterday I was clearly wrong misplacing my card. After we had some words , Security told me to come back after 8am to fight. So the security guard wants to fight even after I told him and the manager. I was suffering from a PTSD attack and showed the manager my service dog card .l thought Columbia cared about patients, the guard told me he was going to revoke my card. Involved the veterans administration and the PTSD national council. Emailed Columbia to apologize but they will answer. Can a guard shut my card off? Other wise I guess I need to file a police report.

From the 5 or 6 times ive been there i can say there staff seems polite! I seen recently there gleaf brand flower wise has gone from 50 to 25 for a 1/8 which is awesome! The place is always clean when i was there. I will say the only downside is imo are the lines. Not the employees fault tho! Its the customers. Every single time i have been there, their is always a customer or two who sit and talk to the budtender like their a bartender who has a bacholer degree in psychology. No body cares about what old actors u like! Ppl want to get their meds n go! Last night there was 4 ppl inline and a guy who already paid was just standing there talking about movies he then went to leave and turned back to talk some more. Everytime im there this happens lol no other dispo does this happen! Mayby ppl in that area of scranton are in need of more psych dr.s ? Lol thats the only downside. Oh n the way they make other employees stop what they were doi ng to do a order check. I mean its not that bad but no where else dpes that. This isnt a deal breaker just a unnessasary step. If you like gleaf products and i do then this is the place for you. Gleaf has a large selection of different strains of all types and at 25 a 1/8 u cant beat that!!!

Never had a problem with them till I put an order in for Black Friday. My husband went in to pick it up, first they told us they never got our order so my husband had to re-put it in in-store. it turned out to be $50 more, after we paid the extra $50 and left they called us back to let me know that my original order, that they said they never got, was ready. After they called us and told us our order was ready We asked them if we could exchange it for what we just got and they told us we can do a refund and exchange. however when we got there, they pretended to not know our order at all, they pretended they never called us, and they refused to exchange and refund. my husband and I lost $50 because of them and I have screenshots of the menu of them lying about the prices. Nothing was priced correctly in store. All of the prices online were different. The prices went from $17.50 online to $25 in store. That’s an eight dollar difference. And how did they not have our order if they called us to let us know that our order was ready. Very disappointed last time I will ever buy from them.

Their only down side that I could see was that they didn't offer any rewards programs for your loyalty, like Trulieve and Beyond/Hello. Great service from knowledgeable bud tenders. This dispensary use to be the best. Once they changed their hours too 8 p.m. it has been DOWN hill. No one follows the guidelines that are in place. Unreliable jane ordering, either your order gets put back early or some items are missing. They change the order with out notification. Justice grown is phenomenal ???? friendly staff, membership points that give you awesome discounts. Your orders are filled ina timely mannor, and your order is exactly how you placed it, and is held for the amount of time they allow. Theres absolutely no issues, smooth, peaceful experience. Its ashame what this location has turned into, hopefully they fix the issues, and choose better employees to represent their company.

I love the variety of products offered and the cleanliness and aesthetic makes for a great experience while you’re there. Not many stores are capable of their staff making you feel like family but Columbia care absolutely gives you this experience. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by familiar happy faces! Every staff is incredibly helpful and educated as they attempt to find the medicine that helps you the most. I'm writing this review because when a person/persons do a great job they should be made aware of how appreciated their help was. The associates name was Nick, and although he was a young man he was extremely knowledgeable about their products and the different Terpenes and the effectiveness of their presents. His knowledge, respect, and patients were amazing. So I spoke with his manager, about how much i appreciated the help from NICK. He was complimented to hear how well his employees are able to help people out. Because of Nicks knowledge we up ended getting back in line to by a product i never would have bought if it wasn't for his recommendations.. Sure enough our sales associate this time it was the manager. Funny situation but needless to say the store is run very professionally, great quality and assortment of products, great sales, good prices and knowledgeable, and kind associates. I go to Columbia Care often and always have a good experience. my compliments to the manager for choosing such good employees and running the store in a manner where a customers concerns come first.

READ!!!I have been to every dispensary in Scranton multiple times and Columbia Care consistently has the quickest service, the most empathetic people and the best enviroment when compared to the other Scranton dispensaries.I respect their priority of the here and now. If they only have one type of a medicine left, the patient who is there first will get it. They wont withhold product for later to sell to someone who hasnt paid for it yet if you are there in person to buy it.If they are sold out of a product that was on the menu when you preordered, it's because someone else got to it first. Columbia care supplies more patients than anywhere in Scranton(for good reason) so you can expect a few items to be sold out sometimes.The security guards at Columbia Care are head and shoulders above the other dispensaries. They make you feel welcome and open the door for you going in and coming out and wish you a great day. It's a big impression and goes a long way.(beyond/hello dispensary guards should take notes)Their prices are as fair and consistent as they can be in Pennsylvania. (stifling PA laws choke the supply chain and drive the prices up, not dispensaries).The staff is knowledgable about their products and wont hesitate to help you if you need a second opinion.This is the only dispensary in Scranton I visit now. Consistent through dozens of visits!Edit: that line is equally long in both directions, clearly the best place in scranton!

They do get very busy, but they offer curbside pickup which is very convenient. Just text your order in before you leave and then when you arrive just text them back with the color and make/model of your vehicle and they come right out.

Not many stores are capable of their staff making you feel like family but Columbia care absolutely gives you this experience. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by familiar happy faces! Every staff is incredibly helpful and educated as they attempt to find the medicine that helps you the most. Especially phenomenal Staff like Dr. Jay, Aaron, and Nick are the reason I continue to comeback to this fine establishment. Always helpful no matter what they situation. Good people make great places and this is absolutely one of those great places.

Probably my favorite dispensary. The store is so clean and has an amazing selection. The staff is so nice and helpful as well. I always get amazing service from my favorite staff member, Diana. She’s incredibly efficient.

I'm writing this review because when a person/persons do a great job they should be made aware of how appreciated their help was. The associates name was Nick, and although he was a young man he was extremely knowledgeable about their products and the different Terpenes and the effectiveness of their presents. His knowledge, respect, and patients were amazing. So I spoke with his manager, about how much i appreciated the help from NICK. He was complimented to hear how well his employees are able to help people out. Because of Nicks knowledge we up ended getting back in line to by a product i never would have bought if it wasn't for his recommendations.. Sure enough our sales associate this time it was the manager. Funny situation but needless to say the store is run very professionally, great quality and assortment of products, great sales, good prices and knowledgeable, and kind associates. I go to Columbia Care often and always have a good experience. my compliments to the manager for choosing such good employees and running the store in a manner where a customers concerns come first.

I was shopping at a competing dispensary until now. CC has better prices, a much better selection & a 5% better 1st time discount. CC has a better set up for waiting to get your product than the other place. I will definitely be shopping at Columbia more often . Friendly helpful staff is a plus.

One of the biggest problems with dispensaries is the employees messing up and I’ve never had a problem with Columbia Care. The lines are also usually less than others in the area. The other dispensary I use has product details and most strains even have reviews. But, Columbia Care has a better selection most of the time, so it’s a toss up. Good people here though, highly recommended.So happy they updated the website!!!

Its getting 4 because its way too crowded. Lines are way too long, but the only thing they can do about it is get larger counter space.. otherwise they're great with everything they do.. the line makes me pick a different dispensary almost every time tho

READ!!!I have been to every dispensary in Scranton multiple times and Columbia Care consistently has the quickest service, the most empathetic people and the best enviroment when compared to the other Scranton dispensaries.I respect their priority of the here and now. If they only have one type of a medicine left, the patient who is there first will get it. They wont withhold product for later to sell to someone who hasnt paid for it yet if you are there in person to buy it.If they are sold out of a product that was on the menu when you preordered, it's because someone else got to it first. Columbia care supplies more patients than anywhere in Scranton(for good reason) so you can expect a few items to be sold out sometimes.The security guards at Columbia Care are head and shoulders above the other dispensaries. They make you feel welcome and open the door for you going in and coming out and wish you a great day. It's a big impression and goes a long way.(beyond/hello dispensary guards should take notes)Their prices are as fair and consistent as they can be in Pennsylvania. (stifling PA laws choke the supply chain and drive the prices up, not dispensaries).The staff is knowledgable about their products and wont hesitate to help you if you need a second opinion.This is the only dispensary in Scranton I visit now. Consistent through dozens of visits!Edit: that line is equally long in both directions, clearly the best place in scranton!

This is the best place to go in my opinion. They always have a great selection, and the prices are all consistent unlike other places I have been. An eighth will always be the same price no matter what brand and same goes for all products available. Nice and helpful staff.Amanda is the best, always has a smile on her face. Columbia Care has the best selection out of all the dispensaries in Scranton in my opinion. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do get very busy, but they offer curbside pickup which is very convenient. Just text your order in before you leave and then when you arrive just text them back with the color and make/model of your vehicle and they come right out.
