Not sure what's going on with the customer service as of late. Specifically with this one "budtender." Unlike with the other's that work there, who always make my experience A1, I can't even tell you his name (goes to show you a lot). I've been coming to this location for years with no gripes, but lately everytime I have the misfortune of being "assisted" by this one guy, my experience sucks. He's beyond hello, alright. He's also beyond dry, beyond rushed, and beyond unpleasant. Very matter of fact, and does this blank stare when I ask him to check my points, says nothing, and just blurts out a number at me; as if I'm bothering him. Tonight, 4/5/24, after a 14 hour shift at work, I rushed to the location; online order on deck to make things move quicker because I knew I was going to make it just before they closed. I got to the locating at 758. Dude was walking out to smoke a cigarette right by the door (gross). Proceeded to shake his head no and tell me "you're too late, we're not allowed to be in the building past 8(again it was not technically 8). I understand I was cutting it close, but never in my years of coming to this location, have I had the door slammed in my face so that the associate could smoke a cigarette in front of the door before he clocked out. In the time it took him to light his cigarette, and patronize me for cutting it close, he could've helped me out. Normally, with an online order, no one ahead of me, and a competent associate, I'm in and out in 2-3 minutes tops. Like I said, I have years coming to this location. Always have a mobile order ready, never cause any problems, never ask any petulant questions; always a brief, but friendly encounter. I have a major panic disorder, confrontation is literally the antithesis in my life. But not with this guy man. My anxiety always spikes when it's my turn to be "helped" by him. Beyond/Hello, this guy ain't it. Seriously makes me consider going to Truelieve

I want to start out by saying normally my experiences have gone from “fair” to “good” with the occasional “really good “ or even “great”. Recently however I have had a number of “poor” to just “crappy” interactions and experiences. The last one that has me really irritated, and has me feeling like I was lied to. I had to return to the dispensary after purchasing a defective product; it was one of the Lab brand cartridges and it was shorting out and would not work on my battery. I checked on multiple vape batteries, I tried on 3 different units. All the batteries worked fine with any other cartridges I put on them. To say I was upset would be an understatement. And due to inclement weather I wasn’t able to get in until this evening. The commute from my work to the dispensary took more than an hour and a half due to bad roads and traffic. When I got there I nearly broke my neck getting out of my car slipping on the ice on the curb/sidewalk. I go inside and wait then I am taken back and I explain my problem. I have had issues with vape carts both at Beyond Hello and other dispensaries; the process has been the same where the defective cart problem is verified. The young lady that took me back seemed to not be able to assist me with my issue and asked for assistance with the problem from the gentleman she was working with. He did come over to help but I got the vibe right away that he did not want to deal with this issue. He had follow over to his station. I did not bring the original receipt with as the last few times I have had to complete the exchange it wasn’t needed since I had the original packaging and that a copy of the transaction is saved under my account. I’m not sure what all of the difficulties in completing this transaction were but it did seem like he was having some difficulty with it. I was curious as to what the current process was with the old vape cartridge; and the gentleman confirmed that they were going to give me back the old one and I can do with it what I will. I thought that is great as I can keep it in reserve for the next time I’m in a spot I could take it apart and use it in my Puffco Peak Pro ( which was the suggestion I was given by another employee on a different day) which I have had to do. The gentleman then elaborated that they use to send the vape cartridge back to be inspected and verified but they don’t bother doing it anymore. I think I must’ve got on the guys nerves while I was talking to him while was working on getting the replacement cartridge for me. I work at an animal rescue and don’t get much opportunity to talk with people and so sometimes(like all the time) when I do I tend to be a bit long winded. At NO point did he say I was talking to much or anything as rude but he seemed like he had no interest in engaging in conversation. So as it turned out they didn’t have any other similar carts and I was forced to pick a sativa which is ok but I prefer an indica. I decided I’ll just deal with the sativa cart, even though that was no where near what I had. Now for the part that has me upset; after a significant amount of time of the gentleman fighting with the computer to get the prices match since the old cart was purchased during a sale. The gentleman says he is taking verification pictures and then I will be all set. He then hands me the bag with the new cart and tells me he changed his mind and he was going to keep the old cart after all. He told me he decided that because it wasn’t cracked and broken, or leaking everywhere that he was going to send to be quarantined and verified. I was kinda dumbfounded at what I was hearing as I have had a bunch of old carts returned back to me before due to the cart shorting out. I can’t articulate exactly how that made me feel but it felt really bad and I don’t what that feeling again. I might be overthinking it but as I said this is not the first time I have been left feeling like crap after shopping with this branch. I will be making 1 last visits to use what points I have; before saying goodbye to Beyond Hello.

I would give it 5 stars. Everyone there is always so pleasant. Though don’t have an issue with your order or Jackie or jack I think they called her, is going to throw a hissy fit. I work with the public and would never think of treating a customer in the fashion she did handling a question about my order. I personally would avoid her at all costs. Ask for someone else to get your order.

When using their card machine, they charge an extra $7.50 and have the nerve to say it’s because of my card, they charge as if they were an atm and an atm don’t even charge me that much to take money out! They really need to get a better card charging system, makes me not want to go there.

Everytime we go there some homeless or just crazy person is always outside and it's super sketchy and this place should really have a gaurd like the ones in other places. Literally watched two people fighting who got to ask the person walking out for herb 😆y'all are gonna have a bad situation happen there and now you can't claim no one informed yah so yea clean up your area and no I don't wanna email you or respond to you . If you don’t tip them they don’t take you back right away, nor do they go in order you came in. They will take favorites back first. Also put your concentrates upright in the bag it makes less of a mess for the customer. People are always generally nice but they favorite people which hey that’s cool they’re a regular. But when I’m waiting there for 15 minutes after you’ve taken 3 people that came in after me I’m gonna be upset. I’m a paying customer too.

They give u 10% so ur paying 37.80 for the 1/8.The math don't math for me.When they do better by the people and patients of Schuylkill county, I'll give them another chance.

I purchased a vape cartridge that did not work and when I went to call this dispensary to let them know the girl I spoke with, I think her name was Jane, was very stand-offish with me. She wouldn't even let me finish explaining what happened before she cut me off and was telling me theres nothing she can do and to contact the seller. I tried talking with her to see why I couldn't exchange the product like I have in the past when this happened and she seemed very annoyed I wasn't up to date on the FDA's newest policies regarding issues like this. Apparently theres not a thing Beyond Hello can do if they sell you a faulty product that doesn't work once you leave their premises, so I asked if I could open the product in front of the store to make sure it works and if it doesn't would I be able to return it. I asked this several times before I finally got an answer..kindof. She said all sales are final but then said if its opened in front of the store and doesn't work I should be able to exchange it. I also had to ask the girl to please stop cutting me off several times and remind her I am not trying to waste her time I was just trying to prevent this from happening again. This experience is enough to make not never come back to this location.

My first time I got my medical card I was getting from this dispensary I didn’t know they put seals on the containers was supposed to get 7grams got 5.2 instead. Weighed as soon as I got home and knew it was short. Adding to review, I already smoked all the medicine even knowing I was cut short and at the time had no idea they are supposed to come sealed, also seen it a waste of gas driving an hour to go back now I just get from Harrisburg curaleaf they’re never short and theyre all sealed containers.

I usually like this dispensary as the one younger guy working there with glasses is always very nice and super helpful! However today’s visit was something else.. while checking out I told my Budtender (younger girl with shoulder length dark hair and glasses) that I wished to use 200pts on my purchase knocking $10 off my total. She of course mentioned that if I were to save them I could get $60 off my next purchase, I kindly assured her I knew what I was doing, as I am like most adults with a mortgage and children and have a budget I’d like to stick to and the fact that I had already had a trip back there in a few days when I would be spending atleast $300 more dollars. As soon as we started talking Math she got flustered and said something along the lines of not being able to do “quick math” however she was extremely rude, her whole demeanor had changed and when checking out she just grumpily handed me my bag and said not a word, I then said “Thanks, have a good day!” …silence, I thought wow seriously well ok then! She made sure not to be polite and tell me to have a good day until while I was almost out the door and she was back in her little bubble in the entryway where she proceeded to then yell “BYE!!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!! And wave bizarrely at me and then giggle about it with her co worker. Needless to say I won’t be going back there in a few days with ANY money. Please hire some educated adults to work there because today I walked out of there feeling dumber..

The rating says it all. This place is great! I’m always greeted by a friendly face and someone willing to go above an beyond to make my experience spectacular. They have an awesome rewards system and give first time guests 3 discount coupons, not to mention there’s always something on sale. Dan, who I’ve met with multiple times has great customer service, went the extra mile to get me the best discounts he could, and was very knowledgeable on the products. I didn’t even need the menu after he introduced me to some awesome new strains. I ended up spending twice the money I wanted to, but all for the better! As for the rest of the employees, everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t be more satisfied as a customer.

By far the best dispensary I've ever been to, let alone in the Reading area. I've had my card for 3 years and in two states, this is the first and only dispensary I will give 5* (so far). The staff is extremely knowledgeable and on the quest as I am to find Pure melt. Cheyanne is the first person I think genuinely gives a *hoot* about the patients, they donate their tips to charity- heck they even have a suggestion jar! A+Edit/Update: I stopped visiting Beyond a few months after they absolutely ruined their rewards program, and because there was no way to get in and out in under a half hour, express or not. I stopped in today and had my worst experience to date. 7 patients, about 12 employees(4 in the managers office or hangout room), clearly not on break or working. 5 express orders(no modifications, not including mine) still waited 30 minutes. This is the 2nd time they've conveniently forgot my "discount", didn't add the points to my account, to top it all off, They don't donate the tips to charity anymore!I only crossed the bridge to go here for a certain product, and won't be making that mistake again since Harvest added their deals and specials.

The staff are very knowledgeable and have no issue helping you find what you need. They have more reasonably priced products, but they tend to go fast. Unfortunately it seems as if the prices keep rising and some of the products are totally not worth the cost. Sometimes the menu can be a bit lack luster and lacking options but my favorite thing about this place is the point rewards system, I can actually earn free product from spending money which I can't do anywhere else! They also offer deals on their secret menu. One of the places that offers the most deals.

I visited my first Beyond/Hello in Reading today and it was awesome! I was in and out of there in no time and the staff was fantastic. The menu so far has had an excellent selection as well! Only downside is, unless I missed something, you have to park at a parking meter. With not a ton of spaces. I have seen dispensaries when they are busy...and they get BUSY. I cant imagine the parking here then! I still would definitely recommend Beyond/Hello and will be a regular patient there for sure!

Not sure what's going on with the customer service as of late. Specifically with this one "budtender." Unlike with the other's that work there, who always make my experience A1, I can't even tell you his name (goes to show you a lot). I've been coming to this location for years with no gripes, but lately everytime I have the misfortune of being "assisted" by this one guy, my experience sucks. He's beyond hello, alright. He's also beyond dry, beyond rushed, and beyond unpleasant. Very matter of fact, and does this blank stare when I ask him to check my points, says nothing, and just blurts out a number at me; as if I'm bothering him. Tonight, 4/5/24, after a 14 hour shift at work, I rushed to the location; online order on deck to make things move quicker because I knew I was going to make it just before they closed. I got to the locating at 758. Dude was walking out to smoke a cigarette right by the door (gross). Proceeded to shake his head no and tell me "you're too late, we're not allowed to be in the building past 8(again it was not technically 8). I understand I was cutting it close, but never in my years of coming to this location, have I had the door slammed in my face so that the associate could smoke a cigarette in front of the door before he clocked out. In the time it took him to light his cigarette, and patronize me for cutting it close, he could've helped me out. Normally, with an online order, no one ahead of me, and a competent associate, I'm in and out in 2-3 minutes tops. Like I said, I have years coming to this location. Always have a mobile order ready, never cause any problems, never ask any petulant questions; always a brief, but friendly encounter. I have a major panic disorder, confrontation is literally the antithesis in my life. But not with this guy man. My anxiety always spikes when it's my turn to be "helped" by him. Beyond/Hello, this guy ain't it. Seriously makes me consider going to Truelieve

I want to start out by saying normally my experiences have gone from “fair” to “good” with the occasional “really good “ or even “great”. Recently however I have had a number of “poor” to just “crappy” interactions and experiences. The last one that has me really irritated, and has me feeling like I was lied to. I had to return to the dispensary after purchasing a defective product; it was one of the Lab brand cartridges and it was shorting out and would not work on my battery. I checked on multiple vape batteries, I tried on 3 different units. All the batteries worked fine with any other cartridges I put on them. To say I was upset would be an understatement. And due to inclement weather I wasn’t able to get in until this evening. The commute from my work to the dispensary took more than an hour and a half due to bad roads and traffic. When I got there I nearly broke my neck getting out of my car slipping on the ice on the curb/sidewalk. I go inside and wait then I am taken back and I explain my problem. I have had issues with vape carts both at Beyond Hello and other dispensaries; the process has been the same where the defective cart problem is verified. The young lady that took me back seemed to not be able to assist me with my issue and asked for assistance with the problem from the gentleman she was working with. He did come over to help but I got the vibe right away that he did not want to deal with this issue. He had follow over to his station. I did not bring the original receipt with as the last few times I have had to complete the exchange it wasn’t needed since I had the original packaging and that a copy of the transaction is saved under my account. I’m not sure what all of the difficulties in completing this transaction were but it did seem like he was having some difficulty with it. I was curious as to what the current process was with the old vape cartridge; and the gentleman confirmed that they were going to give me back the old one and I can do with it what I will. I thought that is great as I can keep it in reserve for the next time I’m in a spot I could take it apart and use it in my Puffco Peak Pro ( which was the suggestion I was given by another employee on a different day) which I have had to do. The gentleman then elaborated that they use to send the vape cartridge back to be inspected and verified but they don’t bother doing it anymore. I think I must’ve got on the guys nerves while I was talking to him while was working on getting the replacement cartridge for me. I work at an animal rescue and don’t get much opportunity to talk with people and so sometimes(like all the time) when I do I tend to be a bit long winded. At NO point did he say I was talking to much or anything as rude but he seemed like he had no interest in engaging in conversation. So as it turned out they didn’t have any other similar carts and I was forced to pick a sativa which is ok but I prefer an indica. I decided I’ll just deal with the sativa cart, even though that was no where near what I had. Now for the part that has me upset; after a significant amount of time of the gentleman fighting with the computer to get the prices match since the old cart was purchased during a sale. The gentleman says he is taking verification pictures and then I will be all set. He then hands me the bag with the new cart and tells me he changed his mind and he was going to keep the old cart after all. He told me he decided that because it wasn’t cracked and broken, or leaking everywhere that he was going to send to be quarantined and verified. I was kinda dumbfounded at what I was hearing as I have had a bunch of old carts returned back to me before due to the cart shorting out. I can’t articulate exactly how that made me feel but it felt really bad and I don’t what that feeling again. I might be overthinking it but as I said this is not the first time I have been left feeling like crap after shopping with this branch. I will be making 1 last visits to use what points I have; before saying goodbye to Beyond Hello.

Everytime we go there some homeless or just crazy person is always outside and it's super sketchy and this place should really have a gaurd like the ones in other places. Literally watched two people fighting who got to ask the person walking out for herb 😆y'all are gonna have a bad situation happen there and now you can't claim no one informed yah so yea clean up your area and no I don't wanna email you or respond to you . If you don’t tip them they don’t take you back right away, nor do they go in order you came in. They will take favorites back first. Also put your concentrates upright in the bag it makes less of a mess for the customer. People are always generally nice but they favorite people which hey that’s cool they’re a regular. But when I’m waiting there for 15 minutes after you’ve taken 3 people that came in after me I’m gonna be upset. I’m a paying customer too.

I purchased a vape cartridge that did not work and when I went to call this dispensary to let them know the girl I spoke with, I think her name was Jane, was very stand-offish with me. She wouldn't even let me finish explaining what happened before she cut me off and was telling me theres nothing she can do and to contact the seller. I tried talking with her to see why I couldn't exchange the product like I have in the past when this happened and she seemed very annoyed I wasn't up to date on the FDA's newest policies regarding issues like this. Apparently theres not a thing Beyond Hello can do if they sell you a faulty product that doesn't work once you leave their premises, so I asked if I could open the product in front of the store to make sure it works and if it doesn't would I be able to return it. I asked this several times before I finally got an answer..kindof. She said all sales are final but then said if its opened in front of the store and doesn't work I should be able to exchange it. I also had to ask the girl to please stop cutting me off several times and remind her I am not trying to waste her time I was just trying to prevent this from happening again. This experience is enough to make not never come back to this location.

My first time I got my medical card I was getting from this dispensary I didn’t know they put seals on the containers was supposed to get 7grams got 5.2 instead. Weighed as soon as I got home and knew it was short. Adding to review, I already smoked all the medicine even knowing I was cut short and at the time had no idea they are supposed to come sealed, also seen it a waste of gas driving an hour to go back now I just get from Harrisburg curaleaf they’re never short and theyre all sealed containers.

I usually like this dispensary as the one younger guy working there with glasses is always very nice and super helpful! However today’s visit was something else.. while checking out I told my Budtender (younger girl with shoulder length dark hair and glasses) that I wished to use 200pts on my purchase knocking $10 off my total. She of course mentioned that if I were to save them I could get $60 off my next purchase, I kindly assured her I knew what I was doing, as I am like most adults with a mortgage and children and have a budget I’d like to stick to and the fact that I had already had a trip back there in a few days when I would be spending atleast $300 more dollars. As soon as we started talking Math she got flustered and said something along the lines of not being able to do “quick math” however she was extremely rude, her whole demeanor had changed and when checking out she just grumpily handed me my bag and said not a word, I then said “Thanks, have a good day!” …silence, I thought wow seriously well ok then! She made sure not to be polite and tell me to have a good day until while I was almost out the door and she was back in her little bubble in the entryway where she proceeded to then yell “BYE!!! They have an awesome rewards system and give first time guests 3 discount coupons, not to mention there’s always something on sale. Dan, who I’ve met with multiple times has great customer service, went the extra mile to get me the best discounts he could, and was very knowledgeable on the products. I didn’t even need the menu after he introduced me to some awesome new strains. I ended up spending twice the money I wanted to, but all for the better! By far the best dispensary I've ever been to, let alone in the Reading area. I've had my card for 3 years and in two states, this is the first and only dispensary I will give 5* (so far). The staff is extremely knowledgeable and on the quest as I am to find Pure melt. Cheyanne is the first person I think genuinely gives a *hoot* about the patients, they donate their tips to charity- heck they even have a suggestion jar! A+Edit/Update: I stopped visiting Beyond a few months after they absolutely ruined their rewards program, and because there was no way to get in and out in under a half hour, express or not. I stopped in today and had my worst experience to date. 7 patients, about 12 employees(4 in the managers office or hangout room), clearly not on break or working. 5 express orders(no modifications, not including mine) still waited 30 minutes. This is the 2nd time they've conveniently forgot my "discount", didn't add the points to my account, to top it all off, They don't donate the tips to charity anymore!I only crossed the bridge to go here for a certain product, and won't be making that mistake again since Harvest added their deals and specials.

The staff are very knowledgeable and have no issue helping you find what you need. They have more reasonably priced products, but they tend to go fast. Unfortunately it seems as if the prices keep rising and some of the products are totally not worth the cost. Sometimes the menu can be a bit lack luster and lacking options but my favorite thing about this place is the point rewards system, I can actually earn free product from spending money which I can't do anywhere else! They also offer deals on their secret menu. One of the places that offers the most deals.

I visited my first Beyond/Hello in Reading today and it was awesome! I was in and out of there in no time and the staff was fantastic. The menu so far has had an excellent selection as well! Only downside is, unless I missed something, you have to park at a parking meter. With not a ton of spaces. I have seen dispensaries when they are busy...and they get BUSY. I cant imagine the parking here then! I still would definitely recommend Beyond/Hello and will be a regular patient there for sure!
