I can't say I feel good about going to this dispensary chain in general. Although Trulieve, Curaleaf, Rise, and Sunnyside are just as bad or worse in terms of their corporate "big cannabis" business model. The point system here is mediocre, and I've personally experienced how they manipulate the point values on sale priced items, subtracting the reward first then the sale percentage so you lose out. It's actually quite insidious but goes overlooked. They're basically scamming people in plain sight.This all goes with saying that the menu is mediocre. Both Pittsburgh and Irwin locations usually stock waaay less variety in product than other, better dispensaries. I guess when you buy out the competition and rapidly open 17 stores in PA, it's hard to keep up with the competition. I honestly used to go here a bit guiltily to buy medicine from my favorite, organically grown flower producer FRX ('Farm-aceutical RX'). Back when they were coming out with bigger quantities like quarters, BH was the cheapest place to actually buy a lot of their top shelf strains.That has all but evaporated though. I'll occasionally browse the menu on a sale day, because it's hard to beat 30% off. I've kind of realized they have a sale like that every other week though, because the menu is generally so poor that it's the only way they can get business in the door.The employees at this location tend to be a bit less helpful and courteous when problems arise, I will add. Pittsburgh location is tolerable but Beyond/Hello in general is a wack company.

One time I came here, my order got messed up pretty badly and I tried to go back inside to see what I could do and they said because I left the building already they couldn't help me. I stopped coming here for about a year or year and a half ago because of that and the fact the S&T bank cards didn't work and it was always a hassle.

I drive all the way from verona because the location in the southside is HORRIBLE. Used to be my fave, now I'll go elsewhere. Tried to hand me a bag of the driest, crispier weed I ever had IN MY LIFE.Preying on the poor class. Poor form.

this place is honestly very mid. oddly expensive w basically no discounts and they dont even have good enough products to warrant the prices. you can probably find everything on the menu at literally any other place and for cheaper. the employees are weird and not nearly as personable as dispensary employees usually are....not to add that it almost always takes forever even if you order ahead. the nicest thing about this place is the interior design.

Don’t bother signing into your account, checking in, and entering your vehicle information AND location of your vehicle …according to the staff member I encountered, they just watch vehicles pull up into the only 2 spots they have available and then come out to check you in, then go get your order, then come out again. I guess for convenience it’s nice, but wouldn’t recommend it for quickness, ease, or otherwise. It says right on the sign, “Order online for express pickup” ….. still waiting 25 minutes later. 👍🏼

Honestly the BEST dispensary by far. I live a lot closer to two ( nothing against either of them ) But here… they honestly know you by name. Treat you like you are the only one there. The staff is friendly and it was a quick transition for my 1st time at this dispensary. I had to leave a review about the LAB products I purchased. The regular price of the solventless is only 65 compared to 75 to 80 on other brands. Then the live resin blueberry headband and original blueberry. Again the quality and effects are great. Lastly I grabbed 2 different live resin carts(purple urkle and classic blueberry) which I thought personally the best I had in the last 6 months and at $42 regular price it's lower than most brands but quality 👌

Okay so, the employees are fantastic. I just wish these dispensaries would carry down the cost savings. "Average wholesale dry-leaf cannabis dropped from $10.65 per gram in January 2021 to $6.65 per gram over the past month, Director John Collins said at a March 22 advisory board meeting. That’s a 38% decrease.Meanwhile, average retail dry-leaf cannabis fell from $14.90 per gram to $13.40 over the same period — a decline of just 10%."

I’ve been using this location exclusively for over a year and a half. Today is the day I am gonna start looking at other dispensary options. The staff here… they have a high turnover. Some of them are AMAZINGLY NICE. Others are rude and not nice at all. The waiting room was not at capacity, the man with the walkie talkie basically said leave they can’t handle all the orders they got. Don’t have a sale then complain about your customers. The girl working curbside wasn’t very nice when I asked a question... Honestly I may be taking this up with your corporate office. As someone who struggles with anxiety/ptsd this was not a pleasant experience. Your staff should be trained better to be more polite, we are coming there for a medical need and being met with hostility and rudeness was not warranted or needed. Lose the dude with the walkie talkie letting people freeze outside while your waiting room had 1 patient in it, and saying it was at max and it wasn’t. I have video footage. Yay 2022. AT THE END OF THE DAY TREAT YOUR PATIENTS BETTER. we are sorry you are overwhelmed but we didnt do anything to deserve to be treated like that just because your store is overwhelmed.

The menu is kinda basic. The wait time to get in and get out is outrageous. Like seriously it’s ridiculous. And the workers have this vibe as if because they are there all day, that it’s ok for customers to wait there however long. If you have a line out the door there’s no reason every register shouldn’t have a employee behind it ringing people up. The rewards program isn’t any better. It’s to the point that it’s really not worth it. Vytal Options, specifically the one in Lancaster, is a much better choice in my opinion. Everything they offer beats this dispensary by a mile.

Recently I had made a purchase & the card readers were moving slowly. I decided to cancel my card transaction & just pay in cash. Well, my card transaction ended up going through & my bank was unable to refund me, so I had technically paid double for what I got. As well as the loyalty program, but you have to sign up. There are also great lock bags for your prescription meds and accessories. I had my first visit to the newly opened Beyond Hello today (opened March 2021)and had a great experience! I have to update this because on my second trip there I found out that they had gotten rid of the new patient discounts that I thought I would still have available when I returned so that was a disappointment. The reward points program for established customers is the best I have seen yet along with Rise. There's a lot of dispensaries that are not offering any real loyalty program or discounts and I have saved a lot because of these programs. Always inquire with staff as to what discounts are available and make sure you complete the sign up online to collect your points.

Some transparency on that would be great so that patients don't waste their time and gas just to be turned away at the door. If you stop seeing patients at 7:45 just say that instead of advertising that you're open til 8. Seems like a bad business practice for a place that treats people with anxiety.

They provided me with the bag pictured and if you return with it for subsequent visits they donate a dollar to charity. My friend and I will definitely be back!

The staff is friendly and it was a quick transition for my 1st time at this dispensary. I had to leave a review about the LAB products I purchased. The regular price of the solventless is only 65 compared to 75 to 80 on other brands. Then the live resin blueberry headband and original blueberry. Again the quality and effects are great. Lastly I grabbed 2 different live resin carts(purple urkle and classic blueberry) which I thought personally the best I had in the last 6 months and at $42 regular price it's lower than most brands but quality 👌

I’ve been using this location exclusively for over a year and a half. Today is the day I am gonna start looking at other dispensary options. The staff here… they have a high turnover. Some of them are AMAZINGLY NICE. Others are rude and not nice at all. The waiting room was not at capacity, the man with the walkie talkie basically said leave they can’t handle all the orders they got. Don’t have a sale then complain about your customers. The girl working curbside wasn’t very nice when I asked a question... Honestly I may be taking this up with your corporate office. As someone who struggles with anxiety/ptsd this was not a pleasant experience. Your staff should be trained better to be more polite, we are coming there for a medical need and being met with hostility and rudeness was not warranted or needed. Lose the dude with the walkie talkie letting people freeze outside while your waiting room had 1 patient in it, and saying it was at max and it wasn’t. I have video footage. Yay 2022. AT THE END OF THE DAY TREAT YOUR PATIENTS BETTER. we are sorry you are overwhelmed but we didnt do anything to deserve to be treated like that just because your store is overwhelmed.

The menu is kinda basic. The wait time to get in and get out is outrageous. Like seriously it’s ridiculous. And the workers have this vibe as if because they are there all day, that it’s ok for customers to wait there however long. If you have a line out the door there’s no reason every register shouldn’t have a employee behind it ringing people up. The rewards program isn’t any better. It’s to the point that it’s really not worth it. Vytal Options, specifically the one in Lancaster, is a much better choice in my opinion. Everything they offer beats this dispensary by a mile.

Recently I had made a purchase & the card readers were moving slowly. I decided to cancel my card transaction & just pay in cash. I have to update this because on my second trip there I found out that they had gotten rid of the new patient discounts that I thought I would still have available when I returned so that was a disappointment. The reward points program for established customers is the best I have seen yet along with Rise. There's a lot of dispensaries that are not offering any real loyalty program or discounts and I have saved a lot because of these programs. Always inquire with staff as to what discounts are available and make sure you complete the sign up online to collect your points.

Some transparency on that would be great so that patients don't waste their time and gas just to be turned away at the door. If you stop seeing patients at 7:45 just say that instead of advertising that you're open til 8. Seems like a bad business practice for a place that treats people with anxiety.
