This place is pretty good for the most part but I can't recommend you go here. There is very little wait. (pretty sure everyone wised up and goes elsewhere) The service and staff and wonderful and friendly. Not only that, but there is curbside pickup too.The bad and why you should never come here despite it being 4 stars? Byond Hello is Jushi owned, as a result the selection at this store is going to be 90 percent Jushi garbage. Anything not owned by Jushi is going to be overpriced and have very poor selection.Save your time and effort and drive elsewhere.
Sean was super knowledgeable and helped me find the right products to help with neck pain and CPTSD. I will absolutely be back.

Beyond Hello Bristol provided me with one of the worst, most insulting customer experiences I have ever had in my life. I would not visit there again if their products were free. It was that bad. I strongly advise you to avoid this company completely. There are much better dispensaries available.
This is the slowest dispensary of them all. Beyond Hello is already one of the slowest. But this location is the worst of them all. They have zero sense of urgency. I understand this is a long process anyway with the checkin. This is unbelievable though. Dont but Lab or Bank products either almost all are trash.
Excellent, knowledgeable and helpful staff here. I have never had a bad experience. Stacy is a doll! Also, Mike was extremely patient and diligent while helping me recently, and I very much appreciate his kindness and courtesy.
I made an online order for curbside service. I received an email telling me that my order was ready. So I drive to the back, wait in line, an associate takes my money and card and walks in the building to get my order. After waiting for WAY longer than normal, a different associate comes out, hands me my money and card back and tells me what I ordered is no longer available. I told her that I received an email saying that my order was ready, so how come my order is now missing? She told me that she doesn’t know anything and she just works in the back. THEN after I leave, I received another email that says, “ Pickup request declined. Call the store for more information.”This was a complete waste of time and money for me. Huge inconvenience and I’ll never order from this place again… BEWARE!!!
I have no complaints. They always have what I want. Decent prices. Nice people. Sometimes there's a wait but that doesn't bother me.
Short, chubby, Blonde girl came to curbside and told me I cant pick up my order until 6pm (it was 3pm and I placed it at 1pm) I have never once been turned away or told to go inside bc my "order isn't ready yet" They are understaffed but I never had them not put together my 2 items...it takes 2 minutes to pull up my acct and print out labels like come on. She said I have to wait for a text that my order is ready but never once have I gotten one, I just go whenever the same day. Disappointed for the first time here.
Orders used to be processed quickly, but one of the last orders I placed was before they opened, scheduled a 9-10 am pick up time. Now you have to keep checking your email for the status instead of getting a text. This order took six hours to fill. I couldn't get there the same day, so the order was canceled. The staff is always great. I don't blame them, but the somebody changed the system. It wasn't broke, so why mess with it?
Staff is very nice, very clean dispensary with great variety of products.The wait to go and pick up an online order is ridiculous. Waiting upwards of 20 mins for a quick 5 minute transaction, when I finally get called into pay I usually see multiple staff members just standing around talking to each other and not helping/ calling back customers when there is three other stations available. So why am I waiting so long to pick up an order I placed hours ago when I could've been in and out in less than 10 minutes?I just find this to be bad customer service, pick up orders should be convenient, not waiting for over 20 minutes on some days.Also get better sales going. I know you're like the only dispensary in the immediate area for some, but I feel the community can be offered better sales other than the same one weeks after week with more competitive pricing.
No issues coming but it seems like people don't really feel like answering a lot of questions when you come in and honestly many expect you to know how it works when you get there. It was my first visit and it went fine. They were helpful with that but they didn't like to be asked a lot of questions. So just keep it in mind when you get there.
Great products, and good quality. The staff here are all great and knowledgeable. Good experience every time.
Edited: after posting this, someone reached out to me and researched why this was happening. It seems something was incorrect on the caregiver account so they fixed it and my husband has not once been asked for my card. I appreciated that it was taken care of swiftly and apparently, correctly this time. The need more dart pods they sell a bunch of batteries for them but they're selection is o to none , this is also the only way to make suggestions also their website doesn't have options to give back feed back
Beyond-hello really stepped up their game with sales. I'm happy the owners actually listen to the customers and their needs for medical and financial help. I've been coming around more because of the great sales you guys have been putting out. Keep up with the Fire buds you guys pick and them sales
Love this Place the first time J stopped in there they were super professional and seemed very knowledgeable about there products!
Used to like coming here but the sales suck. The curbside pickup never works they always find some excuse to cancel it. Half the time I come in here they don't have the product I order and sub with something I don't like. Prices are too high. There's no other competition in the area so you're better off driving further to get the bang for your buck.

Yesterday they said they could not serve anyone because the entire state’s system was down. Totally fine, I understand technical difficulties. I ordered online and used points well I never got my order because of a tech problem at 7pm and they close at 8pm on Friday I never got the order. Those points I was going to use for this order and now gone and I never got to use them. Majority of their employees are rude for literally no reason. The wait times here are unacceptable and it’s really a shame their service is terrible overall. Having to wait over upwards of an hour in a curbside line is a joke. Management save your weak “sorry to hear you didn’t have a positive experience” I have NO time for that!
The place is consistently slow to get you taken care of and the overall service is poor considering other dispensaries.They act like holding up your id through the window does something when they can’t see or speak to you through the door. Too cheap to buy a camera system I wonder what else they slack on since the bathrooms are never clean.

Love the staff here they are always nice. Even when it's busy they are quick with getting you in and out.
On Christmas Eve I went there to see a man who was deny access to dispensary even tho his card wasn't expired. They explain he had to go through keystone to review his card. So I told the guy I'll get what you need give me the money. So I go back and told the lady I'm doing two transactions cash then my card. She rolled her eyes and wasn't pleasant. I asked her are you tired? Had a whole attitude. I spend money there every week. I was told by security he would not give me the girl's name I told him I was going to do a review. He told me to contact Aubrey exit disgusted with her. Came at me because I grabbed the band his medical marijuana and I apparently made a transaction outside oh, but his card was valid. I will call and discuss customer service sucks
This business knows what they are doing. I am impressed with how well the workers keep the flow of customers moving, especially on busy days. They constantly have deals. The employees are really helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I may have.
My first experience, I just obtained my card. A.J. was very helpful. She explained allot to me about how to choose my product. When she asked if I had any questions at the end I couldn't think of a single one, still can't. Everyone there was very nice. I look forward to doing business with them again.
I've been going to beyond hello for the past 2 years. I've never had a problem and enjoyed the customer service until yesterday. Went in to make a purchase a new guy was behind the glass that I've never seen before, and told me my card had a hold on it. He was extremely rude, as was the security guard. The security guard actually stood up like there was a problem and there was no problem. The problem was there was an inexperienced person behind the glass. Do not know what his intentions were. I felt belittled and embarrassed, as the lobby was filled with other customers. I will not be going back to beyond hello. I will miss the the staff. Most of them. And for the owner, train your employees better. I did follow up with the 800 number, and there was NO issue with my card.
They know how to dealWith mistakes and have always returned my items. The sales are constant; almost always 20 percent off with a good rewards program. Drive through is fast and I would recommend!
Excellent people and product,Cresco are the very best for flower and concentrates,I always buy Cresco,never disappointed,prices should be lower,an ounce should cost around 250/or under, you'll pay 360 at these prices and get all 1/8 ths too,halfs are "smalls, they have made more than enough money by now, they should be able to lower their prices, watch what happens if it goes recreational they'll really be dropping their prices cuz they'll be losing business
Worst experience ever, staff was rude and not very helpful... there policies for rewards points don't make sense and instead of trying to explain to there customers, their staff basically has a "it is what it is and you get what you get attitude... " then I tried to call talk to management to return product because I no longer want to do business with them for how I was treated and told that no returns no refunds nothing canbe done I'm just beat... basically they will take your money and your on your own... they are not there to Actually help you just collect your money... smh im never spending dime here ever again... your not treated like ppl here...
My wife is a patient and she says the staff is great and the curbside pick-up is very convenient.

Been there few times..I don't work at no dispo I can tell liberty has better prices there prices are better tbrn on sale.orices..amyone notice when they have sales they raise the prices up to some items five to ten dollars I have photo.proof from the day wasn't on sale.n day was bc on day was says price it was scartched n higher then the day before so when goes twenty percent for sale really like 5-10 seriosuly..also the worst worst house brand the bank trash if like standards farms trash the I'll have no problem.rewards programs horrible worst liberty i spend 200 I get twenty dollars back n on top.that they have monthly spending goal if u spend some.much a.minth u get free money n cash bak ever visit it took n also Evey visit ur getting a spending like 50 but at beyond hello u spend like 400 at liberty to get two ten dollars coupons which ridlous what u think worth it not including sale.proces.liberty has u guys need to step up why u see only grand ma goin there bc they don't know better n liberty has much younger consumers I've been les.the.hello.beyind no bull n live closer to hello beyond by 30 mins that much I would rather drive then go here save ur spend spend were he appercited
This was my first time ever at a dispensary and I was shocked by how good my first experience was! The interior of Beyond Hello was super clean and minimalistic and the staff were even better. They even gave me some resources to help me with my first time using cannabis. I will certainly be back!
What can I say about this place except, thank you 🪴! Cash or card. They also have a curbside pick up around the back (have cash ready). The waiters are always pleasant and helpful.

I moved up here from Florida about a year ago. I was in the cannabis industry for 3 years down there and now I work in the NJ industry. I have witnessed so many companies start off being about putting patients first. Matching them with high quality products that actually helped target their ailments. Now, you see a lot of companies just want to make as much money as possible.When I walked in today, the person at admin was friendly. They asked me to fill out paperwork and within no time I was walking to the floor. I was directed to station 5 where one of the supervisors helped me out. She was knowledgeable of the products, talked about terpenes that would help with my ailments, she was kind, and patient with me. I couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience. I will most definitely be back, thanks again, my fellow budtender!

The staff is rude. I couldn't open the front door, because I didn't know you had to scan your card. A women working there came out and read the sign to me like I was a baby. She was incredibly rude, so I left without going in. I'm never going there again, they are rude, and there's plenty of other places to go. I hope the place goes out of business. And I will tell everyone I know not to spend money here.

Most of the staff here are nice, but there are a few “rotten eggs”… some in every bunch I suppose. A bit pricy, but others are as well. Overall, a stress free experience.

used to be great, not so much anymore. They offer online discounts but then the website won't work. It's a hot mess. False advertising. They change their hours constantly, they really need a manager that knows how to run a business not one that's completely clueless.
Best dispensary around! The only thing that seems to get to people is the wait times. People have no issue waiting in line for ANYTHING else but when it comes to legal cannabis they lose their minds. These people are working thru a pandemic give them a break on the wait times. The only reason the lines are long is #1 Everyone comes at the same time #2 The person before you is given the bud tenders undivided attention to make the right purchase. I’ve NEVER seen more then a 20 minute wait in 4 years of coming here and YES that’s the typical wait time at almost any dispensaries in PA at the busiest time of day don’t lie I’ve been to them all! Enjoy life and stay medicated!
What on earth is going on here? Closed for in-store purchases for 2 days, says curbside only but all slots are already take. AND they don't open til 12:30. I used to shop but but gave up on this place when I had.more options. Recent sales on some favorite products brought me back. But now I've missed the sales because of this nonsense. Adios, this is BEYOND Frustrating.
I enjoy shopping here when there isn't a crazy wait. However, the last few days I've been getting daily text message marketing about great promotions.. except my location has been closing early, require curbside only and online order.. but zero way for me to place an order. I've missed out on a few days of specials that I wanted. When I called and asked for a manager they apologized and instructed to keep trying on the website. It was a waste of a few hours of attempting to buy something.

Well .. is incredible see in couple months how the patient express himself about this pharmacy .. At the first really like this place.. But recently the wait is really ridiculous with more than 10 people at small area ..In addition of that ..WE like a patient paid a lot money every time that we visit the pharmacy.. I visit recently to purchase my medication at the fact that I spend a lot every week accumulated more them 1000 points at certain point.. All the times any other employees used a full redeem for cover my purchase ..But today I get informed that I can used just $10 at one time .. . When 2020 and all this year I used full redeem to cover any other purchase or balance... I DONT UNDERSTAND... IF THIS IS THE CASE .. you have to training BETTER you employees!. BC one group recognized full redeem and other NOT. When outside in other pharmacies in the industry recognize FULL redeem for his patients..Like Laurel Harvest

Well they have everything you need that is available in Pennsylvania beans beans were not allowed to have a edibles drinkables but other than that they have all of practically 90% of what you need very nice people that work there kind generous and outgoing people very happy and I like it
All the pharmacists are super helpful but that weird manager Jared says marijuiana isn't medicinal. I couldn't disagree more. It's a miracle drug for nausea and other ailments. The old staff were super knowledgeable but its few and far between with anyone that works there now. Corporate takeover....
Didn't have what was advertised and acted as if the customer should just get over it. MIKE, and Dave acted as if it wasn't false advertisement and because the counter person was nice i should be quiet. Their list doesn't refresh apparently like every other dispensary. Don't be fooled go to Liberty, Keystone anywhere just not here!!
The worst dispensary in Bucks County. Long wait times and have messed up my orders on numerous occasions. I understand, it happens. But receiving attitude from the front desk receptionist is not cool. As a medical facility, I would imagine patients would be treated with manners. Also, loudly complaining about how “busy” the place is going to get and how you’re not happy about that, is not an ideal thing to say in front of other patients. Don’t waste your money and TIME here. Go to another dispensary where you can get better service and people who at least can have manners while they’re working. Most of the employees are very kind, but when you deal with someone distasteful just once, it will turn you away.
I did like this dispensary at first. Staff is and always have been very nice and super helpful. But long lines and 45 minute plus waits get very annoying. Pricing is expensive for bud, concentrates and carts. They don't let you stack military discount with promos (super cheap). Abington gives a 20% discount for military anyway with a better selection. No worries, I guess I'll be driving a little further away.
I’ll start by saying what i like about this place. It has a good selection and nice budtenders! The problem here is the amount of time you wait to get into the back. Being in the waiting room can still lead to a 30-45 min wait and if you are in line outside it's gonna take patience. My care taker is told there is an issue with the card every time they go (even though we don’t have this problem anywhere else) it’s always figured out but takes another 10-15 min. Would prefer to go to other dispos in the area where it’s easy to get in and out.
I only come here if I absolutely have to. And it's even the closest one to me. Some of the staff always seem to have an attitude, some are nice. Be prepared to wait at least 40 minutes even if you reserve ahead. Also if you reserve ahead and they run out they will not call you or replace with something of the same price even though they say they will.
The staff off phenomenal! Everyone is knowledgeable, and knows where everything is. My Disney world! ???? They have a pretty good array of products!
Always a good experience. The place is very clean. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always ask the right questions to assist you in getting the best medication. They are willing to work with you in many ways to ensure a good outcome.
~Beyond~ Friendly!! Extremely secure, clean, and organized. Check in/ waiting area was stylish and organized and social distancing measures made me feel safe. Staff was very friendly and made me feel safe anxiety wise to ask questions and choose and purchase products. Amazing experience!
Love this dispensary!Edit: The staff at this location are really awesome! Now as far as the online ordering...needs improvement. The mobile site never works. For those that work overnight it would be convenient to be able to order and then pick up without a wait. However the majority of the time it doesn't work. They started an overnight ordering which is good but again the online barely works. There is also never enough product or at least that's what the reason is most of the time. I have been here a different times and I am still amazed as to how quickly they run out. The lines are definitely long and heaven forbid you get inside and they don't have your items...You will be S.O.O.L which is totally not cool. The prices have also gone up. So whenever a new manufacturer hits they will reel us in with a lower price but soon as we start purchasing...inflation. Example is the 1920's brand started out at $40 an eighth but now it's $50. That's crazy and the potency has declined. So be aware of this. Also the rewards points has changed. It use to be $14 for every $200 spent and so on but now it's $10 for every $200. Maybe they should have a certain amount that can be ordered online and a certain amount left for in-store as well. It becomes unfair for so many that are in need of the medicinal products. Price, time, and weather...smdh. I will say that again the staff is the only reason I didn't drop the rating down to 1 star. I hope they improve and the price margin gets lower. Very disappointed in the changes.
Great experience, nice atmosphere and a very patient and friendly staff. They answer all your questions, and have never led me wrong. My number one go to place! Also so centrally located near the Bristol exit on 95 and easy access to the turnpike.
I have been meaning to change my rating and update my review for a few weeks now. Was previously 1 star. But they have it figured out quite well now. Selection has improved greatly, prices are no longer any higher than other places for no reason, they have more (and better) sales than anywhere, plus curbside pickup (take advantage of this!). Would be 5 stars if they didn't just downgrade their rewards program.???? But overall, I recommend beyond hello bristol to everyone. It has become one of my few go to spots. I left my old review below for reference.Seriously, do not waste your time if you are able to go elsewhere. Aside from the friendly staff and clean store, there is nothing positive to say. This place is overpriced and way understocked. Do yourself a favor and make the drive elsewhere. I know I will keep driving past it until things change.
Staff in person are amazing and helpful but over the phone they are pretty rude. Online ordering is neat impossible... You can't order until 830am and then 831 it's already shut down. Then you are told you need to wait a half hour and check to see if you can order again. So they want you to spend your day watching the clock so you can order online. The kicker is the message as soon as you go on to the menu states to try and choose curbside pick up to minimize contact etc.... Unfortunately it is one of two dispensaries in the area so I don't have many options.

I've been visiting this location for a few months. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products available. A secure yet comfortable environment. The is usually a wide variety except with flower.I would give a 5 star review if it wasn't for the extremely long lines all the time. Service is slow and I understand it is patient dependant and protocols set by the state. Don't expect to be able to use the curb side pick up option because there are rarely ever times available. I'm not sure if it was like this before covid but I hope they improve the online ordering option or figure out a better way to facility being a busy location.
I have been a member of beyond/hello for a couple of weeks now and so far they have been wonderful! I do not however have a reference since this is the first dispensary I have ever been to. Regardless, the experience is nice and secure yet casual. Friendly staff so far, I have met 6 staff members so far and all have been really friendly and helpful. Everybody seems like they know what they are doing and generally have an answer about anything and everything in regards to marijuanna. Above everything else; amazing quality products. ????????
