One of my favorite dispensaries in the Lehigh Valley. Very clean inside and the associates were extremely knowledgeable about any questions that I had. The 2 customer associates that I interacted with were fantastic! Bella and Steven were so helpful and friendly and made me feel relaxed because it was the first time I was at this dispensary. Walking in the door, you just know this is a quality business. The products are top of the line...but you can get many of the same products at other dispensaries. What makes Beyond Hello special are the people! Laura is the store supervisor and is so nice and helpful, she makes me smile when I see her. All the people are great but I'd like to specifically mention Bella Craig. She's an encyclopedia! When I'm talking to her about what I'm looking for, I can tell that she is actively listening by her eye contact and her follow up questions. Her recommendations are spot on. Although I singled out Laura and Bella - all the employees are knowledgeable and so friendly. I enjoy going to the store and am always happy with my purchases. Keep up the good work Beyond Hello and don't move the Bethlehem location because it would be heart breaking

First time at this location and it won't be the last. I filled out my paperwork and Laura, I think she's the manager, took me back right away. I've always had to wait at least 10 minutes or more anywhere else. I didn't have an order and she asked some questions and made recommendations I would not have picked. I'm glad I trusted her, because I had the best sleep of my life last night. 100% will be back. This is my new place. Ask for Laura, you won't be disappointed. Great music by the way. Love the little lounge on the sales floor. Hidden gem in an area filled with dispensaries.

This was my dispensary until I was diagnosed with CHS (cannabinoid hypermesis syndrome). One of the things I miss most about the product is coming to this place and seeing their friendly faces. I always felt so at home and welcome here. Miss you guys - good luck ❤️

Someone recommended Beyond Hello to me. I live a mile away and never knew it was there! I met the manager, Laura today and she is so warm and funny. I met Denise to, who suggested a lot of good things for me and I dont smoke.. I can't wait to try the trocke! Beyond Hello Bethlehem is highly recommended. I'll never go back to KCR or Ethos.

Pro: Closest dispensary in my area, easy access and parking.Cons:- Most expensive Dispensary in the area area- Online ordering platform is not user / mobile friendly at all.- Unfriendly customer service- Product description does not match what you buy (thc%, terp profile) were inaccurate by >2%- When there are deals that rival other dispensaries in the area, don't be fooled. You'll find almost year-old bud during their sales.Last time I gave this place a try.

I go to this dispensary all the time, the staff is amazing! The other night I happened to leave my debit card behind as I was checking out and they went as far as to not only call to inform me; but they also waited after closing hours for me to come back and make sure it was returned to me right away! Very grateful for them saving me the headache of having to report my card missing, especially right before the holidays.Every member of the staff that I’ve met has excellent customer service skills!

Just overall pretty decent, a little in your face with the "inclusivity" stuff, not against it just a bit much for a dispensary a place for medicine. Decent selections, house brand the lab is actually okay with some people complaining of the cart failures I've never had one and love their northern lights. They should have sales/promotions more often but I think they know being out where they are and little competition theres no need to do such. Overall you will be pleased for the most part but really nothing special compared to the rest in the greater area.

This is the only dispensary I visit that still manages to have me wait 20 minutes with one person ahead of me despite havint ordered online ahead of time. I wish this was an isolated incident, but too often the norm and not the exception. Unfortunately, I will prioritize other dispensaries over this location due to this issue, alone.

This is my favorite dispensary but it's also the closest to where I live. I've been visiting this dispensary since Dec 2021.They're always nice and helpful. I'm a trans man and I don't have the money to change my name but I let them know to not use my legal name and they are super understanding and never been weird about it. It helps me feel safe.The only downside is that their stock goes really fast. I've had to wait weeks for my strains to restock.Still, I recommend this place just for their friendly and helpful staff.

UPDATE! BH is still amazing. I’ve had a few than desirable experiences lately at other dispos. Recently went back to BH and all is well with the world. It was nice to be served with prime e and humility. No condescending attitudes.Original review.What can I say? Beyond is a great dispensary. They have some great sales and an amazing rewards program.I still visit the West Chester, Pa. Both locations have served me with quick knowledgeable service at competitive price points. One thing though, I use the West Chester location mostly. It’s sometimes a long wait. But they do have free WiFi so it’s not that bad. parking lot is a bit tight too. All in all check out beyond. See what you think!

Employees here are super nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and good at helping you find the right medicine for your particular needs. They also give discounts which are similar to the other dispensaries. In addition they have a point reward system, which means more ways for discounts. One of my favorite dispensaries.

It was my first time coming here and everything went smoothly. I had to wait outside for a moment, but that’s because it was the day before Christmas. so everyone seemed to be making last minute stops. They were quick about making sure everyone received some type of attention even if they were super busy. I was let in, had my ID checked, and asked to fill a super simple and quick form for new patients. It probably took 10 minutes to see someone, and they were knowledgeable as well as patient. They got my order sent to the checkout person, and they quickly got my order together. Initially, I was told they didn’t have a product when talking to the first person, but once I went to pay, they were actually able to get me one of the products I had asked for! The first couple times my card didn’t work (I was using credit, didn’t realize they only accepted debit) and they showed a lot of patience with me when I had to find my debit card. I paid, got in and got out! Great experience so far! Also, I wanted to tip the workers but they don’t accept them. Being able to tip the workers here would be a great addition to your policy, a wonderful bunch of people work here!

Kind and mindful staff, great selections, and they always seem to be running a promotion.I’ve found that a lot of dispensaries seem have this low-key undercurrent of acting like a corner dealer who has paid the cops to look the other way, and that’s a kind of icky way to paint and treat the patients paying them for medication. B/H Bethlehem constantly seem to be on top of their stuff in an industry that’s developing products exponentially quicker than the access to information to parse the benefits and risks of each item. B/H employees are a wealth of insight and seem happy to share it, where by comparison, I have been on the receiving end of literal eyerolls after asking for a comparison of two products at another local company.Overall, I’ve found constant great customer service at B/H, along with a comfortable waiting room setup, and fantastic accessibility options like their website and curbside pickup. I wouldn’t hesitate to direct people to their business for anything that pertains to navigating through the fog of the both incredibly necessary and healing, but increasinglyproblematic PA MMJ industry.Shout out to Tim, who recommended a salve (that I wouldn’t have chosen myself) that cooled off my arthritic pain in under 20 minutes. Thanks dude.????

I understand if beyond hello wants to implement a no cell phone use policy, but make sure you enforce it for EVERYONE! I was scrolling through Facebook waiting my turn and I was told I wasn't allowed to use my cell phone. Fine. 2 other people came in behind me and they were on their phones THE ENTIRE TIME and not 1 word was said to them...?! I really keep trying to give this place a chance but 95% of the time I go its a terrible experience.

Please blow the tiny battery powered fan into the waiting area (I believe it belongs to one of the employees, so please just buy another one for the store if need be); it gets way way *way* too hot in that room, I will change this review and change the rating to 5 stars right away if this changes, it's just absurd how hot that room gets. Please don't suggest curbside, b/c I come here so that i don't have to do curbside. Others may be too polite to say anything but the tempurature is unsafe and inhumane. What a delightful experience.The outside is a dead strip mall and their sign is a folded over cloth sign that I thinks says “Beyond/Hello” that barely covers the old GreenGoods sign. The inside is small and cute, not as nice as other dispensaries but this dispensary has very kind and helpful staff who are very knowledgeable and offers curbside pickup. I’m eager to see what Beyond/Hello does with this space.

Just overall pretty decent, a little in your face with the "inclusivity" stuff, not against it just a bit much for a dispensary a place for medicine. Decent selections, house brand the lab is actually okay with some people complaining of the cart failures I've never had one and love their northern lights. They should have sales/promotions more often but I think they know being out where they are and little competition theres no need to do such. Overall you will be pleased for the most part but really nothing special compared to the rest in the greater area.

Product and staff are good but the speed of service is critically slow. This is the only dispensary I visit that still manages to have me wait 20 minutes with one person ahead of me despite havint ordered online ahead of time. I wish this was an isolated incident, but too often the norm and not the exception. Unfortunately, I will prioritize other dispensaries over this location due to this issue, alone.

This is my favorite dispensary but it's also the closest to where I live. I've been visiting this dispensary since Dec 2021.They're always nice and helpful. I'm a trans man and I don't have the money to change my name but I let them know to not use my legal name and they are super understanding and never been weird about it. It helps me feel safe.The only downside is that their stock goes really fast. I've had to wait weeks for my strains to restock.Still, I recommend this place just for their friendly and helpful staff.

I've had some issues with certain strains and they found something I wouldn't think to have ever tried and it became my favorite. (Garlic Butter) The customer service and and knowledge is the best!

UPDATE! BH is still amazing. I’ve had a few than desirable experiences lately at other dispos. Recently went back to BH and all is well with the world. It was nice to be served with prime e and humility. No condescending attitudes.Original review.What can I say? Beyond is a great dispensary. They have some great sales and an amazing rewards program.I still visit the West Chester, Pa. Both locations have served me with quick knowledgeable service at competitive price points. One thing though, I use the West Chester location mostly. It’s sometimes a long wait. But they do have free WiFi so it’s not that bad. parking lot is a bit tight too. All in all check out beyond. It was my first time coming here and everything went smoothly. I had to wait outside for a moment, but that’s because it was the day before Christmas. so everyone seemed to be making last minute stops. They were quick about making sure everyone received some type of attention even if they were super busy. I was let in, had my ID checked, and asked to fill a super simple and quick form for new patients. It probably took 10 minutes to see someone, and they were knowledgeable as well as patient. They got my order sent to the checkout person, and they quickly got my order together. Initially, I was told they didn’t have a product when talking to the first person, but once I went to pay, they were actually able to get me one of the products I had asked for! The first couple times my card didn’t work (I was using credit, didn’t realize they only accepted debit) and they showed a lot of patience with me when I had to find my debit card. I paid, got in and got out! Great experience so far! Also, I wanted to tip the workers but they don’t accept them. Being able to tip the workers here would be a great addition to your policy, a wonderful bunch of people work here!

Kind and mindful staff, great selections, and they always seem to be running a promotion.I’ve found that a lot of dispensaries seem have this low-key undercurrent of acting like a corner dealer who has paid the cops to look the other way, and that’s a kind of icky way to paint and treat the patients paying them for medication. B/H Bethlehem constantly seem to be on top of their stuff in an industry that’s developing products exponentially quicker than the access to information to parse the benefits and risks of each item. B/H employees are a wealth of insight and seem happy to share it, where by comparison, I have been on the receiving end of literal eyerolls after asking for a comparison of two products at another local company.Overall, I’ve found constant great customer service at B/H, along with a comfortable waiting room setup, and fantastic accessibility options like their website and curbside pickup. I wouldn’t hesitate to direct people to their business for anything that pertains to navigating through the fog of the both incredibly necessary and healing, but increasinglyproblematic PA MMJ industry.Shout out to Tim, who recommended a salve (that I wouldn’t have chosen myself) that cooled off my arthritic pain in under 20 minutes. I understand if beyond hello wants to implement a no cell phone use policy, but make sure you enforce it for EVERYONE! I was scrolling through Facebook waiting my turn and I was told I wasn't allowed to use my cell phone. Fine. 2 other people came in behind me and they were on their phones THE ENTIRE TIME and not 1 word was said to them...?! I really keep trying to give this place a chance but 95% of the time I go its a terrible experience.

Selection is more than ample. They even offer curbside pickup. I am trying to think of anything negative in my experience with this store and can not come up with anything. Please blow the tiny battery powered fan into the waiting area (I believe it belongs to one of the employees, so please just buy another one for the store if need be); it gets way way *way* too hot in that room, I will change this review and change the rating to 5 stars right away if this changes, it's just absurd how hot that room gets. Please don't suggest curbside, b/c I come here so that i don't have to do curbside. Others may be too polite to say anything but the tempurature is unsafe and inhumane. What a delightful experience.The outside is a dead strip mall and their sign is a folded over cloth sign that I thinks says “Beyond/Hello” that barely covers the old GreenGoods sign. The inside is small and cute, not as nice as other dispensaries but this dispensary has very kind and helpful staff who are very knowledgeable and offers curbside pickup. I’m eager to see what Beyond/Hello does with this space.
