I had to use my card for the first time here recently. After the payment went through, the card reader gave me the option to tip by pressing one of the colored buttons that had percentages on them. When the cashier turned it around she said "please hit the green," meaning 15%, and stared at me the whole time i was paying. I felt so awkward that I hit the 10% button (lol) which ended up being another $10! I have worked in the service industry since I was a teenager and I understand why tips are important, but to expect a tip thats over $10 for grabbing two items from a drawer and ringing me up for them, is insane. I was blown away by how blatantly manipulative this woman was being, trying to intimidate customers into giving her money she didnt earn. Its a shame this place is so close to me because the employees here make me really uncomfortable. If youre going here USE CASH or prepare to be trapped in an awkward situation with an entitled cashier.

I have been to a couple of Beyond Hellos and I dont think I ever met an employee I didn't like.They are our Drs,how could you not like them?They hand us the good stuff,but the Beyond Hello in Ardmore,they are just built differentMike always has a smile to greet me(and has the best hat)everyone else does to but their names are slipping my mind.Did I mention they have great products.I usually do the curbside but when I go in everybody is so nice. It's usually the same people.I Just like them there,but don't go jumping up in my plugs spot and clogging up curbside,although if you get a chance to walk the neighborhood it's a beautiful area,so park out front,not curbside,that's for me.

Sold me a faulty Puffco Peak and would not do anything to assist with replacing it. For all the money that I’ve spent at this store, they lost a customer and all of my revenue because they wouldn’t correct or even help me to correct a broken item they sold. Shame. Hopefully a lesson learned for their business model. Work with your patients and help them replace an expensive faulty item that was sold. Make the replacement with your client, and deal with Puffco on the backend, just like any other store. Then customers will return. Poor business management.editing to add: the products atomizer and base are broken and not connecting. The issue with the product should be filed under a broken product as stated in the policy. My dissatisfaction stems from the unwillingness of Beyond Hello to process the credit as stated they would within their policy, not a customer preference. If i bought an appliance from target and it was broken i would return it to target and they would replace it or provide the store credit for me to buy another product. This follows the same policy outlined by beyond hello but when i did go into the store (one week after i bought it because it was broken) i was told then too that i needed to go through Puffco, who has not responded to my outreaches to replace the product. The two companies have me going in circles between them and I don’t have a working product or the money I paid for it.

No other dispensary has a more friendly and caring staff. Any problem is not a problem for them and they will have it fixed in a jiffy! Personal staff recommendations are always 100% on point. I don't think I can accurately describe how good of an experience I had at this place. Every employee was sincerely warm and welcoming. My pharmacist, Megan was confident that she could help me with a vape choice that would provide relief for the chronic back pain, anxiety and depression issues I described to her. She recommended the Chem de le Chem 0.5 ml live resin cartridge. Got it home. Hit it once, coughed hard. Thirty minutes later, nap time. ⌚????????I couldn't be more satisfied with the choice I made to come to this establishment. The whole organization is top notch, because the people who work here go out of their way to make the entire process as stress free as possible. I also would like to submit Megan's name for pharmacist of the month! She's awesome! ????

Super slow service, curbside line just sits with nobody coming out to collect cards. Has happened multiple times. This place has been open long enough they need to do better. Go to Cure down city aveETA in July 21: they fixed the problem of the long curbside line by creating two dedicated pickup parking spots out back. I have no complaints anymore, changed from 1 to 4 stars

This is one of the best dispensaries I've been to in the Philadelphia area. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the pharmacist Matthew is extremely knowledgeable. My first ever dispensary experience. Was weird at first but cool now. Not really much to take pictures of. I will ask next time I'm there if I can take a few shots for Google. Anyway, I usually go around the time they open between 9 and 11:00 a.m. Never crowded and never in their more than 10 minutes however go to the website and sign up for the rewards program you won't regret it. Place your orders online as well and get into that habit because some of the products sell out fast esp if you're into Sativa flower. Bring quarters in case for parking.

I’m fairly new to the Pennsylvania dispensary world and they are differ a lot from the west coast dispensaries. With that being said I just visited this location yesterday & I was helped by Stephen & this was by far one of my best dispensary experiences. Stephen was so nice. The energy and vibe of the dispensary was just very chill and relaxed. Very organized and well informed. Great experience with people who know their marijuana education! Will definitely be back!

This is one of the best dispensaries I've been to in the Philadelphia area. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the pharmacist Matthew is extremely knowledgeable. I have been a patient there for a couple years and Matthew has always helped me and answered all of my questions and connected me with products that were perfect for what I need.

I place my orders on-line and always get a text within 20min that it is ready regardless of indicated pickup time. Never waited more than 5min once I got there (curbside or inside) to pay and get order. I AM EDITING MY REVIEW DUE TO PRICING. SEE PICS SAME PRODUCT, SAME COMPANY, 2 DIFFERENT DISPENSARIES 5 MILES APART!! LESS COSTS MORE AT BEYOND HELLO RIDICULOUS!!!

My first ever dispensary experience. Was weird at first but cool now. Not really much to take pictures of. I will ask next time I'm there if I can take a few shots for Google. Anyway, I usually go around the time they open between 9 and 11:00 a.m. Never crowded and never in their more than 10 minutes however go to the website and sign up for the rewards program you won't regret it. Place your orders online as well and get into that habit because some of the products sell out fast esp if you're into Sativa flower. Bring quarters in case for parking.

Had an issue one time and told the manager and he immediately took care of it and gave me a huge discount on my next purchase. Huge! The shop was easily accessible from the street and in a good location. This is a little bit out of my way but I will return because of the positive experience.

My first time coming here was a rather pleasant experience. It was a simple process getting started and everyone was extremely friendly. There is a good selection of products and I was helped by a very patient lady who took her time to help me and pick out the right product. I was also happy about my purchase. I’m fairly new to the Pennsylvania dispensary world and they are differ a lot from the west coast dispensaries. With that being said I just visited this location yesterday & I was helped by Stephen & this was by far one of my best dispensary experiences. Stephen was so nice. The energy and vibe of the dispensary was just very chill and relaxed. Very organized and well informed. Great experience with people who know their marijuana education! Will definitely be back!
