I’ve been going to this store since I first got my medical card. In the past two years I’ve watched the management go down hill in the face of a challenge. ive decided to leave a review after receiving bud from two different brands, containing mold. Even when I called and asked about this, they said and I quote “ well I can’t hear you coughing” I’m 26 and I’ve been coughing out a lung for two weeks since. If you’re over the age of 40 I highly would not recommend going here as they will give you the worst bud they have until they run out. As someone with an autoimmune disorder this disgusted me. Let alone someone who actually can’t handle bronchitis such as someone of age. Ignore this place, they sacrifice quality for smiles and will get you offed.

I accidentally ordered pre ground flower instead of whole nugs. For those who don’t know, the consistency of pre ground flower is very fine and sand like and just wasn’t what I wanted. I’ve done this before, but noticed my mistake before I’ve left the store. This time I did not notice until I got home and the dispensary was closed. I called and explained my mistake and John and Megan were so helpful and let me exchange my order as a one time courtesy, despite it being my fault. They were so amicable and easy going. The staff here is so welcoming and helpful. Thank you guys!

Every single person on staff is helpful and friendly EVERY time I've been there. Staff are knowledgeable, and remember who you are, including your name. Rewards are generous and so are the monthly perks. Kwame, Denzel, Jess, Judy, Mike and Jamie... everyone feels like an old friend. A really great vibe, and my personal favorite place to go.

I can not say enough positive things about this location. I’ve been to a lot of local stores and the customer service is over and above. I’ve called to confirm something or ask for a similar product and everyone is over and above nice. I have spoken to the manager a few times some bc she happened to answer the phone or to make a positive comment about a specific person. I was just in there 20 minutes ago to play a game of "your online order ain't ready game" Twice i went through this showed up at 11:30 And was told no than I get an Email at 11:36 saying it was ready? Going to play around with a good customer like that is so unprofessional as I wait as everyone is getting their order, I understand your short staffed but that's no way to treat a good customer or anybody for that matter and when is it my problem that your operation is low staff?? Hire more people or faster, I'm going to Rise thank you.

I can't describe enough how much of an absolute pleasure it is going into this dispensary!The sales and rewards are unbeatable if you have the Liberty Wallet app. Your rewards are available in the app to use as cash the next day, as easy as presenting a QR code at payment.The staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to be helpful. They're also the nicest group of people running a store you could ask for, and run the dispensary with surprising efficiency while also never making you feel rushed.Management should give each of them a raise! I won't go anywhere else.

I was in this week and there was a new employee performing the ID verification at the door (short green hair). This lady was so incredibly rude for no reason! Other then that I love the staff they are great!
