I can not say enough positive things about this location. I’ve been to a lot of local stores and the customer service is over and above. I’ve called to confirm something or ask for a similar product and everyone is over and above nice. I have spoken to the manager a few times some bc she happened to answer the phone or to make a positive comment about a specific person. I can not inhale so it really limits what I can use so have been getting some really good suggestions and advice. Thanks, Rachel

I was just in there 20 minutes ago to play a game of "your online order ain't ready game" Twice i went through this showed up at 11:30 And was told no than I get an Email at 11:36 saying it was ready? Going to play around with a good customer like that is so unprofessional as I wait as everyone is getting their order, I understand your short staffed but that's no way to treat a good customer or anybody for that matter and when is it my problem that your operation is low staff?? Hire more people or faster, I'm going to Rise thank you.

I went into the dispensary last week but I didn’t know my PA state fee was due. Denzel explained exactly how to pay the fee and fix the issue so my certification was active again. Thank you for taking the time to explain why that happened and how to fix it so I could pick up my order that day! I can't describe enough how much of an absolute pleasure it is going into this dispensary!The sales and rewards are unbeatable if you have the Liberty Wallet app. Your rewards are available in the app to use as cash the next day, as easy as presenting a QR code at payment.The staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to be helpful. They're also the nicest group of people running a store you could ask for, and run the dispensary with surprising efficiency while also never making you feel rushed.Management should give each of them a raise! I won't go anywhere else.

Absolutely love this place. The rewards are amazing and the stock is great compared to other dispensaries in the area. I was in this week and there was a new employee performing the ID verification at the door (short green hair). This lady was so incredibly rude for no reason! Other then that I love the staff they are great!

I drive the extra 10 minutes to this medical dispensary just for their budtenders. Great product, good sales and overall a very friendly and open atmosphere. A+++ for Jamie!
