Make sure you check your bag for your ID. One of the staff “forgot” to put my MMJ card and I had to call and replace it, pretty much ruining a month. Waiting 20 days for the government to care and replace your card is no joke, so I had to get it the old fashioned way from a connect. Don’t shop here. F ALL CORPORATIONS. F PAMMJ

Numerous times have they put the product back at end of day Even if reservation is to be picked up next day. Why have as an option pickup the following day if your not going to honor it and keep th3 reservations overnight . Garbage customer service. Stick to Restore in east Petersburg if you have the option, alot more product to choose from better pricing too especially if your a veteran and they will hold the products you reserve like a competent dispensary would and should. Even curaleaf down the street is a better option for customer service experience, and is about the same pricing wise fluent always seems to have some issue.....do better I'll revisit in a few months and edit the review if I have a better experience.( this isn't a one off either I've gone to them dozens of times and though there's not always an issue there has been way too many times)

Eh, it just seems like it’s hit or miss. There’s usually some sort of issue, whether it’s the occasional unfriendly demeanor from staff or lack of a better system that doesn’t allow something you’ve ordered (and received order confirmation for) to be purchased before you get there to pick up… or todays issue that included the latter as well as I had $8 worth of points and asked to use them, only to realize upon receiving my items that my points weren’t used. Asked if I could just get them reimbursed to me anyways, of course not! Lol what was I thinking. Oh well.Long story short: it’ll do in a pinch, just don’t have faith that you’ll get what you ordered nor expect to be able to use your points or be accommodated for their mistake.

I love going to this location because they always have what I want, plenty of parking, never short staffed and the place is always organized. Like the menu is always up to date when you go in there. The staff doesn't pretend to know what they are talking about which I highly, highly appreciate! If they don't know they say they aren't sure and ask a team member. I adore Jordan because she's knowledgeable, friendly and remembers faces. Great overall experience. Only thing to complain about is with Fluent posting ordering online gets you 20% off makes it seem like you get an additional discount for ordering online when that's not the case. That's nothing to do with this location but it sucked having to pick up my order to find out nope no additional 20%. Online Fluent problem.
