Update**I went back into the store today and the situation was made right. The staff apologized for the confusion, and discounted my cart. I really appreciated them taking the time to address my concern and make things right.Thank you for valuing your customers — I’m glad we were able to resolve this!I wanted to bring an issue to your attention regarding my recent visit to your store. My friend placed an online order for me because I didn’t yet have an account. When I arrived, I showed my valid medical caregiver card and requested to create an account and have the online order transferred to my new account so I could receive the proper medical pricing.Unfortunately, the employee refused to do so because the order was originally placed under my friend’s name. As a result, I was charged full tax and ended up paying over $20 more than I should have.I understand the order was under a different name, but since I was present with my medical caregiver card and was creating my own account, I believe there could have been a reasonable way to correct this. I’d appreciate it if you could review this situation and get back to me, thanks for your time.

I love tree star, it’s an absolute joy every time I walk in. They are very knowledgeable and kind when walking through questions. I think it’s amazing that they offer loyalty points, it really helps out when I am needing a few extra bucks to score my sack. I’d recommend this dispensary to everyone and anyone that is looking for an enjoyable experience within their cannabis experience. And shout out to Chandler!!!!!! 100/10

I always love their service when I come in and the cashiers here are always on point! I usually have no complaints..But I just recently purchased some carts and found out today that one of them seems to have two seals smashed into the tip, with liquid leaking all around it. Called to ask about returns because I am always told to keep the receipt for that reason… the return window is 3 days.. who opens up all the packaging on the first day?? I guess me, now. Very disappointed as I wasted money on something that’s leaking product.Be warned and fully inspect everything you buy before leaving. They say keep the receipt but if you have a busy schedule.. due diligence will help you more.

It may have just been a miscommunication, but it stood out from my otherwise consistently positive experiences here.

Don't come here if you have a vertical California ID, budtender didn't feel comfortable making the sale with it apparently. Never had an issue in the past or with any other business. Really disappointing, I'll possibly come back with state ID. Until then I'm taking my business where they can actually identify real IDs from the fakes.

I absolutely love this dispensary! It’s a short walk from my place, so it motivates me to get my steps in lolol. I genuinely appreciate each and every budtender here, they all truly seem knowledgeable about everything. Every time I describe how I want to feel, their recommendations are spot on and I’ll get what I asked for! There’s also a budtender there I frequently see when I come in, she’s always so personable and such a vibe to talk with (having a hard time remembering her name…). Overall, everyone here is a pleasure to interact with, and they’ll always have my continued support. 😄

understandable that it’s the only dispensary in town, and made well known by the pricing. B buds going for $10 a gram? Is comical. Drive 10 minutes to Salem and you’ll have those same B buds for 60-70% off. Also 10 % deals ? Better off paying full price. They need to be more budget friendly.
