This is by far the best dispensary in Eugene Springfield area. Every staff member is always happy to see me. They all even remember my fav product. Hellavated infused pre rolls. I love the flower selection and prices are actually better then most dispensaries. Keep up the great service and product selection guys. I'm a customer for life!

Good store overall. My problem was, more like inconvenience, if you get the battery for a pen they make, you get a warranty if there’s any problems you can bring it back within x (think it was 60 days for the battery and 30 days for a cart.) amount of days with the receipt you get they’ll refund or replace. Went there twice. First times said my pen hits sometimes after ONE day use more likely not to hit.I have to remove cart, then turn the pen on off. The battery acts like it should work but doesn’t. Thought It was the cart, maybe, but switched carts and still wouldn’t work. Went to store. Dude looked at it. Blew in the charger port tryna feel air. went in the back and hit it said he ripped it and it worked. Like of course it works when I bring it in, right?? I took it outside, it worked, dude said he couldn’t do anything because it worked so I said whatever and left knowing I’d be back. Second time, the next day later in the afternoon. Same guy, I said, It doesn’t work, he said if it hit he can’t do nothing so I’m like ok hit it, he hits it, said he could taste it but blew out no smoke. Said it was the cart. I said I don’t think so, he said nothing kept looking at it. Said he’d refund the cart because I’ve been in here twice so I’m like whatever, bought two more carts and another different kind of battery because I knew their battery wasn’t gonna work. Took one of the new carts and put it on their brand battery, redbarn, same thing, didn’t work. Took same cart put on a Vixor battery and preheated and it hit just fine. Been using that battery since. Threw out the redbarn battery. My point is why not just replace my battery? It was $18, you get what you pay for. I get it worked the first time but if I came back, with the same complaint, it’s not the cart. I asked if it happens a lot where the battery or cart stop working. Dude said it was rare. I know it ain’t rare. I said nothing. Not a bad store, good product, besides their own. Good workers. Guy was friendly but you could tell he was kinda annoyed. I know a lot of people work there so I should’ve gotten his name. First world problems though.

Totally awesome place with excellent products to fit your every mood. The staff are knowledgeable and are also customers themselves, creating an awesome vibe. I've never been disappointed and have had great experiences at the store and after I left. I am currently using one of their products, and I am on Cloud 9. Three 👏 and a 🫰.

Where shall I begin? I love this place I come here for more than just product, I come for comfort, advice, and education on strands. My most favorite person is NATE! Nate is always so welcoming no matter who he is servicing he always makes sure to acknowledge me. He takes time to research strands and recommends things he think will pair well with whatever my needs are in that moment. The whole team is like family and I always catch a great vibe and always feel real VIP because everyone knows my name. Best flower in town and BEST BUDTENDERS HANDS DOWN!!!!! It’s not just a dispensary it’s a community 💯

The outside is really beautiful. The inside is also is so attractive. This will probably be my new local🫶

After getting a cartridge that didn’t work they refused to take it back even with the receipt. And one exchange for the exact item and gave me attitude from the very beginning. I would avoid this dispensary as a dozen the other ones around it actually care about their customers.

Stopped here on my way through town because of the other reviews. It was a slightly longer wait because they were busy, but it was worth the wait. Very friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders, great selection, and good prices.I will definitely be coming here again next time I'm in town!
