Haven't been to many dispensaries but Kyle gave me a really positive experience. Everything was clean, well labeled and everyone was really nice.
We were rolling through on a trip to south Oregon and my girlfriend wanted some dabs for when we arrived. We stopped in and Anthony assisted us and it was such a breeze. Very helpful and welcoming staff, great selection! I’m gonna light up now but when people are friendly and the options are plentiful! Thanks for helping us get our happy high on!
DON'T GO AFTER 9PM THEY CLOSE EARLY OFTEN.They close early semi-regularly it seems, multiple times over the last year the only window available to me to go was after 9, and each time they closed early. Most times I have time to get somewhere else before 10 pm so I tried not to let it bother me. However a couple of times I was down to the wire and because I tried to go to this dispensary I missed my chance to go to a different one the last attempt being the last straw. And as a side note I was not the only customer in the parking lot when this last happened so its not just my business they lost.
This review isn't for the store as a whole, because for the most part, I've had amazing experiences here with wonderful Bud tenders. This review is for the experience I had today in particular. I placed an online order that included some flower, a couple of cartridges and what I thought was a universal Vape battery. When I got to the store, I had given plenty of time between when I had placed my order, but I hadn't received a text that said the online order was ready yet. I thought this was weird because usually it's within 15 minutes, but I figured even if it wasn't I could wait, no issue. Well, the order wasn't ready, and I gave my name and ID to the guy, and he has his coworker grab the order(she was wonderful btw. Super bubbly and adorable and I wish she had been the one who helped me because then I wouldn't be writing this),. He fiddles with the computer for a bit and then snaps at her that it wasn't the right order. They have a quick and quiet conversation and he, now even more visibly annoyed starts putting together my order. No communication to me on what happened or what was going on, no apology, just pure annoyance at having to do his job. The attitude continued when he told me that they didn't have the particular flower that I had placed on my online order so I would have to pick something else. When I politely asked him if there was anything comparable in the same price range he rolled his eyes and side and said, "I don't know, you'll have to look.", and tosses the menu down in front of me. The entire interaction made me feel like an inconvenience and like I had done something wrong. At first, I was going to let this go and chalk it up to someone having a bad day, because working in customer service sucks; it just does, and we all have bad days. But then I got home and noticed the battery I bought isn't compatible with any but brand specific cartridges, one shared by neither of the cartridges I ordered. I would get it if it was packaged by someone else and he was just ringing me up, but he sat there and made the order himself. He absolutely should have put 2 and 2 together, noticed and said something to me, as any other budtender definitely would have, and have before in the past when I've run into similar situations. Now i have to make an extra trip in the same day, since tonight is the only time I have in the 24hr return window. Awful service, which is a shame because I've always had great luck at this location with the other staff members and the product is always excellent, even the cheaper stuff. Guess it comes with the territory of being a Bears fan that you'll just be in a sour, bitter mood all the time. Understandable, but next time leave it at the door when you're at work, pal.
Always amazing customer service and open to answering any and all questions. I always leave very happy with my purchase. Raymond goes above and beyond!

Love this place! You can count on good quality concentrate at fair prices i am 76 and do not drive and instead of bassing a reward system on the day of the week they base it on actual loyalty you rewarded for being a good customer!
Am quite sure we just got jacked around on the price so the attending employee could pocket the difference. I had ordered online and when my wife goes to pick it up, the employee tells her that the price advertised does NOT include the 25 percent state tax. Now my wife does not know beans when the bag is open on this subject so I will have to do MYSELF next time. YOU HAVE A DOUBLE DIPPING EMPLOYEE. With those ethics, they won't be employed much longer.....
