Was given the wrong weed and I wanted to splurge so I got top shelf was given the wrong weed. I walk back in to see that it’s the weed thats right next to it. I did not smoke or take anything out I legit went home and seen it was wrong. Refused to to trade it out and said I should pay more attention next time. Your employees should pay more attention. I asked for a completely different strain… will not ever go back here…what gets to me is that I talked to the employee about this stain and the farm it came from and was supper excited to try it and usually never spend that much on weed and now I’m stuck with a strain I don’t even want to smoke.

I’m from Sen Ed and always brought my own but I won’t again!This shop has amazing high grade pot and delicious consistency on the wax!The staff were super accommodating and even had a treat for my pup.If you haven’t been here, GO!

The employees are great, the owner not so much. Been shopping here loyalty since they opened and the one time I need to do an exchange for a cart with the receipt I was flat out told no because they don’t wanna take the hit from the vendor. Luckily, one of their employees was very sweet and did everything she could to help solve the issue. The owner, however, was about as helpless as a corn on a foot. And he had the audacity tell me in a snarky tone to have a good day as I left.

This has been my neighborhood spot for more than 6 years now and they are all I need! Chill stoner ambiance, daily deals, and warm vibes. Bud tenders are kind, laid back, and always helpful- I like to be able to chat it up about my flower and they’re always down! I’ve tried “mixing it up” with another dispensary from time to time over the years, but I always end up back at the Portland Pot Shop 🙏💚
