It's been a little while since I've shopped this location since I moved out of the area. I stopped in first thing Tuesday morning to buy disposable dab pen. Total came to like $38. After a few hits Tuesday night it started acting like the battery was dead so I put it on the charger. Still nothing. I tried a second charging cord still nothing. I took the pen back Wednesday evening to exchange it but of course I did not have my receipt. no problem right because it should be on my account! When the clerk looked up my account she was not able to see where I purchased the pen as the clerk from the previous morning had rang me up for 2 grams of flour and no dab pen. I explained to her that that was incorrect period I told her the exact time that I had been there yesterday morning Before she even reprinted it out on the receipt. She explained to me that they hadn't carried this brand for a while....I took her to the exact box i had gotten, and she confirmed she was wrong in identifying my pen, but there was nothing they could do. So I'm stuck with a full dab pen that won't change. I'm out almost $40. I have spent a lot of money here over there years but I will not be returning. While I understand there are rules to follow, this is this first time I have ever been made to feel like I was trying to "get one over" on you guys.....

I have never had a problem here until tonight.As a loyal customer that has been coming here for YEARS, I felt disrespected by the floor lead, Angie. She use to be a really nice bubbly person but since she’s either been a lead or just the longer she’s worked here, her attitude about things have gone straight down the drain and clearly doesn’t like working here. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had here and it was really disappointing because this is suppose to be my go to dispensary. Very sad.

I’ve been tempted for a while to try edibles for the first time but was not informed enough to feel comfortable going to a place and sound dumb. I’m so happy I picked Kaleafa! The counter person Bella was very informative and talked me through my options based on what I was looking for to relieve my anxiety. She nailed it with her recommendation and I couldn’t be happier. So glad I went in!

I’ve had a few negative experiences with the bud tenders especially Sean and Wes. makes me want to do anything To avoid this dispensary. Although I will say The female staff are much more Pleasant to deal with

Jonathan was super helpful, when I would ask about the product and he was very knowledgeable when describing the product since I didn’t know much about it and with he’s help he made me feel comfortable inside the store just from that I would come again because such amazing customer service experience I had. Coming to this store next time when I need help and to purchase the amazing product kaleafa has to offer.

Kaleafa has its own store brand, called "Feels Right;" I highly recommend trying it.Staff do their best to help you, even if you're the Compleat N00b; they're all millennials, so... they tend to be kind, considerate, understanding, and laid back.The staff is generally knowledgeable; the industry is very diverse and constantly growing, but the staff has never let me down, when it comes to knowing up from down.(I don't work there, they don't pay me, they're just decent people who do good work)
This store is amazing! Dispensaries can be incredibly intimidating if you don’t go often. Davion was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me select items. He did a great job and made everything seem less stressful.
I've been coming to this place for a long time now. I wrote a review on a different account, raving about how excellent the place was. Today, I was disappointed… Upon visiting a girl with prominent eyebrows and a sad face greeted us. Her pain was so apparent I couldn't take it, and in the middle of my transaction, I asked the question management should have asked. Are you okay? This is a straightforward question that has saved lives. I know because I’ve lost family to self-harm, no one asked that question, and I know it would have made a difference.I hope this establishment offers PTO. I hope the management team is more aware of who they allow to front-face the public if a customer notices a problem you should have. Allowing her to work and not having her take the day off. Was the mistake made? I'm not mad at her; I'm super disappointed In the leadership team and their level of awareness regarding the people they should care about.I hope she is okay. Sorry, it was me who asked. I hope you understand why I did.
