It’s really too bad you still have Jenny and Josh working there. They are the reason I won’t shop in there anymore. My purchases have gone wayyyy down bc of those two. They think they are amazing and so arrogant and rude. They insert themselves in personal conversations, too. How rude and completely disrespectful and unprofessional.I absolutely love Francine, Patricia and Andrea!

I come here regularly, not only for the great selection and price of the products but also because of the fast, friendly and reliable service! By far my favorite bud tender is Josh! He always is happy to see us and has the biggest, most joyous smile a person can have! I make sure to come in when he’s working and leave laughing after great, knowledgeable conversation! Keep up the great work! This is the only go to shop for me because of people like Josh!

Super rude customer service. Fat Bald guy with long beard was so rude the moment I walked in as though I’m hurting him to do his job. Rude huffing and puffing rolling his eyes told me I was arguing with him when I was not and cursing at me. I left crying and confused because I said nothing to him or did anything to make him upset he spoke to me like I was stupid. Horrible experience all around. It was my first time there so it’s not from leftover from another experience and I’ve never seen either of the workers there before.

Jenny is so awesome! It takes someone who truly cares to give such great service to the dude walking in 5 minutes before close lol. I'll be coming here to try strains I usually can't find elsewhere for sure.Huge plus that they are not a pre-package only shop. The true "dispensary experience" I'd say relies on being able to smell the bud's full profile which is hard to do when it's pre-packaged. Fresh bud is a must for me.

In my opinion one of the top 3 dispensaries to go to in ontario. They have a great selection and amazing discounts plus a daily happy hour mixed with the lack of wait times makes this my personal go to. I really like that these guys weed (lol) out the bad flower so that no matter what strain I get, it's always excellent quality. They're also so much faster than other dispensaries around here.
