Store is nicely decorated. Swag has style. Emyees are helpful and knowledgeable. Wish the music played had some variety. The employees were having an interesting discussion about it.
Haylie and Johnny got me 1.25 oz for under 200 of “top tier”. Definitely a good spot.
Been a customer for years. The other day I was asked why was I was receiving an honored level discount. I have no idea. Didn't ask for it or sign up for it. I was asked 20 other questions that I did not have an adequate answer to. Neither did the employee. Hold the employee or your store, or system accountable. It was an employee who had use of the computer & put me in that box. It's the responsibility of the score keeper to keep score. Now I feel bad that I had been receiving a discount I never signed up for. I did not in any way appreciate that I was questioned as if I had any knowledge of this matter. It could have been handled differently. I have terrible anxiety & I left feeling like a POS. I have a hard time going anywhere cause of weird shit just like this. I no longer feel comfortable in the store, that is here to help me... Do not say sorry you feel this way either. That's not an apology.

I just moved to town and was looking for a new smoke shop and I have found it. For the first moment I walked the door, I felt welcome, Mat and Jared, the bud tenders are very knowledgeable and help to get me what I wanted and on my way quickly.I will definitely be coming back here
Customer service is lacking... and hiring employees who know the product. I just left after a few questions. Budtender told me that they only smoke sometimes, and only green. No edibles, no concentrates. All the Top Shelfs in Medford seem to hire people with a lack of marijuanna knowledge. And they get upset for asking, just because they are embarrassed.
There's just a couple of things come to mine when I think about this place.Amazing. Well stocked.Staff very knowledgeable about their products if they take the time to explain if you have questions in detail.They tell you about all the specials they're having.They will tell you about raffles or any special deals coming up. All staff very pleasant. Always smiling always happy to serve on you. It's just a feel-good place to go into you enjoy talking to the staff and they are genuinely interested in the things you have to say.. extremely courteous..If you are interested in their products I recommend highly recommend to see themIt's a place you go into the first time and it will not be your last they make sure you will return.That's how friendly the staff is they make you welcome and they make you want to come back.. they don't just sell things to you to make a sale.They ask you what it is that you're looking for and they ask for your needs and they will recommend and if you already know what you want that's what you're going to get. I have been coming to this location for a loooong time and have always had a great experience but the newer staff is a joke.The shorter lady with tats and colored dreads is super rude and has no idea what shes talking about…… Bye ✌️
The staff isn’t the best but this woman, white, about 5’3 with some tats and color in her hair is extremely rude and went out of her way to make my experience at this dispensary 10 times worse. Don’t recommend this dispo at all.Seems like she was the manager. Super rude and unfriendly. Will never go back to this dispo even though I work 2 min. away.

Was given the wrong pack of joints, called to see if I can exchange, but I assumed all sales are final. The manager was rude, instead of apologizing she said oh I heard him repeat back the order. Which he only repeated back half (the carts). Nothing against the guy who helped me, it was an accident. Very professional of the shift manager to victim blame a customer though.
I normally love coming here. I bought a cartridge that stopped working after 24 hours. I went into two days after my purchase to see about exchanging it for a new one. I was literally 2 hours passed the 48 hour mark to exchange it. The manager wouldn’t do anything about it. I will definitely be going elsewhere going forward.

Purchased clones there only to have them bloom 2 weeks later. I was told this was my fault. Never had this happen in 10 yrs of growing. I'm very disappointed. I guess I'll grow bonsai buds. Thanks top shelf. You're bottom of the barrel in my opinion!
Normally, the bud tenders there are amazing but on 420 there was a woman working there who did absolutely nothing but be rude....every time I see this woman I will promptly turn around, walk out and buy elsewhere. FYI...we have spent $1000 there over a measly 3 months.
This is my go to home shop! Their selection is unmatched! But for me it’s the people. My favorite is Justin. His attitude and energy is always welcoming and chill. Never had a bad experience with them ♥️
