This is the worst dispensary in not only just Lebanon but all of Oregon they have super poor customer service an the lady with the glasses doesn’t know proper procedures she made me go outside with her an try my disposable in front of the dispensary for a return witch is illegal in the state of Oregon witch I came ti find out after I had left an looked it up on online but as a bud tender it is her duty to make sure they are following olcc laws and regulations also another note is customer is always right an I was Harassed by the upper management when I called back to ask for the employees info regarding the incident thank you all for reading just wanted to share my experience with them after being a faithful 3 year long client just didn’t feel this was okay nor right
This is my go to shop and I absolutely love the people here! They are so sweet and have treats for your furry babies if you want to bring them in with you too. I love that they've always got good sales and advice, I definitely recommend Nice Guys!! 😀
Having had a double lung transplant( no more smokin) i needed to find something to help me get to sleep. Tiffany took her time and made sure I got what I needed. I was very impressed, she was very knowledgeable and made me feel right at home.I WILL BE BACK!Also thanks to Kristi, Best customer service hands down!!😎

Nicest people ever!! I was confused on the price because I looked at the wrong brand. They not only gave me that price but I was a dollar short and went to pay with my card and before I could get it out of my wallet the guy working already covered me. All costumer service business need to learn its about the little things. I will for sure give this person a $5 tip next time.

I've been regularly shopping here since October of 2023, their customer service is what brings my wife and I back again and again. Erin the budtender there at Mr.Nice Guy holds the best conversations, your energy is always on point. Thank you for sharing such positive energy with every transaction. They have an ATM and a POS for everyone's convenience. They also offer a veterans discount which is always appreciated. 👍🏽👍🏽
Today I came in and had an extremely negative interaction with the Budtender, Robert. I haven’t spoken to a manager about it so I won’t go into details. However, I have never been treated so poorly and wouldn’t you know it but I got the text to rate visit. So, here I am. The only shining light in all of this was Cassie. She’s the reason all five starts are still there because regardless of how Robert acted it did not reflect on the company or her ability to meet quality customer service standards. Absolutely awesome job to her!
Excellent customer service, Tiffany was very nice ,she made sure I got what I was looking for at a great price 💵💵definitely will be back!!.. hopefully they'll keep these affordable Ozs around for a while..makes it easier travel wise to just go down the street, instead of going out of town.
I live in Central Oregon and travel over to Lebanon frequently. I always stop at your store. Great place and great customer service. The young lady is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend any of the Mr. Nice Guy stores.
Last night a nice gentleman held the door for me on his way out. I came in, showed the busy budtender my ID and continued to browse. Once I decided he wrang me up, he told me the price and I asked wasn't this such and such price? I guess they recently added a $1 fee to every purchase which I'm sure can be irritating to some. The part that I didn't appreciate was the way it was presented to me. He pointed and told me there is a sign on the door and that it has been there for like a month, his tone didn't help. I'm sure they get tired of telling people but that is part of your job and no one deserves to be talked to like they are stupid, especially for asking a question. Maybe make the sign a little bigger, in red, or post it at the registers, maybe on your letter board outside. Even adding (+$1) to price tags or something would alleviate some of the questions and confusion. Being rude to people when they obviously haven't been in in that amount of time or didn't get a chance to read the sign on the door isn't going to make them want to pay the $1 or return to your store.
I’ve been a loyal customer since this location first opened. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the years and never complained. Went to get some treats here a week ago in a hurry and had the exact amount of cash needed to purchase what I wanted. When ringing me up the budtender charged me an extra dollar. When I asked about this charge they told me the owners are enforcing an up charge on each transaction. This is infuriating because this store has already had many price increases to their products. Now you want to add more increases to force me to pay for the community that I already pay for in many ways? I’ve since switched back to my second favorite dispensary, where I will stay until this extra fee disappears.This is a slap to the face of your customers in an effort to get what seems to be more tax breaks. Run from this place, it’s going downhill fast.I would like to add, the staff here are amazing! No issues ever with the staff. But whoever owns the store seems to be out on a money grab currently.
Extremely nice and helpful people at the store level. Products are appropriately priced and good selection. That being said, apparently corporate has decided to add a fee in May 2024 for "helping the community" to each transaction. I think that we're already overtaxed for the product and for a business to take it upon themselves to extract more cash from you so some corporate flunky can send it wherever they want or for some political cause is ridiculous. I've been a regular customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars in this place. I'm taking my business to a competitor in the area for a month or two to see if there is a policy change. Hoping for the best😎✌️
I always appreciate it when I get to see Kristi, she is very polite and knowledgeable. She understands retail and what goes into a good customer service relationship. That isn’t true with some others.
Love this place. Have been a regular for a few years now. Every budtender I've experienced is super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable with each product. Selection is great and prices are decent. However there was recently a service fee added to each purchase. I really think that's bogus. I was in there today and was told those funds are intended to go back to the community. But how many of those dollars will actually go into helping the people of Lebanon? As a loyal customer I believe this should be fixed or removed from the sales system completely.
Erin was on spot! She treated me cheerfully and was very helpful with my purchase. She asked what I was I was interested in and recommended something that she thought was very satisfying. I checked it out. Appearance was amazing and the fragrance was very enticing. Excellent choice! I was very thrilled with Erin and the weed.
