I’m not one to write reviews but when I feel like a review is absolutely needed. I will leave one in. This is one of those times. Every time I go into this location I always feel like I am bothering the workers because I’m making them have to work. They’re not friendly at this location and they talk bad about other locations Which I find extremely unprofessional. There’s a girl there that usually dresses an all black, an alternative girl, that is absolutely disrespectful towards customers, and she must not get reprimanded at all and continues to be disrespectful. I’ve had friends tell me that they have had issues with the same girl. I rarely come to this location and every time that I do, there is some kind of issue.

I've been in the king city area lately. I decided to stop by and check out this location, after a heart to heart with the manager about past experiences, I was treated with respect and the experience will definitely keep me coming back. I truly enjoy this location. They often have great deals on a weekly basis . Their Wyld 5 for 20 sale Is definitely worth it. Their staff is pretty friendly. I often go there when Dakota is working. He’s been there for a very long time. Super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Definitely recommend this location.

First time at a dispensary, was nervous at first but the staff was very inviting. I talked with a curly haired fella, I believe his name was Dakota, I didn’t really understand the differences between type of cannabis products but he was very informative and helped find out that edibles are most fit for my needs.Cool place, cool people, and I felt I paid a fair price for the products I got.

Yesterday was my last straw. This location (King City) is by far the worst and most poorly run Green Planet. The way this store is set up is you go in and wait in one line. An employee will come up, ask you for your ID, and then help get your products. The problem is after they box up all products, you have to go wait in another line for a register to open. None of the other GPs I have visited (Beaverton, Aloha, or Lake Oswego) do this. One employee gets your products and then checks you out at the other locations.Twice at the King City location, I have been burned buying flower. I asked for Sativa strains both times, but when I got home and looked up the strain names, I found out I was sold Indica flower. I can’t return flower, so I was stuck with stains I didn’t want. I had bout half ounces each time, also. The owner/managers do a poor job of training employees on how to sell products accurately. The good dispensaries don’t have clueless bud tenders.I have put up with all this nonsense, but yesterday was my last draw. I came in to buy a single joint. The employee got my product, and when we got to the register, the register would not work. She tried a different register, but it was the same and froze up. The owner must be too cheap to buy reliable registers. I have never been in a dispensary that is mostly a cash business that had registers that didn’t work. I just asked for my money back and left. I had waited over ten minutes just to pay.Green Planet (especially the King City location) used to be my favorite dispensary. Then, their customer service went down the pooper, and they stopped carrying one of Oregon’s best joint pack brands, Noblecraft. I recommend other dispensaries like Broadway, Speedy Janes, or Five Zero Trees. Green Planet has gone corporate and is forgetting about the customer.

The young lady that is like 'pixie goth' style budtenderess (they don't wear name tags) was polite, nice even, hustled and was running all over the place showing she respected our time as customers (there was a small rush)and the knowledgeable and friendly budtenders I've interacted with here over the last 3 or 4 purchases have never given me cause for complaint either.Will go bump to 5 if this keeps up Thanks!

Pretty decent overall. The Debit card/ATM is super convenient. They used to trim flower before packaging when I would buy an ounce, but not this last time. Also, the person assisting me decided to give me a hard time about my ID, even though it's valid. No other dispensary or liquor store has given me issues about my ID, but this one person here with hickies all over their neck decided to give me a hard time about mine. I go somewhere else now

They often confer with one and other to ensure your needs are met within budget. I saw all legal ages of clientele being assisted here with advice on everything from terpenes to dab temps! Seniors seemed to migrate more toward the edibles and their wide variety of available cannabinoids but I am also seeing these cannabinoids increasingly finding their way from everything from prerolls to #vape cartridges as we learn more about their possible benefits in our lives.This location also has some of the finest crafted glass in the entire area. It is almost like being in a blown glass museum featuring the works of some of the finest artisans in the industry!I like a large selection when I shop. They have a large selection here! Lots of good flower. I never have a problem finding good bud here! A huge selection of concentrates and vape pens! One of the largest selections of edibles and topicals in the state and just the right pipe or papers you may need at the time you are there!Their loyalty program is also pretty amazing.You know you are in the right place when you go in and see other repeat customers there right along with you all happy and chatting away! I grew up never taking this medicine before, as it was bad, mmmmkay? So obviously I had no clue what i was doing or what to even look for when i needed it for my chronic illnesses. I've gone to this dispensary for around the last 2 years now, and the staff are always as helpful as they can be. I met a worker there named Rob recently who was so knowledgeable and finally helped me find a tincture that has helped my pain so much. (Hapy kitchen) If you're looking for someone who is helpful and courteous, knowledgeable and very good at explaining the confusing world of cannabis, I recommend Rob at this location of green planet. The staff has always been kind and helpful too, so im sure you can find what you need. Thank you, Rob!

I was managing a different dispensary that will remain nameless for the past six months… Green planet was my go to place before I started managing another dispensary. Once I started managing I no longer had to purchase very much product. Now that I am no longer with that company. I decided to stop by Green planet today and let me tell you… They have definitely up their product game! it could be because I came from a much smaller dispensary, but they have everything! There is no limit to their pre-rolls, packs of pre-rolls, edibles… Etc. And as always going to green planet is quick, efficient, and inexpensive not to mention their rewards program. I highly recommend this dispensary for any Knowledgeable Flower lover

I dropped into this shop looking for some edibles. The store is spacious, and very well organized with a line system to help the staff and customers get through the store in an ordered fashion.Alyssa M. helped me find a product I was happy with. She was very knowledgeable about each product I ask questions about, and I sure asked a lot of questions.After learning the difference between distillate, live resin, rosin and hash rosin in edibles, I went with a mega pearl. The staff here was friendly, informative and patient throughout the visit. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

The people that are giving this shop five stars are just trying to get the 10% discount (signs plastered everywhere begging to get 5 stars) There is not much selection (in terms of flower) and most of the products are overpriced compared to any other dispensary nearby. They used to be the only dispensary in King city, but that was years ago and it seems like they have not changed their prices since. I’d suggest going to any other dispensary around unless you are completely out of options and forced to go there.
