I love this place. Come here all the time and buy plenty of product. And always have great experience. This time not so much. I get this new brand of cart called verdant. And when I open the package the product was broken. I come back to the store with package and receipt to return and get a new one and the lady tells me she believe that it was broken when I left but her boss doesn’t and she can’t do anything for me. I ask to speak with her boss and she tells me to come back in an hour because she’s busy! Not busy enough to review the profit and accuse me of lying but too busy to tell me herself? Such bs! I live a half hour away and is part of the reason I’d didnt return it that night! 1 star

My experience, there was horrible, I have very bad vision and was asking for help on the pre rolls and the infused pre rolls and all she would tell me, is they're all different. You have to read them after I'd already told her, I couldn't see them, she refused to read them to me. She refused to help me at that point I decided to leave and not purchase anything from that location.

Fantastic staff great selection for flour always reasonable some of the best bartenders in the business. I was short a couple dollars for an order not too long ago one of the bartenders didn't even hesitate to cover the balance for me went above and beyond for me. I purchased a card for white label Saturday ended up being defective came back 30 minutes later management took great care of me right away little to no questions asked I will always return here

Today I visited Going Green (its the only dispensary) but that might change after today. There is a lady that works there that has absolutely NO customer service. She needs to learn customer service from the little elderly lady that works there. I will be looking for a different dispensary to go to.

I've had nothing but positive interactions with staff, and they always have enough hands on deck to get me in and out fast. They have a great selection of affordable products with a super generous rewards program. The place is easy to find and get to. Solid shop, I'm a fan.

My favorite dispensary in town since I moved here. I love all the staff, they are all so friendly. I would like to give a specific shout out to Tanner, he is one of the nicest young men I have met and he was very knowledgeable. Tanner gave me exactly what I needed to help my war veteran father get some rest at night which was before the most impossible task. 🙂

I for real found my favorite dispensary in the area.I’m a recent transplant from New York to Oregon and this is my first happy little mom and pop place- and I’m staying 🧡I am so impressed with the selection inside, and the kindness of the staff there- even at peak busy morning hours taking the time to chat it up/make me feel welcome and introduce me to some fantastic brands/strains. ✨I hope the staff sees this review; if im about on a Friday, I’ll bring the locals donuts 🙂 🍩🧡

Trip pre rolls have got to be some of the worst pre-rolls I have ever had the displeasure to purchase in 30 years of smoking cannabis. They're tiny in comparison to other .5 g pre-rolls. If it's trash don't recommend it for sale. Let it sit on the shelf and rot or give back to the rep saying "we've had too many poor reviews of your product that we would no longer care to carry it in our establishment.

This is one of Albany Oregon's hidden gem. Easy i5 access, great products, you can buy Belushi Farms products, and a plethora of edible products as well. So if it's a pre roll, you are craving, or you need to fill your monthly needs, this is your dispencery.

Always great options and great customer service. The loyalty program is better than any other shop. I have never been dissatisfied and I have been going here since I moved to Albany 5 1/2 years ago. I always leave with a good deal and lots of laughs. One of my favorite shops.
