Definitely frustrating when the open sign is on and they’re closed. I don’t care what time you close, but definitely make it a point to turn off the closed sign first thing. I personally wouldn’t return just because that shows the common sense of the people hired at this location.

Lost my card literally 15 minutes before walking in don’t ask me how but I walked in a politely ask if it was possible for me to purchase I have a picture of my med card including papers as well as email approvals young lady was extremely hateful and didn’t give me a second to speak my part she asked if I had my card and I tried explaining but she basically shoved me out the door before I could get a word out and I’ve already been into other full tilt locations I’ve been into grove plenty of times crazy how hateful a place could be…. I Will not shop where I’m not welcome
