I open my Rso grassroots banana papaya and I'm missing a bunch of it. There's a big air bubble in it. I don't like that. We can't see the products you're giving to us. They're un open. I don't like this pre weighted marijuana. Somebody could be taking it at packaging and we would never know and neither would you.

I love this place but the guy with the Grey hair came up took the guy check in after she checked me in and he snaged his name and said ya just saying , not sure thought everyone there liked me but that felt shitty , for someone to do. That. Just skip ya because there is some reason why they don't like you , just skip and go but this made my night shitty to think about this. The staff is awesome great manager's are great,there very helpful especially me lol

I love coming to this place. This has been my store for 5 years. They treat me like Norm from Cheers everyone saying Rory!!! when I come in even if they are with people. The workers care about you, the management is amazing and the store is nice and clean. I've seen reviews on does about price. Please be happy we have medical in ND yes prices are high but that's ND not the dispensary themselves. You can take advantage of discounts off the week or blow out sales. If you travel a long distance like I do 100 miles they take that into consideration on a discount for travel just ask them. 5 out of 5 for service, quality, knowledge and compassion for their clients.

To the other side of the business, Grassroots is a hit or miss, raised prices, lack of supply, not meeting demand, nor meeting expectations.Grassroots gets an ( F ) and a One ⭐️ for poor business decisions. One star because there's an employee that I could chat with for hours that works here, but overall I would give ZERO stars for the service I received today (3-25-25).First off, they need to update their site to accurately reflect what accessories we're ordering. For instance the Ooze Cleaning Kit shows 3 bags of cleaner, but only comes with 1 bag. I also ordered the Green Monkey 63mm Grinder in GREEN, which it clearly stated on the site (before they changed it) and my receipt that it's GREEN. Instead of being courteous and calling to let me know that they are out of the GREEN ones, they sent me a silver grinder that looked nothing like the photos AND expected me to accept it without any fuss. I was also charged a delivery fee even though my order was $162 (with the lousy 10% medical discount it was $145.80). I would've gladly paid the $ 4.20 difference or bought a few chillums in order to avoid the outrageous delivery fee. When I called to get it all sorted out, the manager was exceptionally rude and kept talking over me. He said he was "doing me a favor" by giving me 2 bags of cleaner for free, but yet I had to come to the store to get them. I would like to know what part of this classifies as an actual "favor" and not a remedy to your obvious mistakes? Also, what's the point in paying a delivery fee when the customer ends up having to go back to the store to fix YOUR mistakes?! They have become ridiculously greedy here.Edit: Generic Response From the Manager is below.

I love coming here just to say hi to whatever staff may be working, nonetheless, picking up my medical. They are extremely knowledgeable and are more than willing to be helpful when I have questions. Sometimes there can be little mixups with their POS system but they often catch the issue and if I have a question or concern they are more than willing to listen and or fix the problem immediately being laid back and kind to me the whole time. Doesn't matter whether the staff is new or has been around longer, they always make me feel accepted and welcome (feels like a rarity in my life). I've been a patron for 2 years, going on 3, and I can't hype this place and their staff enough! Thank you for making my experience extremely positive and enjoyable! Keep killin' it with the badass vibes and overall the deep kindness you have all shown me.

The employees are great. But listen, it's awesome ND finally has medical and dispensaries but...its time to start worrying about the customers more. There is absolutely no reason anyone should be paying the same amount of money for weed then we paid for black market weed in 2004. (I mean it went down recently, but almost 300 for an ounce???, if i am willing to give you a good portion of my paycheck for a MEDICAL PRODUCT, it should definitely be more affordable.)If I wasn't in recovery and didn't want people offering me heroin and meth, I'd go buy weed, possibly better quality, for like 200 or less an ounce on the black Market. Black market weed is FINALLY cheap af in the FM area, and I have to be responsible and keep my distance from it to avoid hard drugs.It's ridiculous. Not to mention they short you on weed pretty often. It's a blessing to have this place, because I'm in recovery from hard drugs, and I don't need to buy weed from heroin or meth dealers. But come on man, lower your prices and stop shorting us!
