Not worth the wait. I can order from CannaSense and have real THC recreational cannabis delivered to my door quicker. We drove two hours to see this place, spent 20 minutes in line waiting just to get to the product, spent 5 minutes with a bud tender, no smelling, no touching of product. But then you wait for your name to be displayed on a screen to let you know you can pay for your order. Once you've paid you can then stand in another line and wait to actually pick up your order. We waited over an hour just to pay before deciding we were not waiting any longer for a pre-roll and bag of gummies. So 6 hours wasted to drive up, be unimpressed, and drive home. While it's great that they've made history here, it's by far no superstore.

My husband and I were here for the first day of medical and we just attended the official recreational opening. We loved everything. It was fun, well organized and an all around joyful occasion. They have amazing products and the experience is unmatched as far as we can see. We went decked out in our weed leaf outfits and had ablast. Aside from the business part, the social setting and positive vibe is awesome. We can't wait to go back.

Plan for taking a few hours or possibly more to get through the process. Make sure you have a VALID STATE or FED ID. Was there yesterday around noon or there after. There were lines. Waited about an hour. Will try drive through next!!!I think Great Smoky Cannabis Company offers top-notch products with exceptional quality. Their strains are potent, fresh, and perfectly curated. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend for any cannabis connoisseur!

Flower is by far the worst I’ve had at any dispensary in the country. As a former bud tender and Solventless extractor in CO the lack of ability to view the cannabis is shocking. The price is extremely high! Comparable prices to Cookies on Rodeo dr in LA. This is NC not Cali and it sure isn’t even close to Cookies or Cali quality! The flower has a terrible flavor and potency. I will never return and advise you to save your time. We spent over an hour and a half in lines to get garbage flower that cost way to much.

Drove from Knoxville Tn. Today to be apart of history! Stood in line from 10:00am until about 2:30pm and it was so worth it! I chatted with people from all over in line just excited to come together and be a part of this.I am very thankful to the Cherokee Tribe for allowing us this awesome opportunity I never thought I’d see in my lifetime.Products are great and very strong. If the weed isn’t potent enough for you try some sugar skunk crumble, and thank me later. Or if you are a veteran smoker like me try some rso or make your own solventless live resin with their press they have available.

This place has THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced! I usually do the pick up option and every single time my order has been on time and super quick and easy to pick up. As soon as I walk ibto the entrance Im greeted with a smile and a very friendly employee then when I go into the main area all of the employees are very helpful and always keep me updated with the sales of the week and any special events. Last week as soon as I walked into the main area an employee immediately came up and started chatting with me and asked if I wanted a picture with the new really cool backdrop they had installed so I said yes and he even took the photo for me without me having to ask. After the photo he informed me that there was some new samples and encouraged me to take as many as I wanted then I asked him if they had a specific item and he wasnt sure but told me which section I might find it. Then by the time I paid for my order and was walking to the section he suggested he was already there and had already found the item i asked for and had it waiting with the cashier at that section. I cant express how amazing their customer service is! And the quality of the products have been AMAZING! 100 out of 10 will absolutely recommend!

Incredible cannabis dispensary in Cherokee, NC! I stopped in and was delighted to find a cannabis superstore galore! Bring cash, or bring a ATM card to use one of the ATMs onsite (cash only here).After the ID booth, there is a awesome edibles bar that you can try a variety of different edibles ( non-infused of course)! Then you are greeted by a friendly budtender who will help you get what you need, I needed some disposable vape cartridges and after trying some of those edibles, of course I had to get some of the S'mores Stacks! Wasn't planning on getting any edibles but that sample bar really got me! 🍫🍫After placing my order with the budtender, the process was explained to me well, so I followed directions and went to go pay for my order with the cashier. Be sure to give them a tip (you should be very generous with these awesome people!) After that, completed my shopping at the pick up, before being on my way!This was a fantastic experience and places like Smoky Mountains Cannabis are one of the reasons I love being a cannabis tourist!Also worth noting that I received in a discount here because I have a Colorado medical license, so be sure to share your medical license info if you're certified in another state!Thank you so much I can't wait to stop by again next time I'm in Cherokee, NC!

Let's see, how can I say this. Coming from a state where medical marijuana is legal. I thought some of our dispensaries were nice and looked good. After stopping by not 1,2, but 3 times now. I have to say the ones from back home can't touch this museum, I mean dispensary. It's 10,000 sq ft!!!!!! With absolutely great bud tenders. They have a grow area that you can actually see the plants in Pots. The bakery is right there as well. The glass area is expensive no need to go to the head shops for glass or rolling papers. But in all seriousness I have been to Cherokee a lot and the people who reside there are great people. Don't only check out the dispensary but go learn about history in general. My experience is always amazing. The staff is always really nice, welcoming, and very friendly. However prices are a little high for the potency of the product. The carts are good just wish they were offered in a gram option so they last longer for the price I’m paying. Flower is mediocre wish it was more dank but expecting it to get better as time goes on, some strands are better than others! Really cool place and people. 10/10 😎

Drove four hours thinking that this facility would be open and we talked to 2 very nice security guards that said that it might be opening in May crossed fingers that it does because this will be a game changer to the Cherokee area with that having the hotel and casino 1 mile from this Business, I am so very excited and will be traveling as soon as we find out it’s opened!!!
