With being said the products don’t sell themselves. There’s always a friendly staff which is inviting. . However Brett has been a staple staff member since the beginning. He’s the guy to ask for if you have any questions or if you’re a new customer to Sunnyside & just need some guidance. After six years of unwavering loyalty—a relationship I genuinely valued since 2018—my trust has been irrevocably shattered, and my health was put completely at risk.I purchased a package of gummies, only to watch with growing alarm as the bag began to bloat and swell, a terrifying and unmistakable sign of severe contamination within. When I brought this alarming and potentially dangerous product to the manager's attention, I wasn't just dismissed—I was treated with a level of cold contempt that I have never before experienced from any business. She refused to even entertain the possibility of a problem, stone-walling me with an immediate "no" that was nothing short of a slap in the face.My worst fears were horrifically realized when I got home and dared to open the package. A wave of putrid, gaseous stench, like something had rotted from the inside out, erupted from the bag. The contents were a disgusting, mold-infested biohazard.This goes far beyond poor customer service. This is a shocking and dangerous display of gross negligence that jeopardizes the health of every single person who walks through their doors. My years of dedicated patronage were rewarded with callous indifference and a toxic product. Consider yourselves warned. Now im out 40 bucks a bag of gummies and have to go to Curaleaf at least they are clean and not GROSS

It is falling apart and it shows in its current customer service. There are recreational dispensaries offering the same brands with prompt attentive and informed staff. Ive been to several medical dispensaries on Long Island and I think Sunnyside is the best out of all of them. I’ve been coming here since the day they opened and for the most part everything has been consistent. The products are good, prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. I do have to say though that I miss the original online order process because they would have your products ready to go. Now, you place an online order but they do not process it until you come into the store. I asked why they changed this and they said they had a ton of people putting in online orders and then they’d never show up to purchase the items. So I understand the change but it sucks when they are super busy and you just need to get in out of the store due to health issues.

With so many stores carrying your medical Marijuana needs when you find a place that has awesome variety of products with great pricing and friendly staff you stick with it . I choose to get all my medical Marijuana needs at a certified dispensary where all products are safely manufactured and actual THC/CBD content is put through quality standards before it's made available to you. I can't tell you if the choices at smoke shops go through any quality checks at all and where they are manufactured. It's important to find a qualified dispensary with great products and prices which I found both at Sunnyside. I took advantage of some specials and right now if you buy multiple products they bundle savings. They also give you rewards and a savings punch card. The people working at Sunnyside are the very best. Always friendly and very helpful. I love to browse through all their accessories and newer products available at store. You can pre order online but you must pick up order same day or it goes back on shelf. The only thing missing is free delivery but Sunnyside was a 30 minute trip and is centrally located between Nassau and Suffolk counties. Place your order now. You won't be disappointed.

It sucks to stand around for 10 plus minutes waiting for medication. Secondly, sunnyside has decent prices when there's a sale. They need to take walmarts approach and have "everyday low prices". We are medical card holders. We deserve to buy "bulk" and for cheap. There should be a special price for "half pound" and "pound" weights.We are paying a annual fee for a medical marijuana card with no real benefits. It's still much cheaper on the street. No lines, long waits etc. Sunnyside has a chance to destroy all competition with a few upgrades to their operations. Mainly prices and bulk options.Thanks for your understanding. There was an unintentional error with one of my purchases this week which I realized after I reached home, as I did not physically check the contents of my bag before I left the store. I was very upset. I called the store next morning and spoke to the manager Brad. He was very polite and apologetic for the error, and immediately rectified the situation by taking charge, putting me at ease and informing the staff of the error. He gave me a new piece of the product in question and also let me keep the other piece, which was new but missing some spares. Goes to show that we as customers should show understanding, when the mistake could be honest and a few kind words and a smile make everyone happy..Keep it up Sunnyside Huntington!! 5 Stars

You can find at a recreational dispensary. Buy 8 products to get 30% off doesn’t seem like MEDICAL purposes more like recreational. Strain Stars is down the street if that’s the case. Your old point system was great as well. It did actually save the Patients money. Not a dollar or two like with this garbage point system you’ve had in place for a while now.BTW where did our old points go that we were supposed to get back and never did.Why is the inventory not consistently stocked especially with a “buy 8 get 30%” off.

I have been going to Sunnyside in Williamsburg, Brooklyn for a few years now and that experience is also always stellar, but on a recent trip to LI I was pleased to see the Huntington store was an equally as positive experience. This place has a good variety of flower and more reasonable pricing/deals than other medical dispensaries in the area. The staff is always SO friendly and professional! The only negative is the wait time for pickups. Seems like you always have to sit and wait 10-15 minutes even if you preorder, and even when it’s not busy/basically empty. Wish they could improve the pickup process. Other than that they’re awesome!

Carlos is the best worker I have ever met in my life. I met him on my first time there and he was so warm and welcoming and so so friendly and funny. He always has the most in depth knowledge on all of the products and always understands what I’m looking for. I feel like I’m walking into my families house when I go in there. Hi, I live in Long Beach and handicapped and it's worth the trip out the for numerous reasons the place is immaculate the people are perfect at their jobs. Much better prices without the ridiculous money making rules that are local place in Carle Place has. They sell half ounces and ounces the prices workout much much better and they're always running specials and whatever they're doing it's working because it's much fresher product than the alternatives maybe when some of the adult use dispensaries open everybody will be more reasonable but that's a guess right now they're the only game in town

Talk a walk on the SUNNYSIDE! Hands down this is the best medical cannabis dispensary on the island. Sunnyside has a vast variety of different products that are all reasonably priced as well as promos that are widely admired by the consumers who come into this Medical dispensary. I have had nothing but amazing experiences here all of the representative staff here go above, and beyond, to treat their customers with respect and comfortability. With this much quality at the demand level it’s at you will have to be patient depending on what day that you go and always be ready to wait so the pharmacist can fill your order! Not far from the Walt Whitman shops while you’re waiting go grab a cup of coffee or take a walk around the mall as there is a variety of businesses that you go to while you wait. And just the cherry on top, everyone that leaves this dispensary leaves with a smile on their face. Plus the orange/white bag your medicine comes in can be reused lightly at your leisure. 🌞

I love going into Sunnyside and seeing Marissa and Matt behind the counter! They are wonderful and always help me or come over to check in on me. Last time I went I was helped by the manager, Alex. I've gone in during the week, and also peak busy times during the weekend, I've never had to wait more then 10m for my order which isn't an issue at all since I enjoy going there. The employee tried to explain how to refill it, I still couldn't do it. I wasted over 100 bux, but that was the only problem I have ever encountered, and I left it at that. I always receive excellent customer service. And they always have some type of deal going on! They also have a loyalty program that you build up discount points with purchases (they turn into $ off!). I live about 45 minutes away and have the option of going to dispensaries that are much closer (which I have also been to). I'm a returning customer. I had left for a few years for a competitor because they had better promos. While I still am a big user of promos, my current place has started fall off in quality.I was able to get my certification paperwork over and accepted quickly, and dealt with friendly staff. I had spoken to the manager Ian by chance who helped make the process easy, and I even got a promo for my first purchase after re-certifying. They even have a bigger selection than my competitor. I'm going to be coming here for a while to test the water again and see if i can make them my main guys again.

This place is a joke. I started going to this location out of convenience as it’s closer than my usual dispensary. They “forgot” to take my discount off my order more than once. They’ve also sold me defective products 3 times… I’ve only been there 4 times. They also take forever to get your order ready, on more than one occasion I’ve waited over 25 minutes. Everyone seems extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and it makes for a good atmosphere and a consistently pleasant experience. Of all the dispensaries I’ve been to, I come to sunnyside the most because I know I will receive my medication in a timely fashion and that it will be a smooth, easy transaction. The rewards point system they have also adds up super quickly so I often get a bit of a discount on my product as well, which is a lovely bonus. I definitely recommend Sunnyside, especially to patients new to the world of medicinal cannabis, as the employees are all happy to work with you and help you decide what will work best for your specific needs.

Silly expensive, I live in Huntington yet I still drive 30 mins to Curaleaf to save almost $20!! on the same exact item. Sunnyside has an opportunity to adapt. They need to sell superior product or lower the price. Do the research yourself; compare Sunnyside menu to Curaleaf's, its the same exact product for a lower price at Curaleaf. Otherwise, good experience, the staff is friendly.

I've been to all of the dispensaries in long island. Im disappointed in sunnyside. These prices are not worth it at all. $99 for 7gs of flower?? Very unnecessary. New Yorkers are already furious with the pricing of cannabis products but this is by far the worst I've seen. In my opinion, if you want to be a better dispensary than other ones level with their pricing. Horrible service for overpriced half full, half-gram carts. I paid $150 for two Curaleaf carts. When I got home and opened them, they were filled with air! Each cart was only half full and they had the nerve to charge $75 each for this garbage. I called them immediately and did not open the carts for two weeks. They never called back. I tried to reach them by email. They have an icon that you can click for returns, but it only works if you bought it online. I attempted to call them again today and left another message. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SUNNYSIDE AGAIN !!!!

I'm not crazy about the way they list their products (KKU, APP, ATW, CPE) - what does that all mean? And no one can seem to tell me. So, that's really the only thing I don't like about Medical Marijuana in GENERAL on Long Island. But Sunnyside is excellent. I would recommend them completely and totally!

Only thing I'd love to see them add, maybe on their website, would be their criteria for how often a patient may pick up a particular strain. Ive been to several medical dispensaries on Long Island and I think Sunnyside is the best out of all of them. I’ve been coming here since the day they opened and for the most part everything has been consistent. The products are good, prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. I do have to say though that I miss the original online order process because they would have your products ready to go. Now, you place an online order but they do not process it until you come into the store. I asked why they changed this and they said they had a ton of people putting in online orders and then they’d never show up to purchase the items. So I understand the change but it sucks when they are super busy and you just need to get in out of the store due to health issues.

I choose to get all my medical Marijuana needs at a certified dispensary where all products are safely manufactured and actual THC/CBD content is put through quality standards before it's made available to you. I can't tell you if the choices at smoke shops go through any quality checks at all and where they are manufactured. It's important to find a qualified dispensary with great products and prices which I found both at Sunnyside. I took advantage of some specials and right now if you buy multiple products they bundle savings. They also give you rewards and a savings punch card. The people working at Sunnyside are the very best. Always friendly and very helpful. I love to browse through all their accessories and newer products available at store. You can pre order online but you must pick up order same day or it goes back on shelf. The only thing missing is free delivery but Sunnyside was a 30 minute trip and is centrally located between Nassau and Suffolk counties. Place your order now. You won't be disappointed.

There should be a special price for "half pound" and "pound" weights.We are paying a annual fee for a medical marijuana card with no real benefits. It's still much cheaper on the street. There was an unintentional error with one of my purchases this week which I realized after I reached home, as I did not physically check the contents of my bag before I left the store. I was very upset. I called the store next morning and spoke to the manager Brad. He was very polite and apologetic for the error, and immediately rectified the situation by taking charge, putting me at ease and informing the staff of the error. He gave me a new piece of the product in question and also let me keep the other piece, which was new but missing some spares. He always has the most in depth knowledge on all of the products and always understands what I’m looking for. I feel like I’m walking into my families house when I go in there. I’m so glad he’s a manager now, he really deserves it. He is a gem, he’s really one of a kind. I even call into the store to speak to him about products and he always is so well versed on every single product there. One time I was purchasing an online order and he was on his lunch break and he came outside, even though he was eating, to greet me and ensure I had everything I needed. He really is the best. With this much quality at the demand level it’s at you will have to be patient depending on what day that you go and always be ready to wait so the pharmacist can fill your order! Not far from the Walt Whitman shops while you’re waiting go grab a cup of coffee or take a walk around the mall as there is a variety of businesses that you go to while you wait. And just the cherry on top, everyone that leaves this dispensary leaves with a smile on their face. Plus the orange/white bag your medicine comes in can be reused lightly at your leisure. 🌞

They also have a loyalty program that you build up discount points with purchases (they turn into $ off!). I'm a returning customer. I had left for a few years for a competitor because they had better promos. While I still am a big user of promos, my current place has started fall off in quality.I was able to get my certification paperwork over and accepted quickly, and dealt with friendly staff. I had spoken to the manager Ian by chance who helped make the process easy, and I even got a promo for my first purchase after re-certifying. They even have a bigger selection than my competitor. Horrible service for overpriced half full, half-gram carts. I paid $150 for two Curaleaf carts. When I got home and opened them, they were filled with air! Each cart was only half full and they had the nerve to charge $75 each for this garbage. I called them immediately and did not open the carts for two weeks. They never called back. Lots of Curaleaf, etain and Pharmacann product throughout the store in display cases with ample info on price, info on the product, thc/cbd levels, dosage, method, etc. Their website has a menu for this location. ATM available in the store. According to the website, there's a rewards program too. First time registration is quick and easy. helpful staff--everyone from the receptionist, security, associates, and pharmacists were friendly and genuine. Very positive experience with Sunnyside in Huntington. I hope to see the Curaleaf flower pods make their way here ;)Thanks Sunnyside team!

This was the first dispensary I went to when I first got my Medical Card. I was welcomed so nicely, the staff was so cool & friendly. I found this place through my guy Rob at Euphoria in Bellmore & I can’t thank him enough!!! Loved this dispensary and most importantly loved the amazing staff!!The prices are high but nothing less than what you would expect from a dispensary in New York also they have discounts for first time customers.Thank you guys I will forever keep coming back 🙂
