Came to visit as a tourist and everything was perfect! Show ID on arrival and you can purchase at the front. You may need cash if using a foreign card as it didn't work for me and the girl on the register said it's probably because it's not a US debit.I'd also recommend checking their website and finding what you'd want beforehand then you can walk straight up and ask for it but there are also iPads with menus inside.Overall great experience and friendly staff.

Indoor Dispensary is the best in the city! I went there to get my favorite ISSA VIBE brand pen (the best in the game right now), and they did not disappoint. All the staff was super helpful and I am definitely coming back. Another plus...THEY ARE DOG FRIENDLY! Mocha loved it too!

I was told by an employee the manager approved the quality of the product but the pricing is lower because it’s on the lighter green side. The buds were actually brown and had an awful taste and smell. I’m highly disappointed. I wouldn’t feel comfortable spending my money here unless I can view the product before hand. Mistakes happen and hopefully it was just a hiccup 🙏

Came in today to buy some gummies. It looked like they were having a training session but were quick to help me out. Will be making this my regular stomp for Canna related products. Edit 2 months later: The staff is extremely knoweth, and this is still one of my favorite spots. The staff has changed a bit, but many of the budtenders know so much more. I can not wait for the expansion a few of the budtenders have been buzzing about. Their stock has expanded, displays have changed, and they're no longer cash only.

so I haven’t been to indoor recently, but I have been there a few times before and I can definitely say I can highly recommend it to other people. The workers were very friendly and they were also attentive to your needs if you had questions. And the prices are reasonable and I feel like there is everything in the store for you.

Brand new dispensaries are a dime-a-dozen in New York, and the ones so close to Times Square mostly rely on their location and convenience to carry business.Indoor Treez is a pleasant surprise. Not only is the location fantastic, two blocks from Port Authority Bus Terminal, the products they sell are close in variety to those in established dispensaries in Los Angeles–except they have local product from New York, tooThe atmosphere is really laid-back, and the service is excellent, especially with personal recommendations and budget in mind.Cash only, but there's a Chase Bank a block away, and an ATM machine right inside.The only suggestion Id make is offering a membership or a rewards program

Out of all the legal dispensaries I’ve been to in NYC this one is my favorite! They have such a great edible selection and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable.
