Every time I shop here customer service is so amazing first and foremost. I just want to talk about Nicole who goes above and beyond to make sure that I understand what each product does and which one works best for me and my pain I have also interacted with Myles as well as Tramaine and the professionalism is outstanding, this company goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable I am helped. I am serviced with amazing customer service, and great prices I have tried other places, and I will always say that this is my number one place to go to. Normally, I’m pretty personal about what goes on in my life but I love this company so much and couldn’t help but write an amazing review. In the world we live in people often complain about what is wrong, but today I will post about what is right if you were going to spend your money on things that you need shop here I can’t advocate for all locations but I will say new Hyde Park location is the very best.

Excellent experience. Reps at the counter were welcoming and professional. They were also very patient with my medical cannabis inexperience. (FYI be sure to show up with your medical ID AND medical certificate pdf sent to their email).You pick what you'd like with or without consultation. Then a pharmacist packages and labels the product. He was very professional and I opted not to take any consultation.All products were well packaged, discrete and smell proof. Flower aroma was differentiated and clear. Visually impressive buds and trichomes for the price.

Those are just the plant types and gives no indication of the unique chemical profile of what is being purchased. Education is everything.

I have shopped MedMen in California I have shopped at medmen in Nevada I have frequented their establishments at these other locations and have had great success and service.However, I cannot get any service here at this place.I have an out-of-state medical card and cannot get any product here. I travel constantly with work I am on the road around 300 days out of the year staying in hotels and flying to about five different cities a week, unless I'm riding on a tour bus.The staff was not helpful at all in trying to help me find other alternatives.

I have been reading reviews about the store closing earlier than their posted time. I was curious about this because I have personally been to the vegas store and received excellent service. I called and spoke with the Manager and I was informed that All transactions have to be completed before 5pm if they close at 5pm per State Law. Medmen will only turn away business just before closing if they are not able to get the transaction completed by 5pm again by State Law. So please do not post reviews about MedMen closing early. They are not closing Early, they are Closing when they need to so they can assure all transactions are entered before closing time per State Law. Visit Medmen you will enjoy the experience. I did!

sad how many people here take this. everything is overpriced in this city and i am finally coming to terms with that. i love parts of this city but everywhere i turn it doesn't love you back. rents through the roof. gun violence at an high. the least you'd think the cannabis would be priced somewhat at all compassionately tell me how i just went on an Ontario dispensary website and see i can buy a full spectrum lab tested cartridge for 22 dollars Canadian that's 18 usd!!!!!! i mean come on a full gram in Canada is 36 usd for full spectrum!!! here in this disgusting city it's 120+ for distillate!

Disappointing experience. No one ahead of me, waited over 30 minutes on a Friday at 5pm. About 4 people behind me, as I leave after not being able to wait any longer the pharmacist is hanging out outside. The “manager” Jeremy was of no assistance.Not sure what business practice has employees taking breaks within the last hour of closing but definitely an eye opener to the poor management at this location.

Great experience every time! Medmen Lake Success has very knowledgeable and professional staff. My questions have always been listened to and answered with great care and a thoroughness that I truly appreciate. It’s so nice coming to this location.Today, Jeremy was my main helper to begin. We went through all of the products new and old. He has also troubleshooted for me in the past. He has the patience of a saint. Steven was also at the desk and gave great support as well. No question is too big or too small for these guys!Next I saw Mark who put my package together and he allowed me to pick his brain too, lol. Mark helped me tremendously. I feel confident in my choices. He went the extra mile.I notice time and again that the staff work tirelessly to make the process caring, thoughtful, and as easy as possible. I highly recommend this location.

I just wasted two hours of my time driving all the way from Smithtown to the dispensary. It is almost impossible to locate this place. They evidently only have two pharmacists. One calls out sick so the other goes to lunch. He’ll be back in an hour you can wait until then and he can discuss your needs. No driving from Smithtown and then back home again at 3:30 on the LIE I think not. You need additional people to work in your facility evidently two pharmacists are not sufficient and you should have a back up system.

Sadly, this dispensary is NOT in the business of following the new protocols with the switch in NYS’s MMP systems integration currently going on. I spoke to 3 separate representatives from the NYS call center, including a manager with NYS’s new program & they ALL told me that this was completely unnecessary. A formal complaint has been filed against the dispensary by my doctors office as well. Also was pretty funny MedMen said somehow “a manager was not in the office today”. Yeah….. ok. The last NYS manager I spoke to laughed at that too.ALL YOU NEED IS YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE, CERTIFICATION & YOUR NYS MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD FOR ANY DISPENSARY IN NYS IF YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH NYS AS A PATIENT. NYS has notified every dispensary in NY that their systems were updated as of 1/25/22 & that if any error shows on the dispensary end, the above is all that is need to issue prescriptions. New registration was only shutdown 1/17/22-1/25/22. So shouldn’t be any problems now. MedMen are stating that unless your medical card number goes through THEIR PERSONAL SYSTEM they will not dispense. The employee Steve gave me a code “error code 3” which I gave to the NYS reps I spoke to, who said that has nothing to do with the new system & provides zero information. My doctor sent MedMen info & has that documented. I provided info. And I had NYS physically on the phone at the store saying there was no issue on speakerphone. Meaning the employees of Med Men are choosing to not follow protocol. I also had called prior to even going in to ask if everything had gone through ok & if I needed anything additional.. all a waste of time.Do yourself a favor & just go wait in line at ANY Curaleaf… MedMen offer zero perks for patients really anyway.

I thank you all for helping my life and get off the myriad of daily Rx regimen from two of my physicians. I found my new favorite dispensary.Come in the South entrance on the Ground level, they are to in the suite on the left after you come into the building. Don’t walk down the West corridor, you won’t locate Suite W75 there. Free parking on ground level and underneath in the garage.Be sure to ask the representative or pharmacist about a financial hardship discount such as being on public assistance, a first responder or a military veteran discount. They have 15% off for veterans. Doesn’t hurt to ask. Also, you can order for pickup on Leafly. That site is quickly becoming my new friend and resource guide.My summer flew by because of my chronic health condition (Crohn's Colitis), in which I had a severe flare up that landed me in the hospital multiple times. The PharmaCann Blue Matter EF90 is where it is at for me. I prefer the EF90 Hybrid over the Sativa, especially at night time for sleep. Picked up a couple of carts of each and a bottle of Blue Matter Regular Strength 20:1 5.0mg THC

I cannot understand how a business, which is trying to grow, can simply be out of stock on a majority of its most demanded products. The quality of this company’s vape pens, while excellent, are unavailable… some of which have now been so for at least several weeks. Significantly, their website does not advise patients of their limited supplies. Also, their medication is very expensive! Not only did they lose a customer, but I sold my shares of stock as I now understand why each share is now trading for under $.30… What a shame!

The facility is clean,bright and airy. I am very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. When I first went there I was a bit nervous about buying such a new product(for me) but the efficiency and courtissness of all of the employees put me immediately at ease. And the product quality is always consistent. I also love the newly reduced prices!! It has made such a huge difference in the treatment of my various conditions. Its wonderfully miraculous to have my arthritis pain so greatly reduced without having to rely on shots and dangerous rx's. I feel very,very comfortable recomending this business.

Very nice staff and it's always easy and fast when I go there. I only had a issue once and that was with a disposable pen that didn't work when I opened it but the staff was great and took the broken one back and replaced it with a new one that worked perfectly. So I have had an overall excellent experience at MedMen and I would definately recommend this business to others.

Called first to see the process as a new patient at this dispensary. Easy from start to finish. Did not have to see a pharmacist. Even though I have talked with one regarding my health ailments and chronic disease, they offered me to visit with the pharmacist for any questions or updates.Very professional, and courteous. From dress top to bottom (casual or business casual), to demeanor, disposition, and knowledge. Everyone was very pleasant. I thank you all for helping my life and get off the myriad of daily Rx regimen from two of my physicians. I found my new favorite dispensary.Come in the South entrance on the Ground level, they are to in the suite on the left after you come into the building. Don’t walk down the West corridor, you won’t locate Suite W75 there. Free parking on ground level and underneath in the garage.Be sure to ask the representative or pharmacist about a financial hardship discount such as being on public assistance, a first responder or a military veteran discount. They have 15% off for veterans. Doesn’t hurt to ask. Also, you can order for pickup on Leafly. That site is quickly becoming my new friend and resource guide.My summer flew by because of my chronic health condition (Crohn's Colitis), in which I had a severe flare up that landed me in the hospital multiple times. The PharmaCann Blue Matter EF90 is where it is at for me. I prefer the EF90 Hybrid over the Sativa, especially at night time for sleep. Picked up a couple of carts of each and a bottle of Blue Matter Regular Strength 20:1 5.0mg THC

I cannot understand how a business, which is trying to grow, can simply be out of stock on a majority of its most demanded products. The quality of this company’s vape pens, while excellent, are unavailable… some of which have now been so for at least several weeks. Significantly, their website does not advise patients of their limited supplies. Also, their medication is very expensive! Not only did they lose a customer, but I sold my shares of stock as I now understand why each share is now trading for under $.30… What a shame!

The facility is clean,bright and airy. I am very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. When I first went there I was a bit nervous about buying such a new product(for me) but the efficiency and courtissness of all of the employees put me immediately at ease. And the product quality is always consistent. I also love the newly reduced prices!! It has made such a huge difference in the treatment of my various conditions. Its wonderfully miraculous to have my arthritis pain so greatly reduced without having to rely on shots and dangerous rx's. I feel very,very comfortable recomending this business.

Very nice staff and it's always easy and fast when I go there. I only had a issue once and that was with a disposable pen that didn't work when I opened it but the staff was great and took the broken one back and replaced it with a new one that worked perfectly. So I have had an overall excellent experience at MedMen and I would definately recommend this business to others.
