I would not buy from there again. I have read other similar complaints and yes all that packaging is unnecessary, with their logo bag who they being discreet about?.

I’ve been going to Etain for a couple/a few years and I’m SO GRATEFUL to them. I started at Etain in the hopes that I could get off of the opioids I was taking for horrible chronic pain, and lo and behold, I haven’t used one single pill!! All thanks to the FORTE Motif and the FORTE tincture. I wish their prices were more affordable. The tincture (large) doesn’t jive with the instructions. Everyone at Etain in Yonkers is friendly, compassionate, and helpful. One time, the pharmacists Denise and Amy once helped me figure out that an issue with my vape was a faulty pod, and they just gave me a free replacement. They were so nice and knowledgeable. Another time, Alicia took the extra step of phoning me to confirm that my order was ready, because I was concerned that I had not received the usual text confirmation. I use different dispensaries, depending on where I am, and Etain is always wonderful!

How in good conscience can this company overcharge by such an exaggerated amount and why are people continuing to buy from them?Two stars because staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.First time here, had skimmed through the site before coming. Wanted to buy tinctures and was passing through Yonkers. Thought it would be similar to dispensaries I've been to in NYC. Not at all the same. Located on the second floor of an office building. Crowded area in downtown Yonkers. Parking is difficult. This location is set up more like an office than typical dispensaries with glass display cases that staff work behind. The purchasing process here was much longer than I expected.The tinctures I purchased were described as "small" and "large". I hadn't looked on the website at the volumes given before coming. Figured it would be comparable to what I've purchased before at other dispensaries.They give you the tinctures packaged in a much larger, sealed plastic container so you can't see the size of the vials. They then put the sealed containers in a larger bag which is zipped closed and then given to you. It was way too much packaging.After leaving, I opened the packages and was in disbelief and shock at how small the tincture vials were. The tinctures I bought were 50% off because they said that that they were older formulas that had been discontinued. Even with the discount, it was a total ripoff. On sale, I paid $30 for the 5mL vial which is the size of my pinky finger! I have small hands. The regular price would have been $60 for the 5mL. For comparison, Curaleaf gives you 30mL of tincture for $55!! That is 6x more product for $5 less!I guess Etain's gimmick is that they give you small quantities that are supposed to be super potent so you need to take less but seems like a bunch of hooey to me.

I am really happy with the service at Etain! That being said, I wish they carried GUMMIES. I also wish the prices weren’t so high. I realize that it’s a business but for those of us who suffer from chronic pain and NEED something other than opioids to help, the costs of some items keep this choice in far reach. I generally like Etain but I'm disappointed by my visit today. I bought their new motif pod assuming that I would be able to use it, but they put my purchase in a new plastic bag so I didn't realize until 5 hours later when I arrived in another City that I won't be able to use it until I drive back to Yonkers to buy a new pen for it. Since they hid the purchase it would have been only appropriate to confirm that I had what I needed to use it. Now I have to find another local provider and have nothing for tonight, which is what I bought it for in the first place. Very frustrating!

I've been a LOYAL customer to them and everyone has always been super nice and professional. BUT the last couple purchases I made were extremely disappointing. I usually either get lozenges and the powder (forte) and when I tell you they had ZERO effect on me, I tried a few and was hoping it was just a couple of lozenges that were off but this must be the placebo pack. This stuff is wayyy too expensive to not do what it's supposed to and I definitely don't have the money to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. I just hope going forward they improve it cause it sucks when something you really need doesn't work but this is DEFINITELY it for me.

I've been to other dispensaries in new york & i use ground flower and vape for my source in medication, this dispensary is by far the worst i've been to in all honesty. Clean, yes. Professional, yes. As far as product goes my vape cartridge wasnt full and usually is at OTHER dispensaies & the ground flower was really poor. It was actually misleading, im thinking im getting something with more of a powerful effect & instead i feel opposite. poor quality cannabis, but thats just my opinion & what doesnt help is the fact its only one strain of ground flower to choose from which i don't understand. it would be nice to see some a variety of different strains to choose from.

If I could give them zero stars I would have. People who are calling are usually dealing with some sort of medical issue and are vulnerable and sometimes may have life threatening conditions. That is why is it even more important to be kind and helpful rather than rude and dismissive.

I have been using Etain for 2 years now. I find it better than its competitor in professionalism and courtesy. The office is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The online ordering system with convenient flexible pick up makes life easier. The staff is friendly and attentive. The products I find superior and more effective as well. They are pricey as the whole current market is but their customer rewards system definitely eases the burden. There is a wide and diverse range of products available and more are forecasted on the way. Most importantly I feel comfortable and confident that I am receiving the best care possible.

I got two carts in May. Setting aside the absurd price, the product is so concentrated that unless you use it all immediately, you will no longer be able to use it in any reasonable way. The carts are supposed to be kept upside down but if you keep them upside down but it takes AT LEAST 24 hours to wait for the product to move to the other end of the cart so it can be used. So each time I want to use the product I have to wait a day.

I've been a LOYAL customer to them and everyone has always been super nice and professional. BUT the last couple purchases I made were extremely disappointing. I usually either get lozenges and the powder (forte) and when I tell you they had ZERO effect on me, I tried a few and was hoping it was just a couple of lozenges that were off but this must be the placebo pack. This stuff is wayyy too expensive to not do what it's supposed to and I definitely don't have the money to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. I just hope going forward they improve it cause it sucks when something you really need doesn't work but this is DEFINITELY it for me.

I've been to other dispensaries in new york & i use ground flower and vape for my source in medication, this dispensary is by far the worst i've been to in all honesty. Clean, yes. Professional, yes. As far as product goes my vape cartridge wasnt full and usually is at OTHER dispensaies & the ground flower was really poor. It was actually misleading, im thinking im getting something with more of a powerful effect & instead i feel opposite. poor quality cannabis, but thats just my opinion & what doesnt help is the fact its only one strain of ground flower to choose from which i don't understand. it would be nice to see some a variety of different strains to choose from.

My interaction began with the person who answered the phone. She was extremely rude and dismissive. She didnt let me finish my sentence, interrupted me all with the worst attitude. If I could give them zero stars I would have. People who are calling are usually dealing with some sort of medical issue and are vulnerable and sometimes may have life threatening conditions. That is why is it even more important to be kind and helpful rather than rude and dismissive.

So I went in December 8th 2020 as a new patient staff was very friendly very knowledgeable very helpful, very nice location only issue that I had was for a small vape for $50 which came out to $45 after my discount the portion that they give you is very small other than that the product was very potent very strong in the car wasn't even filled halfway it was more filled at the end I will definitely not be coming here again I felt like I got robbed for oil that was filled empty towards the end of the tank what a shame didn't even last me a day

I have been using Etain for 2 years now. I find it better than its competitor in professionalism and courtesy. The office is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The online ordering system with convenient flexible pick up makes life easier. The staff is friendly and attentive. The products I find superior and more effective as well. They are pricey as the whole current market is but their customer rewards system definitely eases the burden. There is a wide and diverse range of products available and more are forecasted on the way. Most importantly I feel comfortable and confident that I am receiving the best care possible.

I got two carts in May. Setting aside the absurd price, the product is so concentrated that unless you use it all immediately, you will no longer be able to use it in any reasonable way. The carts are supposed to be kept upside down but if you keep them upside down but it takes AT LEAST 24 hours to wait for the product to move to the other end of the cart so it can be used. So each time I want to use the product I have to wait a day.
