I would be wary of buying the curaleaf products they make and I definitely would weight it to make sure you don't have the same problem I did. When you buy several eighths and your missing a .8 out of one and a .6 out of the other I find that not ok. Especially when your paying top price

A warning as of 4/11/23 curaleaf is medical only and I felt very mislead by the website not having any indicator of this. When I went in I was told I had to attempt to purchase something before it would tell me I wasn't allowed to. Had a very bad experience today been going there for over 2 years regularly. Showed up just before 7:00 tonight , I try not to do because I know they don't like it, I already ordered, but due to work and errands I had to run I couldn't get there any earlier. so just before 7:00 it was I entered the door i was greeted by the older gentleman in the lobby he greeted me with screams I was so caught off guard I didn't even know what to say for a few seconds I had called ahead and spoke to I believe the store manager she said to try to get there before 7:00 which technically I did, I go there very regularly I know the routine I've always said hi goodbye to the gentleman in the lobby I've never been rude I don't know what gave him the reason to scream at a medical patient entering a state dispensary trying to pick up his medical cannabinoids. The gentleman then proceeded to follow me into the store in attempt to antagonize and argue with me. I asked for a manager and was told there was one in front of me she just tried to diffuse the situation. nothing was really done i felt very attacked, and very upset on how I was treated by that gentleman. I am going to keep trying until I could reach a higher up staff about how I was treated it was 100% not okay this is more than a cash cow this is supposed to be a medical facility and it's not okay to SCREAM at a patient entering the door.

I drove from Keene NY where I live, to Plattsburgh, to go to ‘Curaleaf’….already having my NY state cannabis certification on hand (with my physical NY address on the official certification form)…..got there…… started to fill out another application for ‘Curaleaf’, where they informed me that I need “something like, a utility bill” (to prove where I live?….)…..it’s on the NY state certification itself…..what kind of a scam is this place? well, I guarantee I will share this wonderful experience with anyone who cares to listen…..needless to say, I won’t be coming back with “something like a utility bill!!

I have been a customer here for over a year now. The other day one of the workers at the front desk decided to let me know I couldn’t park in the handicap parking anymore. When I asked why it was my handicap permit and he replied. I didn’t look disabled enough to need one! I asked to speak to a manger none were available so a key holder spoke to me. I then waited a few days spoke to the assistant manager whom did apologize but said the manager would contact me! Which has never happened. The only reason I go back is because there isn’t another dispensary close enough to where I can purchase my medicine.

Had the worst experience today that I've ever had. The menu taped to the countertop isn't up to date and I felt so rushed during my visit. I asked what the price was going to be and was told $90 when in fact it was $100 and I was asking about different strains in different consistency trying to figure out what would work best for me. I was so rushed every question I asked was only half heard or the staff just didn't care enough to take a minute to help me out. I already have super anxiety do sometimes even going to pick up my medicine is hard enough but then to feel rushed through the process and told inaccurate information really stinks.

They give you a 5% discount when you leave a review on Google Maps. I found this out nearly a year ago, after leaving an honest, yet overwhelmingly positive, review based on my personal experience. I was cold called in the middle of the day and verbally berated on the details of my review (which again, was honest and positive). It was extremely distressing to be treated this way. I immediately deleted the review and since then have had such a difficult time going back. Most visits, I can't summon the courage, and choose curbside or rapid pick up, to minimize my interaction inside. I feel like I've been "flagged" in their system or some way noted as a problem. It's so uncomfortable, and yet I need my medicine in order to cope with chronic pain and PTSD. Please, Curaleaf, do not reach out to me regarding this review. My main concern in my original review was that I never got to experience the normal intake process and consult with a pharmacist, as my first visit to Curaleaf was at the height of the pandemic, which I fairly pointed out in the review. It would have been appropriate to reach out to set up a consultation, but that's not what the goal of the phone call was. The goal was to berate me and shame me for publicly voicing my opinion, well, mission accomplished. Very distressing to see what is prioritized when "reaching out" to your patients. Again, do not ever call me. I am taking back my right to voice my opinion and challenging the crippling fear and anxiety that I feel when I voice it, and it has taken me months to get back here. I strongly suggest you reconsider this business tactic, as it is extremely distressing to your patients, many of whom are facing chronic illnesses and conditions.

I would be wary of buying the curaleaf products they make and I definitely would weight it to make sure you don't have the same problem I did. When you buy several eighths and your missing a .8 out of one and a .6 out of the other I find that not ok. Especially when your paying top price

Had a very bad experience today been going there for over 2 years regularly. Showed up just before 7:00 tonight , I try not to do because I know they don't like it, I already ordered, but due to work and errands I had to run I couldn't get there any earlier. so just before 7:00 it was I entered the door i was greeted by the older gentleman in the lobby he greeted me with screams I was so caught off guard I didn't even know what to say for a few seconds I had called ahead and spoke to I believe the store manager she said to try to get there before 7:00 which technically I did, I go there very regularly I know the routine I've always said hi goodbye to the gentleman in the lobby I've never been rude I don't know what gave him the reason to scream at a medical patient entering a state dispensary trying to pick up his medical cannabinoids. The gentleman then proceeded to follow me into the store in attempt to antagonize and argue with me. I asked for a manager and was told there was one in front of me she just tried to diffuse the situation. nothing was really done i felt very attacked, and very upset on how I was treated by that gentleman. I am going to keep trying until I could reach a higher up staff about how I was treated it was 100% not okay this is more than a cash cow this is supposed to be a medical facility and it's not okay to SCREAM at a patient entering the door.

I have been a customer here for over a year now. The other day one of the workers at the front desk decided to let me know I couldn’t park in the handicap parking anymore. When I asked why it was my handicap permit and he replied. I didn’t look disabled enough to need one! I asked to speak to a manger none were available so a key holder spoke to me. I then waited a few days spoke to the assistant manager whom did apologize but said the manager would contact me! Which has never happened. Had the worst experience today that I've ever had. The menu taped to the countertop isn't up to date and I felt so rushed during my visit. I asked what the price was going to be and was told $90 when in fact it was $100 and I was asking about different strains in different consistency trying to figure out what would work best for me. I was so rushed every question I asked was only half heard or the staff just didn't care enough to take a minute to help me out. I already have super anxiety do sometimes even going to pick up my medicine is hard enough but then to feel rushed through the process and told inaccurate information really stinks.

They give you a 5% discount when you leave a review on Google Maps. I found this out nearly a year ago, after leaving an honest, yet overwhelmingly positive, review based on my personal experience. I was cold called in the middle of the day and verbally berated on the details of my review (which again, was honest and positive). It was extremely distressing to be treated this way. I immediately deleted the review and since then have had such a difficult time going back. Most visits, I can't summon the courage, and choose curbside or rapid pick up, to minimize my interaction inside. I feel like I've been "flagged" in their system or some way noted as a problem. It's so uncomfortable, and yet I need my medicine in order to cope with chronic pain and PTSD. Please, Curaleaf, do not reach out to me regarding this review. My main concern in my original review was that I never got to experience the normal intake process and consult with a pharmacist, as my first visit to Curaleaf was at the height of the pandemic, which I fairly pointed out in the review. It would have been appropriate to reach out to set up a consultation, but that's not what the goal of the phone call was. The goal was to berate me and shame me for publicly voicing my opinion, well, mission accomplished. Very distressing to see what is prioritized when "reaching out" to your patients. Again, do not ever call me. I am taking back my right to voice my opinion and challenging the crippling fear and anxiety that I feel when I voice it, and it has taken me months to get back here. I strongly suggest you reconsider this business tactic, as it is extremely distressing to your patients, many of whom are facing chronic illnesses and conditions.
