First time actually stopping by this one. Even after my brother worked there. Wife called me asking to pick something up since I was still in town. I arrived minutes before closing and knowing exactly what I wanted. They let me get it. While checking out I realized my wife called me right after I just deposited all the cash on me just minutes before she called. But luckily they have working cash machines at a reasonable fee. And got what I needed for her. And I will say the quality of that pre-roll was worth every cent and relieved her stress and relaxed both of us for the rest of the night after a long stressful week.Also shoot outside to my kid former teacher! I've been using Curaleaf for a few years now. I started when it was medical only and have now switched to recreational to avoid paying for the medical license. There are perks to being medical versus recreational such as discounts and extended delivery but I decided switching to recreational would be more cost effective for my needs. Everyone I have interacted with has been very helpful and professional. I will say that I wish the website gave a bit more information on the products and accessories and how they are used because it's so much easier to order ahead and then pick up. But I've been able to get my questions answered once I'm there so I would say don't be embarrassed if you don't know what something is or how it works; just ask and they are happy to explain.

I have to say that I was in love with this store up until recently. I was in there everyday, sometimes twice a day. The staff is all amazing and extremely helpful. They all know me by a first name basis and know exactly what my order always is. But lately, the medical side has been seriously neglected. My husband hasn’t been able to get the normal cartridge that he smokes for over a month now and I haven’t been able to get mine for over a week now. Which it took forever to find the perfect cartridge that met all my needs and that I enjoyed as well. 🆘 We need you guys to care a little more about the medical side’s inventory and not just the adult use side. This cartridge worked miracles for a chronic illness that I have and now I feel completely lost without it 🆘

I've worked and lived in the Massachusetts industry and scene for the past 4 years before hanging to move suddenly to New York, needless to say I miss it. But, I am grateful for this Newburgh spot. I just feel at home here every time, the prices aren't as high as other places, you can find great deals on small buds. I'm used to $25 eighths (MA has been legal much longer, so prices have come down a ton), so my first experiences at other dispensary's was an adjustment seeing nothing above 21% or less than $50 an eighth. But at this Curaleaf, I can grab a quarter for that price easily, and it's always fresh and great quality. The employees are always friendly and well organized, they're knowledgeable and always happy to help. Also, they're next both Burger King and Alexis Diner, so kill two birds with one stone. alright, this novel of a review is done now--- I may or may not be killing time during an oil change, after enjoying some of the quality products from Curaleaf. ✌🏽💚

My friend and I stopped here recently and had a great experience. It was our first time at a dispensary and neither of us knew much about the products. The layout and flow of the store is a little clunky and confusing but it’s clearly well managed with staff eager to answer questions and help. If you’re buying carts make sure they fit your battery. Got some from 2 different manufacturers and they’re both oversized and won’t fit in the battery. Also bought a spiffy adjustable battery (Vessel Compass) here, and aside from the carts not even fitting into it, it stopped working 2 days after I bought it. But they don’t accept returns apparently.They offered to sell me different battery or a diff cart that probably would fit….So I’m stuck with a broken battery I can’t even use with the carts THEY sell. Gotta mail it back to manufacturer I guess (more $ on shipping).Buyer beware. Curaleaf, do right by your customers…..

This particular order had what I needed at a discounted rate which is now gone. The first person I spoke with seemed clueless about the policy and process of the business. Got to the counter only to find out its cash or debit only (mine expired 3/24 -_-) okay that’s my fault. Returned with cash only to be rejected at the door.I had used an expired passport for ID because they would not accept a temporary license. So despite having a valid temporary license, a not so old expired passport for a picture, and a my social security card, I was rejected for not being able to show ID. 3 forms of ID.Well that was the easiest way to lose a customer and they didn’t even have to do anything, look at that. The medical menu for products is a joke. But they have everything and anything that you could think of on their recreational menu. As a medical patient, I should not have to be ordering stuff off of the recreational menu. Very pointed and they have really dropped the ball on their medical.

WOW!!! I couldn’t be happier with the staff. From the second you walk in the door they make you feel welcomed and they are more than willing to answer any questions. I had an issue with a vaporizer and the manager Drew took care of it in minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This place is top notch. Weed deals excellent. Pot so varied and led to changing how i use it. I now use different pot for different things. Once you realize this allows that you will never look back. I use certain pot to give me energy. Some mellow me out. Some to relax my muscles and soothe them. Some pot lifts me up when i am down. I could never use pot on the black market like that. I could never control what I got. They have great perks for medical patients, and a rewards program that is actually worth it. Best medical cannabis in the state. I live in Yonkers and gladly drive an hour each way. However, if you aren't in a rush, their delivery service is also useful! They deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays as of now, and they tell you their ETA on the morning of delivery. It does stink that you don't know what time they'll deliver until then, but that's how their itinerary system works. Can't route the day until all the orders are in. I'm not complaining. It is a great service for handicapped, disabled, and people who don't have access to transportation.

The only constructive criticism I could give at this time is their discount program percentages are 10% while their closest competition offers 20% but this is usually offset by their cheaper prices and better selection.ATM fee for cash transactions at this location is $3.50. I recommend bringing cash or using the online payment option.Lastly if you're pressed for time place your order online. This does NOT require an online payment when you place your order. You still have to pay cash at store or use their separate online payment option that is not part of an online order.It just makes getting your order a bit quicker and easier than placing the order when you arrive at the store. If you choose to order at the store instead you have to use their kiosk tablet devices to create your order when you get there. This takes a wee bit longer is all but nothing significant...Hope this helps someone!

Fantastic group of folks who go out of their way to help you find what's right for you. Prices are still quite a bit more than recreational prices in Massachusetts. But they do offer great sale offers. They also deliver depending on the total amount spent. I've found it very difficult to get on this schedule. They are usually backlogged. Hopefully the cost should come down when more recreational cannabis stores open. We need more competitiveness on the pricing. Along with a wider variety, which includes dabs, shatter, etc. I truly hope we get a facility closer to where I reside.

The staff is helpful- they have improved a lot and so has the flower. It's just that every week there are a few days when everything is 40% off... Then once a month for like 4-5 days everything is 40% off. It makes you feel like you are getting gouged by their normal prices when the cannabis is frequently reduced in price so dramatically. It devalues the product. Just bring the prices down, guys. It's pretty obvious that you are trying to milk as much money out of this before recreational stores pop up- and that seems egregious from a store with a medical license.I have come to see the sale days as normal price days since they occur so frequently and since it becomes roughly the same price as flower in Massachusetts. It just bums me out when I have to re-up and I catch them on a full-price day- paying nearly double! I cannot be the only person who feels this way. If they are able to reduce the price 40% on a whim... And do it frequently... It means they are still making significant profit when they do this. Bad look, guys. I think if you met somewhere in the middle with $35 eighths all the time, you would make so much more money.

Not only was the manager rude to me - she made me feel like a total low-life and not like a preferred customer that has spent thousands of dollars at her store. She refused my refund in the most rude, elitist and disrespectful way possible. Customer retention is not a priority for this store. I will never shop here again and I urge everyone else to do the same.Be. Hudson Valley in Fishkill is 1) cleaner 2) offer more quantity discounts 3) Friendly staff and management 4) more product options (say goodbye to the Curaleaf/Select NY monopoly)The only problem with Be. is that they aren't open as early in the morning but for me, to never have to step through the door of Curaleaf again - it's worth it.

Curaleaf gets one star today. I ordered a Clique battery for $11.90 and $300 in product. When I placed my order it took out the battery when I ordered 2 Clique pods. I called up to make sure they were in stock and the girl would not reach out and find out for me. I called back to see if I got someone not as lazy but after waiting 25 minutes for the second time they switched me to a recording. I went back on the site to check and the battery after a 1/2 hour is no longer there and they won't even answer their phone to cancel the whole order. Awesome system you have and very lazy workers.

The vibe is calming,even invigorating, as they play mellow tunes in the background. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional & fast. The staff is definitely hit or miss Much of the staff is very arrogant. All they know how to tell you was about terrapins. Not much actual experience on smoking the product and they do not let you see or have any idea what it looks like prior to purchasing. Not to mention the whole process is constantly changing. If you pre-order there is no pre-order line and usually do not have it ready when you get there. And usually have to stand outside like you’re on a methadone clinic. For now they have the monopoly but not for long. I almost forgot, the inventory it’s always the same. In my opinion with the changes coming up they will be left behind. Management needs to visit Massachusetts more often.

Have been a patient at this particular location for well over a year and have purchased over 100 times. The selection is ALWAYS lackluster, constantly out of certain types of flower and edibles. Some of the staff is super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Some people on the staff are unprofessional and can be very rude/confrontational. They push their online ordering system, but regularly take over 2-3 hours to fulfill them, leading to product being sold out pretty much every time I try. They seem to prioritize money over patients. They do have sales and deals often, but again with the lack of product that doesn’t really matter. Can be a bit pushy with sales at times, feels like they forget this is medicine. Hopefully soon us patients will get access to a medical dispensary focused on us and our conditions rather than a dispensary focused on recreational sales.

I have to totally update my review of Curaleaf after today's experience. Rather the whole experience. I can't really drive anymore due to CRPS/RSD and they actually come from Newburgh all the way to Rockland. I had an Inthracal Pain Pump appointment at 8am in NYC and of course there was an accident so I missed my Curaleaf delivery by literally 5 minutes. The medicine helps me literally not kill myself from the pain. It doesn't help the pain for CRPS but it's the most painful disease there is and they nicknamed it "the suicide disease". Without my medicine after getting a painful pump refill just was the straw that broke the camels back. Curaleaf suggested I call the driver Steve. He had just crossed the bridge and actually came back for me. Everyone that helped me get my medicine today I would like to thank especially your compassionate driver. I believe strongly you get what you give and he really did go above and beyond for me. Thank you

Going on day three of trying to get weed. Both of my previous orders were not recieved because there system is garbage. Did curbside pickup first time, recieved email to come in whenever. No instructions on how to pickup via curbside so I tried calling when I got there. No answer for 45 minutes(couldn't get your of car and go in because I had my toddler with me). I went home and gave up. Second time, placed another curbside order, recieved an email that they got my order and will send another email when it's confirmed to pick up. Over 24hrs later, still no confirmation. I will be going inside today to figure it out because I called 4 times yesterday and after holding 20-30 minutes each time consistently got bumped to an automated answering machine and directed to leave a voicemail. Left one out of the four times and still never heard back. Only reason I'm still trying to go here is because of the discounts and proximity to my home. After a full year of service, I have concluded that Curaleaf is a five star dispensary. The only disadvantage is IF a patient is technology inept, the process is a bit daunting. Their reward program is easy on the pocket. You will always find a diverse selection of medical cannabis. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Whether they will actually deliver on this date is a total unknown, and if they fail to you're waiting another week for your next delivery window. Experience: I went in with my medical marijuana card, driver's license and physician's certificate. Security allowed me in. My documents were scanned in to the system and I was allowed to proceed. They did a consultation. I was overwhelmed at first because I had no idea about the variety of marijuana offered. They had everything from high TCH to low CBD and visa versa. I was in the Marine Corps and I have MST PTSD and during episodes I get severe symptoms. They recommended the 1:1 for me. I left, called my doctor because I really didn't know what to think and she thought it was a good starting point.I purchased the oil and took it when I arrived home. I have been taking the recommended doses. I can't tell the world enough what a game changer this is for me. I have been sleeping regularly and my anxiety and flashback episodes reduced significantly. I have never had CBD oil before but I am so thankful for the great recommendation.Pricing: It is cash only and it is expensive for someone like myself who needs to take it everyday. It depends on your budget but can run 300 a month. They did offer me the veteran's discount at 10% with my VA card.Parking: The location is right off of exit 10S on 84.
