Today’s visit 8/24/24 brought me to sales rep Meghan . She is a wonderful caring person with expert skills ion assisting with the system and on the computer to the dot gov sight on the computer and phone. She addressed all my needs and also assisted with Caregivers updates. She was kind , well trained , and took care of me and each customer that came in. Do make sure you bring your updated and current coverage letter and picture ID. Supervisor again was professional in her addressing me of explanation of types of items sold and what they have in stock. ( previous purchased items have changed)Business polite, can drive up narrow front entrance will check your card, can use your credits toward payment, ( points fall off after 90 days if not used) have a variety of items for sale, clean location. NO left turn out of parking lot.
I love the fast, efficient service and the wide selection of product.What I DON’T like is how all products are now “on sale” which eliminates the $50 discount which used to be given 3 times a year to reimburse patients some of the cost of renewing their medical certification.Today, they disallowed my compassionate care discount on some products because they were 30% off.One might suspect that Curaleaf is raising the price and then lowering it with a “sale”, thereby eliminating any other discount
I adore this location! Have been visiting this place for the past two years. The personnel is incredibly nice, accommodating, and helpful. They always want to help and are extremely knowledgeable and they'll always let you know about deals. If something is not in stock, they will find you something better, if not something similar. They don't just try to get you out the door! Five stars for everything—products, pricing, and overall enjoyment.

I purchased on 6/42/24 the Sour Strawberry Lemonade edibles Indica that had an expiration date of 5/23/2024! I called and was told it was ok , and it would only lose some potency ! I feel I should be compensated! Always had a pleasant experience in the past ! So surprised with response

Often out of stock of the good stuff! Very often out of stock! Very frustrating!They always have plenty of “jams” complete garbage product!Learn how to order product and know your customers!
Every thing was great. Several products that I ordered were out of stock, and instead of telling you at the time you make your selection. The kiosk app makes you fill out all your personal information, then tells you, so you have to make new selections and then re complete all personal information once again. Not a big deal, but an easy app fix for a waste of time.
Quality products, knowledgeable and friendly employees. Good communication when it comes to deliveries, and Joe(?) My delivery guy is great dude. Pretty good deals every week, loyalty reward points and many different types of products. I've been a "member" since 2020.
They're nice polite if you have questions that answer them. They're easy to get to have a lot to choose from. The manager is a nice lady and it's helped me.Every time I've asked for help has always had the answer.
The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, and helpful. I needed crutches and without even asking, I had one staff member opened the door for me, at one point my crutches fell and another staff member helped me to pick it up. They also explained how to get a caregiver certificate and explained the differences of the chews!

This was my first delivery. Everything was fine except there is no time frame window on delivery causing one to have to wait all day. Otherwise, I like not having to stand on a line in the cold.

Decent bud most of the time, good prices. However, they fail to mention Dark Star Nebula is small buds with shake, with no taste, at $50/eighth, with an overwhelming paranoia type high. They also don't have effects descriptions on many flower types. Also I've gotten eighths with large amounts of stems and untrimmed leaf on the flower.

I recently visited the Curaleaf location in Long Island as a medical cannabis patient, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I felt compelled to leave this review to share my concerns and frustration with others.Upon arriving at the dispensary at 6:43 PM, I had hoped to gather some additional information about the medication I was interested in. However, from the moment I entered, I was constantly reminded by the staff that the location was closing at 7:00 PM, as if my presence was an inconvenience.When I placed my order, I had some additional questions about the medication I intended to purchase. Shockingly, I was denied any further information, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported as a patient seeking knowledge about my medication. It was disheartening to be met with such resistance when I was simply seeking clarification and guidance.In my search for assistance, I inquired about speaking with a manager on duty, hoping to find some resolution. To my surprise, the cashier who identified herself as Kim seemed to be the main point of contact, which only added to the frustration and lack of professionalism exhibited throughout my visit.The entire experience left me feeling unheard, uninformed, and dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. As a medical cannabis patient, it is essential to have a dispensary that not only prioritizes our well-being but also treats us with respect and dignity.I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options when seeking medical cannabis in the Long Island area. It is crucial to choose a dispensary that values patient education, compassion, and genuine customer care. Unfortunately, this was not my experience at Curaleaf Long Island.I sincerely hope that Curaleaf takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a more supportive and informative environment for patients in the future.
I would give zero stars if I could. Called up from over an hour away. They informed me they had the product I wanted and that I will have a first time customer discount for the inquired product. I checked again at the front deck and again as I was placing my order with another staff member. Then the told me I get no discount because its not their brand product. The information I was given by the manager was opposite. They all looking at me like im stupid when I was very clear with communication from the beginning. I left extremely angry. Bad disorganized business, beyond upset.
This was my first visit staff is super friendly very knowledgeable especially Ally. Not to mention they have the best prices out of all the dispensaries in New York State. Not to mention they have a delivery service and provide excellent information on your needs. I will be a long time client without a doubt.
I love going to this place, everyone greets you like you are family. The prices are great, and their products are amazing. Their pharmacist answers all your questions, and starts you with the right dosage just for you. I suffer from chronic pain, but with their help my pain has been more manageable. Prices are competitive. For me, the new flower pods are the best way to consume cannabis as you are getting the full spectrum of the flower. I just hope they seal the pods so it does not dry out...
Very well run by knowledgeable staff. Nice variety of products and they are very helpful in helping the patient find the right balance of medication for their particular issue. And with all the concerns about vaping now, they're proactive in educating people about what goes into their products. Five stars!

This is an amazing store including all the staff. I have been there a few times in the past month and gets better every time. My girlfriend laughs because I get so excited when it's time to go. Like a child on Christmas Eve. They always have deals going on and I look forward to getting the texts even if I am not planning on going that day. I am also very grateful that they offer a veteran discount on top of the deals they give already. They also have a very simple cash back (rewards) program. One day I'll walk in there and get a free cart just for being a loyal customer. I just want to say thank you to Curaleaf for providing extremely excellent customer service.
