Things went quite well actually, I the only problem I have with you is that I was never notified that the Columbia Care credit card ended in January 2024. Nice job ! I get emails every single day and it could have been mentioned. You see I am a disabled senior citizen and can't drive to the bank. So a little warning would have been nice. I am sorry to whine but I am always trying to abide by the ADA rules whenever I can. My overall experience with the Dispensary has been great. I just am disappointed with how this problem was handled.
Evan was great, knowledge and handle my needs with professionally and care. The pharmacist gave me great advice for future purchases and it's on my medical records.
They are nice there. I do like that they have one of the kinds that really help me sleep and help with my pain. But other than that I much prefer the rise dispensary in henrietta. But it's farther away from me. Now that that one is recreational as well it's also gotten a lot more crowded but people with the medical time to get the better deals at least.

Very helpful and kind staff, however they don't understand terpenes and how cannabinoids work and have made it clear they have no interest in educating themselves. Their stock never changes so unless their product agrees with you, you're just left with nothing useful. Because, again, they don't know how to help a patient actually find a good fit. Nice folks. Not a great dispo. I'll add that their hours of operation are not ideal, in fact,they are not useful at all and I often go elsewhere because they aren't available.
I haven't even checked their store out in months because their prices are so much higher than Vireo who delivers also. Today they sent me an email for 40% off everything in the store. I go on the site and the only special they had was "LOW POTENCY" Cannabis flower for $180. Almost the samething as buying on the street except it gets you high unlike "LOW POTENCY" Canabis which if somebody sold me for $180 I would never speak to them again yet buy from them again.Vireo on the other hand is amazing with their discounts every single week and free delivery. Columbia Care needs to keep up with the competition or they'll definitely not get my business. Why pay twice as much, even more on most things when you can get your order for 1/2 the price at Vireo.
In the old Kodak building so it’s a little tricky to find. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and professional. They deliver all around once a week!!!

I have been going to Columbia Care for years now, they have a delivery program that travels all over the place. I live about an hour and a half from the store and they always make my delivery. Jessica is fantastic, always super helpful, answers any questions I have and always helps me to get the best price and best experience. I also have to shout out Bill, the delivery man. Always very kind, courteous, and on time. They let you know when the delivery window will be and they simply deliver. The communication between the store and customers is second to none, they give updates on your order as well as promptly call if something isn’t in stock(which is rare) and give you different options to make sure you’re satisfied. I know there’s plenty other dispensaries and more every day, but Columbia Care has earned my business for the foreseeable future. If you’re still deciding on what dispensary to go to, look no further than Columbia Care in Rochester.

Great products, great prices, staff depends on the day. First time there was wonderful, second time some sort of ordering mixup (I'll take blame due to chemo brain), third time was awful. Security guard was hostile, guy behind the window was as well. They were both barking questions like it was boot camp!I assured the sneering technician at the window that I would do my best not to bother them again. I repeated that to the woman at the window where I had to go to sign before I could leave. She was pleasant but the other two were awful. She was taken aback when I explained that I have terminal cancer and the stress they imposed on my was unhealthful.By the time I got home there was a message on my phone from Ryan apologizing for my treatment and giving me a $20 credit on my next purchase.Great response. Wish I hadn't left my phone at home so I could have talked with Ryan.However, next time someone comes charging out the door demanding to know why I am there I will just leave -- that is if I decide to gamble on pleasant people being there next time, since there's a closer dispensary selling the exact same product for a few dollars more.
This place is absolutely awesome. The gentleman remembered that without their lotion I walk with a cane and have done wonders to help me out. It means a lot that they care enough to remember and go out of their way to help. I absolutely love this place. Nothing beats their gummies or lozenges. Especially the lemon and tangerine 😋🤤Every single person there deserves a huge raise!

Went to the dispensary. It's only via appointment only. They don't tell you that on the website or on their phone messages. They treat you like a criminal. And need to be escorted by security guard. Absolutely freaking ridiculous. No parking and s***** service. Avoid with all due haste

Today I spent $30 and walked out with more stuff than my hands could hold! The staff are friendly and eager to assist. They always have some type of deal or discount or sale going on. I've used the extract, the powder, and the ground flower. The extract works the best for pain in my opinion. I will definitely keep going back!
Staff is wonderful and I love their vape selection (despite how expensive they are!) but I have never had a good experience with their flower, ground or whole. Old, brown and crumbly. I've tried multiple strains and it is always disappointing. Otherwise it would definitely be 5 stars.

In general it was a good experience. I did however purchase orangeade ground flower which was so dried out i really couldn't use it at all. The label said it was packaged in March of 2021 which probably why they're trying to sell it at 40% off right now.
I can’t say enough about the customer service At this location. The staff here is always so welcoming, they are all so nice and friendly you have a great set of staff here . They work together well. I want to give extra thanks to Malcolm, seriously the patience that this man has is unreal, no matter how busy It gets He always gives you his ???? he cares about you, and doesn’t make you feel like any question is foolish. If you are confused about something he will take the extra time to make sure you understand. And the prices are absurd... presumably because they are paying for marketing.

They don't make it clear what their products contain. FP Wellness always shows the ratio of CBD on their web listings. This should inform your buying decision. Great staff.

$380 per ounce is way too much for their product. This product is only be worth $100 per ounce, at best. Vote with your dollars and avoid this business.They know how to make money but not how to treat customers or help people. Don't waste your money here. Their product is so weak you will be wasting much money trying to medicate. The company provides no way to get in touch with them if you have trouble sin their facility. For example, if the manager won't help you you have no way to get in touch with the parent company except to contact their attorney or investor relations. They are obviously not concerned with customer support. Try and find it yourself.Their cannabis is soooo weak. All of it. Their are no visible trichomes. It is incredibly expensive $380 per ounce, but because of the way they grind it it's probably closer to $760 per ounce if you measure efficacy.. That is top shelf pricing for less than mid grade. I think they harvest prematurely which makes the effects not last as long as they should. They pulverize the flower into powder and that is not a good way to grind flower. I think they do that so they can use the kief in other products.The manager, Joe, is incredibly rude and approached me in a VERY aggressive and threatening way. He stood within a foot of my face. This was while I was being harassed by an unmasked customer in their medical facility. and was standing up for myself. The management sided with the non masked patients, even though New York State requires masks on EVERYONE AT ALL TIMES in all medical facility. The management is in no way enforcing masking as required by New York State for medical facilities. This is not a good thing for immunocompromised people coming to get their medicine. This is not a debate, it is a fact that they need to follow the rules. I tried to contact upper management but they are not accessible so I contacted New York State Health Department which confirmed they are violating the mask mandate for medical facilities and will be following up with them.They have lobbied against legalization every state they operate in or intend to operate in. They are not interested in helping people get high quality medicine or in charging a reasonable price. Vote with your dollars and get your product on the street. You will save a lot of money and will know just as much about your product. They will not share any data on their products such as THC or terpine percentage. This is probably an indication of bad quality or they would proudly share,
The manager Joe is incredibly rude to customers. He does not act like it's a medical facility. He is a bad rep for the company. He does not enforce safety requirements and if you point that out security will stay on you like a hawk. This is not a professions establishment and they do not deserve your money. More on the lack of product quality below.''Their flower is alwats short. The last 7 gram pack I paid for had only 5 grams of powdery flower and stem..How much stem is in their ground flower? They charge us WAY TOO MUCH for partial stems! A study in California showed up to 20% of the powder was stems. They are taking advantage of us. They are a terrible company that does not care about their patients.The ground flower is so dry and powdery. The Boveda pack is unable to moisten it. For what we pay the flower ~$400/ ounce, it should be of the highest quality with no need to add an extra boveda pack. There are no discernable trichomes in the ground flower when using a jewelers loop. I wish they would make their Certificate of Analysis public so we could see what we are buying.Also, there is a need for education among your employees. I don't blame them but I was referred to as a "heavy user'" by an employee. That is not a good way to talk to a patient/ customer. It shows a fundamental lack of understanding. They need to be educated. Different people need different doses, just like every other medicine. If I were buying oxycontin that language would not have been used. Cannabis doesn't hurt anyone and doesn't deserve this stigma, especially from the people selling it to me. It is all based in LIES anyway perpetuated buy the former war on drugs.

Staff is always wonderful here. Prices are way too high for normal consumer. Building is a little creepy you need to cross a busy street from parking lot and it’s dangerous. The inside of building is dark and no one is around, some questionable types waiting for bus outside. Not a great location or set up for this type of business. Someone is going to get hit by car or mugged in hallway. Time to move!

Just went here to try out their products. It's a nice place and in a very interesting building. Never was in the Kodak building, but it was cool none the less. It was easy to sign up as well. I just needed a little help with the website. I recommend checking this out.
