The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfectly balanced with professionalism.The staff were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs, offering personalized recommendations that exceeded my expectations. Their expertise made it easy to navigate the various products and find exactly what I was looking for.I was blown away by the exceptional customer service, the quality of the products, and the overall experience. My band performed there in the last couple of months, and we had such a great time. So many great products to choose from, knowledgeable people who are passionate in their craft, and the staff were very inviting and appreciative. We even left with some goodies they were generous enough to give! Top-notch group of people, and a must-visit the next time you’re in the Syracuse area.

I don’t know about anyone else but the people there are kinda smug and don’t know anything. They really didn’t even have anything good. The energy was no good. I think the only good experience was being able to talk to like the only nice person there. I have anxiety so she made me feel a little more relaxed. She’s a keeper! I think her name was Juliette! She was so kind!

My wife found this place completely on accident and we thought we’d give it a shot and I’m glad we did!! The atmosphere is very chill. They have a great selection, great products and the ENTIRE staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, Danielle especially!! She’s helped us numerous times that we’ve been in and she’s always been upbeat, friendly and knows her stuff!!! Ben has been onsite every time I’ve been in there and ALWAYS thanks us for coming in!! We won’t go anywhere else.

An experience like no other. The staff and management are the utmost kind, courteous and professional folks you can meet in a business. They treat you like family and make you feel at home. The environment is quaint and very comfortable. On weekends they have great attractions come to the business to meet with the customers and even have musical performances. There’s really no other place like this. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a great time.

Stopped into Raven’s Joint today after looking at their website for a few days, and I’m happy that I did. I have tried other dispensaries and options in the area and it’s always nice to see what is new.Raven’s is surprisingly spacious on the inside with a good selection of local offerings and some fan favorites in the area. We picked up some ElectraLeaf Melo, Zizzle Sour Diesel, and Venom OG from I believe NG Growers. We have not dug into anything yet but it all looks and smells beautiful.Pricing is up there for the top shelf strains with the Zizzle coming in at 54 dollars for an eighth. This may be an issue for people who prefer volume when smoking. There are more value focused options including an 40/ pre ground quarter (the Venom OG) Edible and concentrate selection looked modest but nice over all.We got to briefly talk with the owner/manager (or one of them) and it was cool to see the enthusiasm and drive he has to work with the community, honest events and more. The staff members we interacted with were very friendly including a very knowledgeable salesperson/bud tender. (what do you call this role in NYS?)I look forward to my next stop in, it’s so nice to have something in Clay! Thank you for the nice visit, looking forward to trying the goodies.P.S. they are pretty pet focused which is also nice! You should look into some pet friendly CBD options etc it might be neat with your branding. Not sure what legal hoops that could cause haha
