Place is open two days a week for 6 hours a day. Twelve hours out of the week. And the workers still take 45 minute lunches less than three hours after arriving. So this means they’re really only open 10.5 hours out of the week. Must be nice. I have no idea how they’re paying their rent and “security guards,” must be someone wealthy who just opened this as a money sink. I don’t know why anyone would get a medical card just to go to this place, massive waste of time and real estate. Go elsewhere.
Knowledgeable, honest, professional and friendly staff. They treat every patient with respect and carry there business in a safe and welcoming area. Unfortunately they are now only open Fridays and Saturdays so my visits have become fewer and far between. Too bad, really liked this place.
I've loved going here and to the Manhattan location as well for several years now. The service and products provided can't be beat.However, things have been changing recently. Management has closed the Manhattan location basically without any notice to their customers and this Brooklyn location is now only open two days a week (Friday and Saturday).The times that I've come to Cannabist recently, it has been very crowded in the store compared to how it used to be, probably because the store is only open 2 days a week now. There's also usually wait to be helped because of how many people are in the store. That has led to other customers acting quite rude, being impatient about the delays.The service has remained impeccable, but it's clear that the employees are overwhelmed. If management added more days that the store is open, it would improve everything.
The best energetic staff in Brooklyn. They have all the answers geared to help you make top choices. Picking and choosing can be costly so I recommend talking to your fellow customers as well. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience at this dispensary. Robert has been a great representation, of what good customer service should be. I love this location, the staff is amazing (one reason I keep going back other than medical necessity). They are extremely helpful and have great energy, even when I'm withering from my symptoms. I've never had a bad experience at this shop.I am extremely disappointed with where management of this company seems to be headed. There is rumor of union busting which is greatly effecting CUSTOMERS who have medical necessities. Management is getting rid of home delivery which is vital for customers and is cutting hours/days from 6 days to 3 days which is extremely concerning (the cutting hours and delivery was suddenly announced this week in separate emails to their customers). I am concerned that it will limit access to customers in medical need. This is one of three medical shops within Brooklyn. There is rumor they are closing their Manhattan location as well so that wont even be an option going forward.If regular medical pharmacies have access to unions with livable benefits and customers aren't affected, dispensary workers should have the same option. The way this company is going about punishing their CUSTOMERS for the rights their staff deserve is extremely harmful and unethical. I support the amazing staff that are helping people get the medicines they need, not the company trying to make profits. Do not let them think as customers we aren't being harmed by their business decisions.

This location is the best. They're entire team is superb, always pleasant, helpful and make some good commendations. Robert has assisted me a couple times and his service is always consistent. I highly recommend visiting this location.

This was the worst experience I ever had. I brought 2 ounces. 14 of Hashplant and 14 of gorilla breath and 28 of zittles. All of the flowers were dried out!!! None of the packages had humidifiers in them. I wasted over $300. I spoke to chip the manager. He said there is nothing he can do. DO NOT GO THERE!! THIS IS THE WORST DISPENSARY FOR FLOWERS!!! Dont believe me? Look at the pictures

For my last 2 trips I received straight rock hard garbage that turned to dust when i broke it up.They need a new policy of showing you your weed BEFORE they put in a sealed container. Even/Especially the infinitley better habibi spot let you see and smell before taking your money. What is a return policy for trash bud?I would avoid this place. I also don't like the door man thing, so unnecessary, (you're not a club or that exclusive). So weird to have a black guy (always) manning the door for this large, often empty white staffed behind plexiglass space. (Yeah, I said it).
Great place, they always hook my mom up with good deals and nice bud. I love that they only sell for medical use to people with a MM card so you’ll never see the store crowded with random window shoppers.
I am not for writing reviews, but I see that i'm not alone in this bad experience so I felt impelled to share.Was in the dntown area and thought I stop by on a whim. When I tried to approached the store, the doorman that was dressed like he was one of those skater-kids at boro-hall, that was busy trying to hit on some girl abruptly stopped me at the door and asked me, "What are u doing?" I didnt know he was the doorman; thought he was just someone hanging out infront, and so i plainly told him im trying to get in this store. Then he asks, "Do u have a medical card?" I said "no". Then in an arrogant tone tells me, "You can't enter without a MMCard." I said, "Oh, I didnt see a sign." And he tells me that this is a medical dispensary..etc. "Oh thats no problem" and I started to walk away, but when I turned around to enter the train station I saw him shaking his head with a smirk and expression on his face.. like he was the man or something for his attempt in belittling someone that was trying to be calm and WAS curious about the store, (infront of the girl he was trying to hit on while standing infront of the store he works for). And that had me thinking the whole way home on the train. So here's my salute to u. Yea, u the arrogant doorman with that stupid smirk while representing the store. Good job. Let me share ur conceited attitide with the world to see.Vistors, locals and the just curious, pls go elsewhere for better experience.Like a pothos at ur local plant shop, strains can/are cloned, so u can find the same products elsewhere without the haughty attitude.
My First time here, the employees are friendly, professional, the ampsphere is comfortable, pharmacist Paul was professional took his time explaining products, answered my questions,didn't rush, even looked for sales for me, told me we will take it slow as far as finding right products, I will be back and recommend them to others. thank you for a wonderful first time experience!

So me and my wife were just out for a walk the other day and we came across this establishment and when we tried to enter the doors were locked the security guard proceeded to open the door "what you can't read the sign' and the sign clearly says no entry without medical license... then he says oh you should go and find one of those stores where you can just get your stuff from....he didn't even bother to ask if we had a license. I feel like he just looked at our skin color and denied us there were other patients in there at the time all of them walking around with no visible physical disability my wife walks up in pain with a cane so this is what made me think it was our skin tone...smh
Team is awesome every experience is a great one and it starts with the security guard very welcoming attentive and provides a great SAFE experience best experience upon entry and during shopping then to ushering us in with a warm vibe we got the dynamic duo these ladies are on point and a great welcoming also super patient and attentive then comes the spin around the corner to pick up dept. which is a team they work so close knit it’s amazing the whole experience is great welcoming and very clean environment it’s my staple dispensary hands down and knowledgeable to getting people certified thank you guys for all you do you guys rock.
This is really one of the better dispensaries in the city! I can’t imagine why some of the reviews are bad. I’ve come in like 5 or 6 times and every time it’s very fast, (not all dispensaries are quick) I get good recommendations, and everyone is very friendly! I really like the mix of product they sell, particularly the high quality CBD and CBN products.
Truly an awful experience! Poor quality control over 3rd party products, ie. only 8 items in a 10 item package; they don’t return phone calls, asking for photos and email - and then say they didn’t receive. They act as if I work for them. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop there. I never will again.

I walked in for the first time and had placed an order online for pick up. The young lady Gia at the front is unprofessional. I walked in and she stayed on her phone texting. I didnt know what the process is for first time customers. She checked the computer and found my order and asked me to have a seat that someone would call me to fulfill my order. I sat down she called me back asking me to fill out an application because I am a new customer and my order is not found. When I first arrived she should of gave me the application and saw my order. I went through double headache. To top it off she said something to her coworkers and they all was giving me a dirty look. The girl that took care of me made me feel as I did something wrong. All I want is to be treated with respect. I will never be going back there. I called the manager Chip I was hung up on. I called back no answer. I never got a call back.
Thought I'd try this place since it changed names, even though it had negative reviews. Bougie and condescending staff. Wouldn't even talk to me about finding a CBD oil/Delta-8 brand of product I've been using or alternative they carry without a physical cannabis card. I had the paperwork for card renewal just didn't have the replacement card yet. Bet they don't treat white customers like this. Back to Willner Chemists 100 Park Ave, New York, N in Manhattan, it's a long trip but they know how to treat customers.

Don't ask them questions about products unless you don't want an answer or you want to see their head explode. Please don't get high before you work. I arrived at 9:58am, 2 minutes before they opened, and was made to wait outside in the heat because the computers didn't boot up until 10am. Walked in at 10am to air conditioning and seating that had been there 2 minutes before. They let me walk out the door with out purchasing what I had intended because they couldn't tell me how to use it. Zero stars.

The place is very clean and designed very well. The pharmacist Ahmed was outstanding. He was very courteous and understanding. He gave me a discount and threw in a free product on the house! I tried their product I like it a lot the pen is very smooth. I would highly recommend
