Only reason this isn’t a one star is that the staff is nice. I tried three of the very few brands they carry and they were all completely horrible. No smell, No terp profiles, and one of my whole flower 8th were smalls. Paid 110$ for six 8ths Even with the massive discount for first time patients I still feel like it wasn’t worth my money. If i paid full price id be furious. For any experienced smokers stay away from this place.

Be.Brooklyn in Park Slope is a wonderful dispensary. They offer terrific discounts like daily sales as well as stackable coupons. It is convenient and easily accessible by public transportation. The facility is extremely clean and the hours of operation are reasonable. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and will offer suggestions if you need it.They offer a menu of products which you can access online and you also have the ability of placing an online order for pickup the same day. While they do not accept credit cards , they do have an ATM on site which is always working. There are also two banks conveniently located on the corner. I have been a loyal customer for almost two year now and although I have tried other Legal dispensaries in the past, Be.Brooklyn is the BEST in my opinion.

The doctor prescribed this as an alternative to opiods. Locked doors, excessive checks and a man in front being for your medicine. It was all rather alarming with "pharmacist" explaining next to nothing about how their "prescription" ctually worked. I tried the supposedly NO THC timcture and felt like I was walking thru quicksand. I don't think this is enough medically backed science for manufactured cannabinoid substances to be given to the public as amedicine.

highest flower rate in all of NY State. avg medical whole flower in nyc is 50 dollars, here its 70. there's 2 mo in Brooklyn that charge 50 2 in queens that charge 50 and 2 in Manhattan that charges 50... oh btw you guys all got the same products. I wouldn't be caught dead shopping at this locations. I'm sure there customers are new and haven't done research. honestly all the dispensaries are the same. this one just has the highest prices in the city. good luck to all who shop here.

I cannot speak to anyone else’s experience, my experience has been phenomenal thus far. Good products, although I do find that they are missing out on 1g vape cartridges. I am glad to see POC working in the shop!! Representation matters!! The staff is friendly and they are doing their best. I get the feeling that it’s a steep learning curve, when selling, doing inventory and tracking money, BUT they have excellent customer service.The WEED is good. The VAPES are good and the prices are competitive. VETERANS get an amazing 30% discount! I’m happy with this dispensary. I would suggest getting 1 gram vape cartridges and accepting non-cash payments. Update to Apple pay/ debit etc. I Highly recommend this dispensary.

Hate to write this, I’ve been coming here for two years and have spent plenty of money here. Staff is great, my complaint is with management/ownership. They are only open two days a week for a few hours (every other dispensary in the city is open 6-7 days a week). They have misleading specials to encourage you to buy in bulk and then restrict you from buying more medicine when you’re in pain. They will not adjust 30 day supplies for an individual patient (despite the law and every other dispensary doing that). They are clearly only remaining open in the hopes that marijuana is fully legalized in NY, but in the meantime they are really doing a disservice to their patients. Will be following up with Department of Health about this company’s recent business practices and compliance with New York’s medical marijuana laws. Please avoid and go elsewhere.

Hate to leave this review, been coming here for years and the staff is great, but their compliance with the 30 day monthly supply is completely arbitrary. They email and promote specials and then say that you are extremely limited in the amount you can buy when you place your order. During the first 6 months of the pandemic, they encouraged me to buy in bulk because they were open only a few days. Now they are randomly saying that buying in bulk is not allowed while at the same time posting “buy 4 carts for $235”. Literally every other dispensary in the city provides the correct amount of medicine for my significant medical issue. This is the closest and most convenient dispensary for me but given their extremely limited hours and their misleading promotion deals, please go elsewhere. They are staying open solely in the hopes that marijuana will be fully legalized, but until then, they have patients that are suffering and need their medicine.

The competition is hot & another dispensary in Bklyn is open 6 days p/w with daily discounts that definitely compete with a senior discount. This is information that Citva needs to think about!!

Just at the beginning of the COVID-19 situation they suddenly and abruptly disappeared and never returned any of my calls or emails. I was surprised and disappointed with how unprofessional this company manages their business. This is a fabulous location and is staffed with people that genuinely want to help you. All employees have a great understanding of the products available and work closely with you to identify your needs and concerns, and can help you choose the appropriate product for you and also help you take advantage of the various promotions available at any given time. They can get a little busy at times especially during the afternoon rush, so expect to wait 15 to 30 mins some days, especially now that they have fewer PCRs. Definitely worth the wait though as they are dedicated to helping you and spend the time with each customer necessary to satisfy their needs. I look forward to my next visit.

Hudson Valley Location review: Facility is stark and the industrial feel inside comes off cold and not inviting at all. The registration and check in process is laborious and time consuming. While the wait staff is fairly knowledgeable, the pharmacists themselves do not know much about the products they are prescribing. The products themselves are quite limited, and all but their own brands are available elsewhere. Their own products I found to be lacking in several areas compared to other products on the market, ie: potency, taste, quantity, and longevity. The prices are the same as elsewhere, with their own brand being more expensive while lacking in overall quality. I noticed while going over other reviews that most relate to the Brooklyn location, which appears to have a much more inviting feel. Both locations appear to be very different, do not be mislead. I also could not help but notice that local guides and other “notable” reviewers were answered by the owners, but very few others.In summation, I would recommend spending your time and money elsewhere.

They allowed me to come in 5 mins before closing which was great but the variety and the quality wasn't as good as you think for medicinal purposes. I would just stick to the recreational stores at the moment.

highest flower rate in all of NY State. avg medical whole flower in nyc is 50 dollars, here its 70. there's 2 mo in Brooklyn that charge 50 2 in queens that charge 50 and 2 in Manhattan that charges 50... oh btw you guys all got the same products. I wouldn't be caught dead shopping at this locations. I cannot speak to anyone else’s experience, my experience has been phenomenal thus far. Good products, although I do find that they are missing out on 1g vape cartridges. I am glad to see POC working in the shop!! Representation matters!! The staff is friendly and they are doing their best. I get the feeling that it’s a steep learning curve, when selling, doing inventory and tracking money, BUT they have excellent customer service.The WEED is good. The VAPES are good and the prices are competitive. VETERANS get an amazing 30% discount! I’m happy with this dispensary. I would suggest getting 1 gram vape cartridges and accepting non-cash payments. Update to Apple pay/ debit etc. I Highly recommend this dispensary.

Hate to write this, I’ve been coming here for two years and have spent plenty of money here. Staff is great, my complaint is with management/ownership. They are only open two days a week for a few hours (every other dispensary in the city is open 6-7 days a week). They have misleading specials to encourage you to buy in bulk and then restrict you from buying more medicine when you’re in pain. They will not adjust 30 day supplies for an individual patient (despite the law and every other dispensary doing that). They are clearly only remaining open in the hopes that marijuana is fully legalized in NY, but in the meantime they are really doing a disservice to their patients. Will be following up with Department of Health about this company’s recent business practices and compliance with New York’s medical marijuana laws. Please avoid and go elsewhere.

Hate to leave this review, been coming here for years and the staff is great, but their compliance with the 30 day monthly supply is completely arbitrary. They email and promote specials and then say that you are extremely limited in the amount you can buy when you place your order. During the first 6 months of the pandemic, they encouraged me to buy in bulk because they were open only a few days. Now they are randomly saying that buying in bulk is not allowed while at the same time posting “buy 4 carts for $235”. Literally every other dispensary in the city provides the correct amount of medicine for my significant medical issue. This is the closest and most convenient dispensary for me but given their extremely limited hours and their misleading promotion deals, please go elsewhere. They are staying open solely in the hopes that marijuana will be fully legalized, but until then, they have patients that are suffering and need their medicine.

Just at the beginning of the COVID-19 situation they suddenly and abruptly disappeared and never returned any of my calls or emails. I was surprised and disappointed with how unprofessional this company manages their business. How do you not respond to a registered patient who has ordered with your organization multiple times.I ended up going to Vireo Health who has been terrific, and even delivers to my home. This is a fabulous location and is staffed with people that genuinely want to help you. All employees have a great understanding of the products available and work closely with you to identify your needs and concerns, and can help you choose the appropriate product for you and also help you take advantage of the various promotions available at any given time. They can get a little busy at times especially during the afternoon rush, so expect to wait 15 to 30 mins some days, especially now that they have fewer PCRs. Definitely worth the wait though as they are dedicated to helping you and spend the time with each customer necessary to satisfy their needs. I look forward to my next visit.

Hudson Valley Location review: Facility is stark and the industrial feel inside comes off cold and not inviting at all. The registration and check in process is laborious and time consuming. While the wait staff is fairly knowledgeable, the pharmacists themselves do not know much about the products they are prescribing. The products themselves are quite limited, and all but their own brands are available elsewhere. Their own products I found to be lacking in several areas compared to other products on the market, ie: potency, taste, quantity, and longevity. The prices are the same as elsewhere, with their own brand being more expensive while lacking in overall quality. I noticed while going over other reviews that most relate to the Brooklyn location, which appears to have a much more inviting feel. Both locations appear to be very different, do not be mislead. I also could not help but notice that local guides and other “notable” reviewers were answered by the owners, but very few others.In summation, I would recommend spending your time and money elsewhere.
