Yesterday I went to purchase prerolls and ended up buying 4 and all 4 won't burn at all. I had to tear them open and re roll them. I bought them so I didn't have to roll . it kills my hands.. plz make them better.

Gave ultra a second try after an unpleasant customer service experience, however! when the lovely ladies are working it's never an unpleasant experience. They're very nice, very helpful and I'm pleased to say the flower is phenomenal and the price was excellent. FYI bring cash and try some flower 😉.

Their prices are a bit of a hit to the wallet. They have a decent selection. They are friendly. But I couldn't get past their prices. I did like how they weighed and bagged in front of me. They were mostly clean. It also felt a bit confining when first walking in. Different experience.

Well today I signed up, frankly I was diappoint with quality of the flower. Taste was horrible look looked like street weed. The staff great really customer service I give a 5 star!!!...but alot of strains were not even testing thc wise. I understand due issues. But was really atticipating better quality for $14 gr.

Wow! What a nice friendly clean environment. They had ample too choose from and were very knowledgeable. After filling out a quick form, i was able to stop and smell the flowers. The staff were so cool that im going back for sure. Staff Kathleen made sure to inform me of which flower would help give energy due to continuous chemotherapy as well as which would help with rest. I apperciate her getting my info. in order to provide the correct medication for me. Keep up the great work guys, see ya soon.
