Gabrielle is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and patient. She answered all my questions and made several suggestions. She is fantastic at her job.
They did not honor the price of what i ordered online. I told the manager i drove 50 minutes to get there. His response was "well the last guy that didn't like it I kicked out".

7/3/24.. 12pmThe female security guard with the red lips working this exact shift needs training. I walked up to the building and showed her BOTH my cards med and license and she tells me to proceed ahead and said nothing about me having to go to the desk first to check in. She even pointed to the sales floor. . So I go to the sales floor and I'm looking around and I see where I'm supposed to stand but I look at her and she waves me to her.She starts telling me how I'm supposed to do this, and supposed to do that and I'm listening to her yet telling her what SHE TOLD ME ORIGINALLY to do. She didn't want to hear any of it. Very unprofessional. I apologized twice to her but fighting is what she preferred to do she liked hearing that she was right and quite frankly that's very unprofessional. We expect this from children not an adult.When I left. She and the person who does reception ignored me. They stood on each side and watched me leave. They said goodbye to everyone else.So I was behind a man and he couldn't get the door. I stood there because If they want to act like I didn't exist I'll do just that for them. So she is all like "omg I'll get the door"Well you should always be getting that door you're the first to see who walks in. So maybe you need to be the one who is more considerate and understand she works at a med and rec facility. She's horrible.
Stephanie was awesome! And, I must give a shout out to the security woman who was working today because she was and always is the bomb! Had an issue with my online order but they took care of it with no hassle. Love this place!
I come here all the time and I never knew they had certain hours if you don’t have a medical card and the young lady who open the door would not let me come in to shop. I am trying to understand why she would let the sale go instead of letting me make my transaction and I know for the furture I can only shop there at certain times? Now I feel like I have wasted my time and gas and you think I want to come back in 2 hours, well I don’t and I won’t. So much for good customer service and saving the sale!!!
Stephanie took the time to show me how to use the new pen I bought today. She made sure I was comfortable with my new product before I left. It’s customer service like that, that will keep a customer coming back!

Medical review - normally the people here are okay but today while I was there this woman, who works there I assume, comes out of nowhere and starts talking AT me and then wouldn't let me say anything, then when it was brought to her attention that she wouldn't let me speak and she was being rude she appeared to be offended. Now this might seem like a normal interaction to some people but when you are dealing with crippling anxiety and you have to muster up everything you have in order to leave the house and go pick up your medication in what you feel is a safe place just to have someone come at you in this manner while you're there just destroys you. I'm sitting in my car trying to catch my breath and stop shaking.
Stephanie was great. She let me know about the happy hour discount which save me $30. Then she told me I had reward points I had forgotten about. Love The Cannabist dispensaries.
Unfortunately this dispensary does NOT list the correct prices online and is not willing to match any prices they have listed. Spoke with the supervisor Samantha on the phone and she was not knowledgeable at all on this situation and said she can’t do anything to help me with it, and that it’s “not her problem” Really disappointed with the people that are hired as “supervisors” for an establishment like this. Any other dispensary that has incorrectly listed prices would match them due to their error. Instead, Samantha spoke to me very condescending and with an attitude and on top of that provided more misinformation. Would not recommend doing any business with this place, bunch of liars. Wasted my time driving almost an hour, but Samantha made sure to let me now she doesn’t care about that.**I would appreciate if Olivia Adkins - Operations Manager would reach out to me as I would like to discuss this**

Security here is a joke at best. No that would be incorrect jokes are funny. When I pulled in the parking lot there were people standing in line. Seven cars in the parking lot and four people standing in line. We milled around for a good long time. It wasn't until another customer came out that we scurried in hurriedly and were met by the lousy lazy security guard who was on his personal cell phone rather than letting people into this business. I mentioned all of this to the nice young man when I made my purchase. He insured me he would speak to the manager about it. Judging by all of the bad reviews I can't imagine the manager cares at all. The reviews are proof. There are liquor stores on every corner in this town. You brag about vineland being the largest city in the garden state. Explain to me why you have thousands of liquor stores and one dispensary. Sickening. Upon leaving the parking lot I noticed the lady who was at the register next to me came out to "tell on me" to the lady security guard who showed up out of nowhere after the fact. Right on time and par for the course. Flat out....you suck! Bad.
Edwin was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, he was able to explain to me what would be best for pain relief and swelling during the day that would also give me energy. Secondly, he recommended another product that would afford pain relief while I slept. I highly recommend the Gron Blackberry Lemonade Pearl's for use in the evenings before bed. Take them an hour before bedtime and they work great!
I was so anxious as this was my first time visiting, and Stephanie made us feel so welcome and gave us a ton of great information!! 10/10 will be coming back 🙂

Just drove by this place. There were 20 people standing outside in the pouring rain. Waiting to get in for about 20 minutes. The line was all the way to the road. Don’t understand why it’s not a quicker procedure to get in and out of this place. And why they have 20 people standing outside in the rain. Not to mention 65$ for a 8th is crazy .

Prices are out of control. $80 for a 1/2 gram of resin sugar is just wrong. I drive an extra 30 minutes to MPX they have way better deals.

Their site rang up my moms products wrong and instead of honoring the price they just basically said oh well. We drove from a half an hour away and could have just gone to one closer if I knew the actual price. I also don’t like that they ring up your card and give you cash back because they want a tip. The security guard outside was also having a very personal conversation on her cell phone while I was waiting to be let it but she was too busy with her conversation that she didn’t notice me so I had to sit there and listen to her profanity riddled conversation until she was done. I’ll just stick to taking the trip to D.C.

used to be my favorite place to go. now everything is priced too high with a small amount of products and the staff was kinda rude the last two times. i had an order and bypassed the line just to be told it wasn’t ready i was too early and then that they didn’t have the product. i was then told to get in line and i could buy something else. there were 15 people ahead of me. just been having bad experience after bad experience.
David has the energy & kindness that the world needs more of. He took care of my order promptly & he was informative about edibles. Awesome guy!
They had a great variety, pricing wasn't too bad, and the staff was wonderful! The girls that helped us were super kind and very helpful, a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be stopping by next time I'm in the area! I also loved the decor inside, it was quite aesthetically pleasing.
I called ahead and went on the website for hours of operation. I was told 6pm, website says 6pm. No where does it say if you’re not there by a certain time you will not get in. I was there 5:40pm and was not allowed to go in. The person opening the door was absolutely rude!If you’re not going to accept ppl after a certain time, this should be posted on your website and told when calling. Some of us have to drive an hour to get there. I wasted time and gas. I will never purchase from this facility again! Ridiculous!
I go to the dispensary in Vineland and two staff members have caught my attention they are Wanda and Dave. Each time I come in they are super friendly and have been consistent. I also want to say not only do they have amazing customer service skills but also are very knowledgeable on the products. I'm able to ask questions and get clear answers (No matter how many questions they remain calm and kind ) making me confident in my purchase. So thankful for you guys.
No fault to Greg, service was great as usual. There’s just been a few times when I place an order as a medical patient & even when I receive a text that my order is fulfilled I’ll get a call when picking up my Mobile order that some strains are sold out already, i know it’s not really to fault of their own but I select particular strains for a reason & it’s a little upsetting when multiple times my order has been fulfilled and ready for pick up somehow it’s not. Regardless everyone is friendly and I really like the environment & prices compared to other dispensaries I’ve been to. I’ve never really had any problems besides my orders missing or strains sold out after I was told my order was fulfilled. But I’ve always been able to get something in replacement.
Daniel was GREAT! It was the dispensary that I'm not very pleased with. They have a phenomenal promo though that they use to garner more foot traffic and while I provide a door swing for them, I also am entitled to my product when I HAVE to order online, only online, to get any rewards points; so, on these specific promo days, they just will not fulfill the online order for it and let it sit so you can't take advantage of the super awesome price... so you just have to risk it and make the drive hoping it'll still be there when you're next up in line. Which is fine. But let me get my loyalty points!
Alfredo was an absolute joy. He smiles, he’s friendly, and also very helpful. My husband and I went to Deptford, to that shop and they acted like we were a bother. They seemed to have more to offer but not worth the drive. I’d rather take the 45 minute drive and have nice people to take care of me.

Probably the best dispensary in all of South Jersey. Typical high prices but sometimes they have good deals. The vibe is great and the line moves quicker than other places I've been like the Botanist and Curaleaf. The prices will start to decrease over the years, as new dispensaries start opening causing more competition ( just like you see in other Rec states )
Generally love this place. However, i placed an online order to be picked up at 530. I waited for the message that it is waiting to be picked up. Never got it so called first thing in the morning. Response was yeah we decided to cancel the order due to short staffing. So canceled, no notice to me and when i call The next morning instead of making it right and telling me to come today, they say yeah we closed it for today too so can’t help you. Because they are busy, they think they can treat a customer like junk.
Everyone who works there is very pleasant and knowledgeable. However the parking lot is just horrible. It took us almost 15 minutes to get out of the parking lot. Just horrible 😞 I really hope you will do something soon with this issue. Since Cannabis became legal you have way more cars then parking. We had to back up and go through the other parking lot, turn around just to get out. It was raining which made it even worse. They do not have enough handicap parking ether. I hope you will address this issue soon. Thank you

Super simple process. Placed my order online, selected a window for pickup, arrived showed my ID, paid, got my items and left. It was much easier than I expected. I thought the wait would be long or there would be some difficult process but it all went very smoothly.
Colin was extremely patient with me as I had many questions about the products. He explained in detail the feelings upon smoking various items to assist in my selection process. Colin also had the manager assist when I had questions about the website. All of the staff are always friendly &!professional. Waited in line for 2 hours on opening day to find minimal , mediocre product at double the price! No where near worth it. Need better product more variety and stop trying to rob us! If I could give1 star I would. I thought having the opportunity to buy legal weed would be great. I couldn't have been more wrong.
Giovanni was very knowledgeable and helpful. I placed an online order in the morning and I was there for an in store pickup. As I waited in line, I heard Giovanni answer many questions. He exhibited much patience and gave his complete attention to each person. The store was very busy. When i got to the register, Giovanni apologized for my wait and thanked me for my patience. Everyone I have ever encountered has been helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is always very clean. The atmosphere has a positive, hip vibe. The store also sends out emails letting me know if there are any specials.I LOVE that the employees are all unique individuals, with varied ethnicities and appearances. Looks like a great place to work!
The staff is so friendly and helpful! I always have a good experience checking in and shopping. Retail sales staff are knowledgeable and never make me feel silly when I have questions. Overall a great business serving those it can help.Update: The remodel to accommodate recreational users looks great and the experience as a medical patient has been seamless. Now just stock some 2:1 lozenges in 35 packs for medical and you will be perfect.
Natalie was so helpful and patient with me! It’s sometimes intimidating going into a place like this when you’re not well versed on the inventory. She helped me understand my medical prescription, and got me in and out very quickly which was nice. She helped me redeem and understand my rewards points, which brought down my cost. She is super knowledgeable and pleasant! Thankful to be met with such kindness. Will definitely be back!
Prices are outrageous. Just bought a half gram vape cartridge and it’s not even full.. for $65. Employees are very nice but would never buy a vape again.
The staff are wonderful and always very helpful! I thought it was nice before the renovations, but now it's REALLY nice! Speaking as a medical patient, I've never had to wait to be served for more than just a few minutes, but I can't say how it is as a recreational adult user in terms of wait time. I would say it's definitely worth the wait, though!
