Great spot!! I ordered through their website and when I arrived to pick up, the product was unfortunately sold out. Mike made things right and gave me a different product while honoring the same price. Will be back!!

Ran into this dispensary looking for a smoke shop a few blocks down. Happy I found this gem, Omad and another very kind man assisted me (sad I forgot to get his name 😒 lol). Overall I had a great experience and was well informed of my options. Grateful to have found them!

I always have a great experience at this dispensary. The staff consistently makes sure I’m taken care of, and you can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of what they offer. The selection is always fresh, authentic, and thoughtfully curated not just whatever’s available. One thing I really appreciate is their partnership with Simply Herb, a brand I first discovered and loved in Massachusetts. It’s exciting to see it carried here. They also make an intentional effort to stock products from Black-owned businesses, which speaks volumes about their values and the community they support. This dispensary isn’t just about making a sale, they’re about sourcing with integrity, offering quality, and creating a welcoming space. Definitely one of my favorite spots.

Timber 5 took great care of me. I accidentally received an out of date item. I don’t live in the area so I had to return when I was next close by. The owner Mike was amazing and provided me with a swap out of replacement products of equal value without question. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back again!

Timber 5 Dispensary just celebrated its 1-year anniversary, and I couldn’t be more proud to support such an amazing Black-owned business right here in the Franklin community. They’ve done a fantastic job not only building a solid business but also giving back and staying involved in the neighborhood. I’ve personally benefited from their generosity and good energy. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and always brings a positive vibe. I even won this awesome raffle prize during the anniversary celebration just another example of how they give back to their loyal customers.Wishing Timber 5 continued growth and much success ahead. We’re lucky to have you in the community!
