I love Valley Wellness! The staff are always very friendly, and willing to help answer any questions you may have. I have been a Recreational smoker for probably 20 years or so, and i can say the prices are moderate. Sometimes a little pricey but relatively average for the market. They make up for it in rewards points and they always have great sales going on. The Product is always top notch! The online ordering system is second to none. No matter how large the order, 5-10 minutes after i order its ready for pick up. Its amazing! Really great experience and environment. Im definitely going to be a Life long customer!

Just moved to the area this year and have used Valley Wellness multiple times over. Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean and welcoming storefront. Their delivery service is great too. Even when there was an issue with completing my delivery order, the staff member was happy to find the solution and left me feeling confident that it would be resolved. Love this place, I’ll be a regular for years to come.

Great service, 100% professional and friendly. Price is right too. What I also liked is how colorblind they were and did not treat me differently. I was treated like everyone else. Some of the people on this review chain ought to read Coleman Hughes, get over themselves and their victimization. It's a weed dispensary for God's sake not another outlet for your venting... Keep up the good work Valley

Your security guard and how you handle people at the door will be the demise of this business. 0 costumer service. this place only wants your money. The guard likes to get on a high horse and single people out. What he did to me was very disrespectful. The manager doesn’t have the backbone to tell the guard to do his job and stop singling people out, Instead costumers are told to “mind their own business and not others”. GO TO SOUTH BOUND BROOK, EXCELLENT STAFF
While enjoying the vibe. I helped my friend through registration and we were awarded for our fancy impromptu dance routine. Security enjoyed us so much they came from the back, 😂 smiling, and thankful, just as we were for their kindness.

Finally, a great local dispensary! Well organized, clean, friendly staff. I like how present security is, it’s evident that valley wellness is secure and well monitored. I always place online orders to avoid waiting, and the ONE time I did have an issue with a cart, they rectified the issue and provided a working replacement upon my return of product and receipt. Glad to have this as an option in Somerset county!

I always have an amazing experience at this dispensary. However todays experience makes me not want to come back. I bought $125 worth of product. One of my items was out of stock. I went into the store to exchange it, and there was a gentleman who helped me ( cashier 57317) who rushed through my order and did not allow me to use my points which would have taken $28 off of my order. I needed to use my points. I live far and pass two dispensary’s to come to this one, please do not rush your customers while they are buying your product.

I was greeted by the Gentleman at the door who checked my card very friendly always then Austin helped me inside with my order. Extremely friendly, very sweet and helpful!! Upon leaving. I chatted with Ahmed We spoke about horses for a quick second or two very interesting conversation. All around wonderful customer service here at Valley wellness. What a wonderful establishment.
