Use to be one of my favorite places of the 1st dispensary open near me. Unfortunately, the reason for my review is because manager was rude and didn’t want to hear me out about my issue with a leaking cartridge. I was told to bring original receipt and packing and I will be ok. I did so and the manager told me final sale I never had a problem at this location. But customer always right and should be able to explain issue and get some answers and help. The other gentleman explained to me like I buying in the street final sale. I’m confused I bought License dispensary and order here all the time and 1st time I had an issue treated me rude. Not sure if I’ll be back here.
I don’t understand why yall never tell us what specials you have going and what promotions our purchases would be eligible for. I spend $200+ every time I go and yall NEVER say “hey you’re able to get this promotion for spending this amount”. It’s frustrating to find out after the transaction I could’ve gotten an additional product for free or heavily discounted.
Rae was extremely helpful and made my experience in the store pleasant! Everyone is always nice here, however Rae had the skills and technique that I ended up spending an extra $21! That’s at a discounted price and I was happy to spend. Great service and friendly atmosphere.:)
Nassem is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She provided excellent customer service. She was extremely patient and answered my one million questions and assisted me in finding a sleep aid.

They have this lady , working as a manager???? For the love of all the gods in this world? She created a click in there that you won’t believe , I had a problem with a representative over the phone in November and that’s why I’m not allowed to shop there? Meanwhile, I was shopping all the way to January meanwhile I had called the state on her one time and won the case ? So she does a sneaky Maneuver , And bands me from going yooooooo and if u just talk to this person for 1 minute u understand no way on earth , she should be a manager, no way
I couldn’t place a pick up online today so I had to order in store. It’s ok though because Daniel got me right. I like his spirit and his insight on products. Employees like him is what keeps me coming back to businesses. It’s ideal customer service.
Very great customer service me and my mother in law walked in & was out within 20-25 minutes very satisfied with what we purchased we told the staff who was helping us what type of feeling/ hi we would like and he gave us the perfect bud for each thing we asked for I highly recommend. I popped a tired on my way there, and i knew my flat would make it into the parking lot where i could maybe find some friendly people. Not only did Ron from behind the counter rise the occasion, also the assistant manager, Mattias taught us all how to change a tire. Also, direction parking lot traffic navigate around the scenes of my transplant I was so impressed. i feel confident changing my tire to spare if that ever happens again. I Much thanks, it's worth the drive!!!!
Great store, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had an issue with a cart. And the manager resolved it quickly and professionally. With all the new dispensaries popping up this is still my goto.
I enjoyed my experience with Thomas today. I think he got good personality just made for this job. He tells you about sales and give you customer service. It makes we put a smile on your face.And I was grateful. I eventually got him back and I'm so happy even gave me great discount.We're gonna give it up for Thomas thomas's the best.
Brianna was so sweet and answered all of mine and my wife’s questions. She made us both feel so comfortable asking her anything and not feeling silly about any questions we had. She also gave us completely honest reviews about product which we very much appreciated. We have been to a couple different dispensaries and this one was by far the absolute best! We will be back here for sure!
Everyone there is always welcoming and helpful. From the moment your ID is being scanned to the time you complete your transaction everyone make the experience so pleasant! There’s no dispensary that match their vibes! Aprile helped me today and she was very informative and kind! Thank you for the recommendations
I have no issue with the staff or the service, but you can get much cheaper products at different dispensaries. I won't walk in this building again until the prices drop drastically. $65-$70 for an oz plus tax. Hard pass.
I always appreciate Karla’s assistance. She is friendly professional kind and patient with me when I ask questions. She is also knowledgeable about the products. I look forward to working with her on my visits to this dispensary.

Have to agree with some recent reviews. The employees used to be very helpful and made the experience pleasant. Most recent visit I had asked for a menu of available flower and the cashier just pointed at a screen. I selected the product and he then said that it was sold out. I said that’s why I asked for what was available. He was then very rude and if this is any indication of how this place is now I will go elsewhere. When needed. Way cheaper to purchase flower the old fashioned way anyway. Only come to a dispensary in a pinch.
I come here often, and the front desk staff completely ruins the experience. Always on their phones, not paying attention - or doing their job, often rude and dismissive.**Bud tenders are usually great though!! I love Alan, he’s always friendly and knowledgeable, plus he remembers you which makes you feel welcome. Haven’t seen him lately though…
Stew was so very helpful and kind. I felt comfortable to ask more questions about products and that makes a difference for the entire buying experience. I feel more confident and satisfied with the selections I made because Stew took the time to make suggestions based on my needs and went out of his way to check that what I was looking for was available.
Apothecarium Dispensary does not sell freshly harvested premium flower. I bought four canisters last night to come home and find out the flower was harvested back in June 2022….it is so dry and moldy - I am disgusted that they allow this type of quality control. Will not be going back here.

This place is my go to and the man, the myth, the legend, best bud tender east of the Mississippi, is named Allen. This man will never disappoint and he has recommended great products time and time again. It’s a great spot but the service is out of this world. I would wait and make sure you can speak with Allen if you want the best experience a dispensary could give. Great products and better staff.Enjoy🥂,

I’ve been going here for awhile now and the staff has been very personable and professional. Sometimes I don’t even realize that I’m there for over a half a hour! They never rush you. They take their time with you. They also hold a lot of events and giveaways. Definitely the best dispensary in the state. Ask for Alan when you go. He’s very experienced and will take care of you.
Love the place. Great store with great product not separated by Med vs Rec flower. The people I've met, Alan Carter and Anthony, are a blast to work with and are VERY knowledgeable. They will steer you correctly. See them and you will be happy you did. This is my favorite is NJ so far.
Will be finding a new dispensary to go to. I was sold a defective cartridge. When I bought it I was not informed I have to keep my receipt (which I was never given) and original packaging. If I had known that I would’ve made sure to keep it. I was also not informed of their 7 day policy for returns of defective products. It’s been 3 months since I bought the product and it is just now showing it’s defects. Although I don’t agree with the policy it is what it is. What I did not appreciate was the lack of customer service and extremely rude demeanor of the staff. This business has not properly trained their staff to be accommodating to their customers. The employee I first spoke to was ready to tell me we can’t do anything and let me walk out the door with absolutely no solution or suggestion. Whether that be a new cartridge or other product that may work for me. The manager was willing to explain more to me and offer me a discounted cartridge which I appreciate. Employees need better training with interacting with the public.
been buying their stuff sinceopening. good quality, worth the price but only slightly for the convenience factor. from what i hear the lines can get pretty OD at other dispos in NJ but never had a long wait here. 1 star off for price point and sass i got on a recent visit. if you’re tired, get some sleep but don’t take it out on the customer if i need totake time to decide on a strain. seriously?

Michael helped me out and he was so great! I left something behind and he ran out to the parking lot to get it to me. Great service, good prices, and an amazing staff. This dispensary is 45 min from me but its the only one i go to bc i leave happy every time.
Always a great experience all around every visit. Today was even better, the staff is always friendly. My bud tender Jewel noticed the shirt I was wearing from another dispensary in Vegas that we both had visited. She was very informative and helpful. Hope to have her again as my bud tender!
The Apothecarium is by far the best of them all in NJ. The staff are always super nice, and the selection is always interesting and ever expanding. I am a medical patient, and the ‘patient promise’ credo really shines through and separates them from all other dispensaries. They truly do prioritize patients and make sure they are getting the most competitive prices/experience offered to them. Thank you guys for being the best of the best!
My experience today overall was pretty amazing!! Entering the dispensary I was approached by an employee named Eugene( highly approachable as well). Eugene made me feel comfortable in making my first initial purchase at the dispensary. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the products offered at the store. Not only was he able to answer all of my questions he also showed a sincere interest in helping me understand the difference in products. Eugene was empathetic which allowed me to connect with him and be able to leave the store with no doubts or concerns. Overall, the presentation of the store and employees are great.
Ive been going to the apothecarium for almost a year now and I can’t rave about it enough. Tina is probably the friendliest person you’ll ever meet. I always love seeing her there. Tommy always gives the most informative “Ted talks” on the new strains and effects. Anthony is also just as great. The selection is amazing. Their “brand”, Kind Tree’s quality is the best in the state. Between that and the new selections they’re getting out of state I don’t see why you’d ever need to go anywhere else.
Update: the New live resin cartridge is extremely hard to pull a hit. Feels like I’m trying to hit a clogged cart. Not good. Still love their flower and original carts. Dropping a star for the new product that feels cloggedThe line and parking system was streamlined and efficient. There is a parking sign near the dispensary for free parking. And the line moved quickly as well. They take your order while you’re in line and begin prepping your order as soon as possible. When I jumped in line I was about 15th in the outside line, waited about 10 minutes before going inside and waiting another 5 minutes. The product I purchased was amamzing as well, two carts. YODA OG and Sunset Sherbert. The staff was extremely positive and helpful as well. Thanks!
