I ordered online to pick up and when I got there, I was told that I did a medical order, but there was no way to determine that from the website. No big deal, always like to go into a new dispensary, so I got in there and they have these computers where you order from, with somebody there to help you, so I was easily able to re-create my order. Then I get to the actual bud tender. Very nice guy, and they take debit cards, which was great however, my debit card would not go through. So I go to their ATM machine. One of them is not working. The other one allows me to take $200 out The first time, then, on the next, it only allows me to take out $40, and then only dispenses $20 and runs out of cash, so now I don’t have enough money to pay for my goodies. Luckily I was able to use another debit card to finish the transaction.The orders are put behind the scenes and then put through a box to the budtenders to give you. You’ve placed your order at the computer in front so you’re not really having very much conversation and you’re not tipping the person who actually put your order together so there’s just a big disconnect personally compared to other places that I’ve been to.Would not recommend. Very impersonal, no discounts for first time visitors. Thoroughly unimpressed and disappointed.

The employees get 5 stars.The product itself, I'd give a 1-2 star rating.I know the state needs to collect its taxes. I know how business needs to operate, and there needs to be some profit margin.My issue is prices don't match quality.For most of the items.Some items are great, but after going through most of their catalog.Someone needs to reevaluate how most things are priced. Quality and price should match.

completely unreliable store. i purchased two 7g shake containers. labled as “high thc” both having over 20% thc. when i arrived at home both the containers had completely dry flower, absolutely horrible taste, and what felt like 0 thc. i called them to ask for a refund or an exchange which they said they were unable to do. i then got on the phone with a “supervisor” who offered me a discount on my next purchase. they also said i could check the quality of the flower inside the store so i could be reassured of the quality of my purchase. when i made this discounted purchase, again for two high thc 7g shake containers, i checked the containers inside the store and the exact same issue arose. i then spoke with the manager who rudely explained to me why he could not do anything except offer me a lower discount for my next purchase. i explained what i was told on the phone and he explained to me how that was incorrect. i then said that the ability to check on the quality of my purchase was the sole reason i came back. i asked him how the store assures the quality of their products and he said “WE DON’T.” he was rude, spoke over me, and shut me down while trying to explain my situation. i have now wasted $220 on absolutely useless flower, and the manager basically gave me the middle finger with his attitude. i will never return to this store and i recommend the same for anyone who values their hard-earned money.

Bought glassware that was fine for a couple weeks until a piece snapped off. I called they said to bring it in, but the manager wouldn’t even hear it or even offer any type of credit. Great if your buying consumables, but its better to buy other products online for better customer service and warranty. Don’t see myself going back, I’ll stick to Rise. Thanks.

When you preorder, Make sure your Batch id on your receipt matches the product package id number!! They gave me something different than what I ordered. I don’t recommend any Ozone products!!!If you do shop there, buy completely sealed products and not something with just a piece of tape securing it.Never buy anything on sale, I repeat never buy anything on sale.And again just be very careful with what you buy. Make sure it’s what you ordered bc I feel scammed. I won’t get fooled again!

I will never come here again. Earlier today my boyfriend must have dropped his wallet when walking in after showing his ID. We realized within 2-3 minutes when we went to pay for our order that his wallet was missing. Well someone must have saw him drop his wallet because it was gone with the $400 cash inside.I asked to speak with a manager after a very nice young lady was trying to make the situation better and immediately help us get a supervisor. I don’t know the supervisors name but it was a very flamboyant male with very short black hair who was awful.He told us he would take down our name and number and let us know if anything turns up. I asked him if he could check the cameras to see what exactly happened and he kept insisting he’d call us and that we would have to file paperwork with police and he wouldn’t tell us any details on what he sees regardless. Then kept telling me he didn’t know why I wanted him to check the cameras because he won’t tell me anything.When I told him I just wanted him to see what happened so I could figure out what to do next - he told me he has things to do and it would take at least 20-30 minutes. When I said ok I have no problem waiting he told me he would jump on it with a smirk on his face. We ended up walking out because they were never going to help us.I will never come to the fort lee location again. Whoever owns this location in Fort Lee should really reevaluate who they having managing this store. I’m sure I won’t be the last customer this individual has an issue with in your establishment.

Be very careful with their sales they don’t always put them on the register and the cashier doesn’t always notice. I was charged full price for an on sale item multiple times, and when I try to get a return for this pre roll one of their female managers gave me a hard time about it and would only give me a 10% discount on an item that should’ve been 20% off. I ended up walking out very frustrated and didn’t notice that the sale wasn’t put on until I went home. I don’t understand why they don’t keep their registers up-to-date making it easier for the cashiers.

This is the place to go in the area, other dispensaries just can't beat their prices, at least that I'm aware of. The flower is super high quality, with beautiful and photogenic herbs and THC %s usually higher than displayed on the website. The staff is super friendly and are pretty generous with discounts when problems arise. Love going here for both medical and rec and don't see much reason to go elsewhere unless I'm really missing Harmony's strains.

I bought 4 disposable cartridges back in April and they never worked. I lost the receipt and I figured I wouldn’t be able to get a refund or exchange without it. A few employees came to dine in at the restaurant I work at and they said that they would be able to rectify the situation for me. So I go back to ask if they can exchange the bad products for a good one. The gentleman helping me named Robert was extremely understanding and was trying to help me as best he could. But another employee named Peace came and gestured Robert that he would take over and handle the situation. This guy kept going on and on about how I waited 4 months and that the system wouldn’t allow. There could have been a way for them to take responsibility for selling products that don’t work at all. Eventually I came to terms that I could not an exchange. I then asked for help on how to take the oil out of the bad cartridge and put it into a an empty one that works. He claimed that they or not a single person in the store knows how to troubleshoot the electronic devices. All they know how to do is smoke it and sell it. Doesn’t sound like a knowledgeable employee to me at all. I wonder what the hiring process is like. Does Peace even know or understand the products he is selling at all?This experience leaves a terrible taste in my mouth as a client. That’s horrible service and for one employee to use his ego to dismiss another employee that was initially handling the situation says a lot about the work culture within this store. Would never return here again thanks to Peace.

It's good for convenience and all the staff are very, very friendly and helpful. No issue with the store itself whatsoever. However, the quality of the bud is really low. None of the stuff they sell is cured properly- ive tried low, mid, and high thc strains of indica sativa and hybrid. None of them have ever been properly cured before packaging. So, if you buy bud from here, make sure to remove the lid and let it "air out" for several hours/overnight to make it a little more smokable. For carts? Perfect- 40 dollar for a half gram cart of high thc stuff- equal to dealer prices before the legalization/pandemic.

Service can be better. I went to a representative to ask a question, not to buy. She treated me like I was cutting other customers and loudly said to order at the hub because there are other people waiting on line. It was my first time there and I wanted to ask a couple of questions before buying and her attitude completely turned me off. I don't know why they would be so rude about it. There were only 5 people on line and there were 5 other representatives to help them so it was strange that she would create a scene like this. Maybe she was not in a good mood but it was unnecessary to take it out on a customer. Luckily, another representative was kind enough to answer my questions and I finally made a purchase thanks to his knowledge and patience.

My aunt went in there twice and had to return carts since they were half full.She’s a MEDICAL patient.When she went in this last time, Kenny, the person at the medical counter PUT HIS HAND IN HER FACE and started repeating “OK OK OK OK OK!!” as she was explaining what was going on. A coworker apparently had to tell him to relax.She takes it all in stride and to her it’s a funny story and labeled him a “typical old white man who hates women”.I called to complain and they said they’d note the problem.But I’m very disappointed and appalled that they would treat anyone, and a medical patient at that, so rudely.Be better, Kenny! OK!?

The best experience I could ever have in a dispensary that I wish I could give 10 Stars. I first called and Katie assured me it would be pretty chill since it was still medicinal only and I could avoid the crowds and the traffic. I had my card and prescription prepared so I mentioned I would get there later. It's easy to find it because of the big sign and there's a parking lot. As soon as I came in, Shymore and Gian helped me with making the account. They even told me about keeping the receipts for taxes which I never knew and apparently some dispensaries forget to tell folks this. As soon as I walked in, someone approached me who I realized was Katie. I mentioned what I was wearing on the phone and hoping someone would help me but was pleasantly surprised that Katie did indeed come out. I felt so comfortable and safe with her. She answered all of my questions and understood when I talked about my mental health/neurodivergence. She definitely knew her knowledge and taught me so many things I never knew despite me being a user for over a decade. She walked me through ordering on the screen and even let me go back before finally checking out to check things for the last time. When I was going to pay, my Debit Card was declined. There was this whole thing with having to go to the bank and they let me leave my order with them so I could figure that out. Unfortunately, I couldn't so I recommend you inform your bank about making a big purchase just in case. However, I was able to use Cash. I so appreciated their trust in letting me leave to figure that out then come back to finally pay. Katie also even wrote instructions for me and signed my receipt for my travel scrapbook. I want to give shout-outs to the other wonderful staff I met: Josie who shared a bit of her experience with me. She explained how she handles her symptoms and how the one product I ordered was so delicious. Nia was helping and also joined in on the conversation. She went over the transaction with me before being finalized with Katie. Imani said hi to me and let me know I could purchase the water bottle. I liked that they double checked their products. I wanted the beanie but it was sold out but it's okay and they were so nice about it. Joe was fun to talk to and was very lighthearted, even talking about reality shows. There was two other nice guys I met but I had forgotten to ask them to repeat their names but it was a White guy near the counter and a Black guy with a hat who was near the water bottles and reached them for us. I almost didn't want to leave because I just wanted to stay and hang out and talk with them. I was actually sad to leave. I feel so much better that I picked the right products with Katie's help. I feel so much better knowing I picked the right dispensary to go to for life. I was very nervous and talkative but they were so understanding of my obvious anxiety/OCD/etc. Thank you so much

Doesn’t sound like a knowledgeable employee to me at all. I wonder what the hiring process is like. Does Peace even know or understand the products he is selling at all?This experience leaves a terrible taste in my mouth as a client. That’s horrible service and for one employee to use his ego to dismiss another employee that was initially handling the situation says a lot about the work culture within this store. Would never return here again thanks to Peace.

    It's good for convenience and all the staff are very, very friendly and helpful. No issue with the store itself whatsoever. However, the quality of the bud is really low. None of the stuff they sell is cured properly- ive tried low, mid, and high thc strains of indica sativa and hybrid. None of them have ever been properly cured before packaging. So, if you buy bud from here, make sure to remove the lid and let it "air out" for several hours/overnight to make it a little more smokable. For carts? Perfect- 40 dollar for a half gram cart of high thc stuff- equal to dealer prices before the legalization/pandemic.

I had a bit of an issue with a product and Chris was able to partner up with his supervisor Jasmine and help me sort things out! They both were super patient and even helpful in helping me pick my selection for the day! This is my 3rd time here and the customer service is always outstanding! Best dispensary 🤓!

    Way over priced and they use/obey a NJ law that states they can't sell ounces or half an ounce as a crutch to sell 3.5 grams for $60. There's better flower on the streets. Especially in NYC.

    I really like this place to begin with, but today, when I went in, their entire system went down. They started taking orders on paper, by hand, and still got everything out really quickly! The staff in Fort Lee is really quick and courteous, and the products are good. Recommend

    Service can be better. I went to a representative to ask a question, not to buy. She treated me like I was cutting other customers and loudly said to order at the hub because there are other people waiting on line. It was my first time there and I wanted to ask a couple of questions before buying and her attitude completely turned me off. I don't know why they would be so rude about it. There were only 5 people on line and there were 5 other representatives to help them so it was strange that she would create a scene like this. Maybe she was not in a good mood but it was unnecessary to take it out on a customer. Luckily, another representative was kind enough to answer my questions and I finally made a purchase thanks to his knowledge and patience.

    My aunt went in there twice and had to return carts since they were half full.She’s a MEDICAL patient.When she went in this last time, Kenny, the person at the medical counter PUT HIS HAND IN HER FACE and started repeating “OK OK OK OK OK!!” as she was explaining what was going on. A coworker apparently had to tell him to relax.She takes it all in stride and to her it’s a funny story and labeled him a “typical old white man who hates women”.I called to complain and they said they’d note the problem.But I’m very disappointed and appalled that they would treat anyone, and a medical patient at that, so rudely.Be better, Kenny! OK!?

John at the register couldn’t have been more helpful recommending the Platinum gorilla and some edibles to my Spanish speaking mom and made her first experience very smooth.     The best experience I could ever have in a dispensary that I wish I could give 10 Stars. I first called and Katie assured me it would be pretty chill since it was still medicinal only and I could avoid the crowds and the traffic. I had my card and prescription prepared so I mentioned I would get there later. It's easy to find it because of the big sign and there's a parking lot. As soon as I came in, Shymore and Gian helped me with making the account. They even told me about keeping the receipts for taxes which I never knew and apparently some dispensaries forget to tell folks this. As soon as I walked in, someone approached me who I realized was Katie. I mentioned what I was wearing on the phone and hoping someone would help me but was pleasantly surprised that Katie did indeed come out. I felt so comfortable and safe with her. She answered all of my questions and understood when I talked about my mental health/neurodivergence. She definitely knew her knowledge and taught me so many things I never knew despite me being a user for over a decade. She walked me through ordering on the screen and even let me go back before finally checking out to check things for the last time. When I was going to pay, my Debit Card was declined. There was this whole thing with having to go to the bank and they let me leave my order with them so I could figure that out. Unfortunately, I couldn't so I recommend you inform your bank about making a big purchase just in case. However, I was able to use Cash. I so appreciated their trust in letting me leave to figure that out then come back to finally pay. Katie also even wrote instructions for me and signed my receipt for my travel scrapbook. I want to give shout-outs to the other wonderful staff I met: Josie who shared a bit of her experience with me. She explained how she handles her symptoms and how the one product I ordered was so delicious. Nia was helping and also joined in on the conversation. She went over the transaction with me before being finalized with Katie. Imani said hi to me and let me know I could purchase the water bottle. I liked that they double checked their products. I wanted the beanie but it was sold out but it's okay and they were so nice about it. Joe was fun to talk to and was very lighthearted, even talking about reality shows. There was two other nice guys I met but I had forgotten to ask them to repeat their names but it was a White guy near the counter and a Black guy with a hat who was near the water bottles and reached them for us. I almost didn't want to leave because I just wanted to stay and hang out and talk with them. I was actually sad to leave. I feel so much better that I picked the right products with Katie's help. I feel so much better knowing I picked the right dispensary to go to for life. I was very nervous and talkative but they were so understanding of my obvious anxiety/OCD/etc. Thank you so much
