Rahul and Ziro were the two most helpful people I’ve ever had help me out at the dispensary. By just telling them my preferences during my first ever visit, Rahul told me two items I loved and went out of his way to write it down on a piece of paper as I waited for the next counter available. He also told Ziro what I liked and she was quick to help myself and a friend, but even blessed it with a 20% first time discount offer to which she suggested bring a new friend every time. So happy with my purchase but really blown by the exceptional service. 11/10

I don’t usually come to this place because it used to have very long lines outside and took forever. I was told that it is under new ownership and I should try it out. I’m so glad I did! It was so fast and easy. I had Valeria helping me and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. I went to make a purchase last Friday and I'm ready to leave but my car didn't start. I called AAA the wait was 3 hours. Staff saw me sitting in my car and came out to help. Absolutely personable, friendly, and all around a wealth of knowledge. I love this dispensary. It’s always such a calm atmosphere and everyone makes you feel welcome. I ordered 2 disposables online and came in to pick them up. I ended up dropping one like an hour later and cracking the glass. I just called them up and asked if i could return it and possibly get another one. The lady who answered the phone was so sweet and told me to come right in and switch it out. I came and they took care of me right away and gave me another one. They even gave me the old one back and told me to just throw it out because they can’t. I love coming here will be coming back. Thank you to the lady who was at the door and knew about me right away. He had an answer for every question I asked (and I stood there forever asking them) and had a smile on the entire time. The place has been great and the staff is cool as hell. My only complaint is that I got my medicine the other day and it was dry and stale even with the bottle sealed. Never had any issue with their products, but this was way below acceptable. I have noticed that since the change, the descriptions of product hasn't been as goodTalked to the manager about 1pm today. Not a fan of going here because even as a medical patient front end staff are usually very abrasive and uncaring (not very professional). I'm often spoken to as if I did something wrong or like I'm an inconvenience by being there to get my medicine.Check-in area for medical should be more clearly marked. Myself & others I know felt a bit lost on what this dispensary's check-in procedure was and where to go when you walk in.Bud-tenders in the back are MUCH nicer and are super helpful.Even after Ayr took over this location that was previously "Garden State Dispensary " nothing has changed...I hope they're working on it.*Until then, I'm sticking with Zen Leaf--much more efficient & friendly service as well as higher quality bud there.*

First time visitor of Ayr in Woodbridge, and candidly wasn't expecting much after reading some recent reviews. Placed my order online and made my way to the shop (about 20 min drive) on a Sunday late-afternoon. It was a pleasant experience all around, ID checked upon arrival and got led to the pick-up counter waiting area, then in with a sales associate within a few minutes...total time was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Only critique would be - they have about 20-25 comfortable chairs, but tell you not to sit because the person won't be able to see you...? All in all friendly staff & service, easy on the eyes, will be back. Appreciate yall.

I don’t know why I even bother always trying this place. It’s too expensive, there’s literally less selection than a dealer on the street, and it’s not even that good. But tonight was the last straw. I finally caved and placed an online order to pick up. I never received a text saying my order was ready. I called three times and nobody answered the phone. So I said screw it I’ll just drive there, I don’t want to get there too late and it’s closed. For recreational, it says they close at 8. I get there at 7:45 and they are blatantly open. So I go inside and the giant security dude steps to me and asks what I want. I said I’m here to pick up my online order. He just grunts and replies, “We’re closed” I reply that Google says 8pm. He shakes his head and says, “7:30”. I rhetorically ask him, “So I’m beat then, huh?” . He doesn’t say anything at all. Just stares at me with these dead lifeless eyes. And I’m like, “Oookay have a good night!” This place is just god awful.

Definitely the slowest moving dispensaries in New Jersey I’ve been to. This is worse than standing in line at Motor Vehicle! If you have options, try zen leaf, rise or breakwater. Much more efficient with bud tenders who can assist you while you stand on an hour plus line of 20 people waiting for your PRE ORDER! Inside of the store is basic at best and the employees spend too much time talking to each other instead of doing their job. This dispensary should pay people to come here for the level of customer service you get. Oh and don’t call them… they don’t answer and their mailbox of full anyway.

It is unbelievable how bad this place is. There can be ten people in line and you somehow wait over an hour. You can show up 2.5 hours before closing and not end up getting served before they close. Multiple times I’ve been shorted or gotten carts that were handled incorrectly and leaked out. Ignore your GPS and go to the next-closest dispensary. I am not a medicinal customer, but based on what I’ve seen at other dispensaries, it doesn’t appear that they are following regulations for properly prioritizing those people. This is the most poorly run business I’ve ever dealt with.

Not my favorite dispensary to go to for several reasons. Technically, they're closer to me than the other dispensaries in NJ, but the line and waits are so long that it's quicker to drive to a further dispensary than it is to wait in their lines. The longest I've waited here was just about 2 hours on a relatively short line.Also, every time I've been there, they offered no discounts at all. Every other dispensary I've gone to offers student/teacher or other discounts. When I asked if they did it there, they looked at me like I had 3 heads.You can go to another dispensary and save anywhere from 10%-50% depending on what discount you can take advantage of.In terms of the quality of their product, it's on par with the other dispensaries I go to. However, when everything else about shopping there leaves a lot to be desired, I'd suggest going somewhere else if you can. You'll save quite a bit of money and some time.

Even if you order online for a pick up, they don't have a separate section for orders online, so you're still gonna wait in line 45 minutes to an hour outside and then wait again inside .There are so many places now Zen RISE DELTA DON AP...to name a few, AND are much more organized and efficient for a quick in and out! so unfortunately I won't be coming here much due to the line waiting. But everyone was super nice.

Expecting people with medical conditions to wait outside in a long line in the heat with no shade with the recreational shoppers unless you come at specific very inconvenient times, even after ordering online. They don't pick up the phone and voicemail full. Prices went up to meet recreational demand. Not worth the headache. Just head over to Zenleaf or Breakwater for better prices and service.This place was good before rec, but if their only focus is to make money off rec, why not just forfeit the medical license instead of pretending they care.

Went for the first time for recreational. Placed an order online with a pickup appointment time of 7:15pm. Arrived at 7:10pm and was told the appointment isn’t real and to get in the (very long) line. At 7:20pm the guy informs us that no one is getting in after 7:30pm. He then flat out lies and says it’s because NJ doesn’t allow recreational sales after 8pm. There was absolutely No notice when placing the order online about coming early, that the appointment doesn’t matter, etc. I have been to 3 other dispensaries, all much smaller, and have Never had to wait outside like that, been rejected with an appointment, and they’re all open to 9pm or later. This place is a disaster. Thank you for the waste of my time and overpriced gas. Never again.Side note…notice how they only bother to respond to the clearly bogus 5 star reviews made by their employees and friends? The state needs to take their license away.

I drive past everyday because of rumored long wait times.Today I desired to give them a shot… there were only 6 people in the line out front, I stood there for half hour before getting soaked in a massive downpour, was next to go in and was told sorry we’re at capacity. You could see the emptiness inside, plenty of room. Long story short I ran to zen leaf, got better bud at a better price and probably got home before they finished their line.

Long wait for personal use Friday at 10:15am. Go to Zen in Elizabeth. They offer discounts for personal use buyers as well as medical. Veteran’s discount 20% & 10% for over 55. Worth the drive. Short lines and better discounts. Also two separate areas for medical vs personal use.

They shorted me again, for the fourth week in a row. I paid for two separate 3.5g containers. I weighed them on 3 separate scales when I got home. One container was 3.05g and the other was 3.1g. I tried to call to complain, but their customer service is non existent, again. No one answers their phones and their voicemail is left on full.I will be calling the state department tomorrow to report this fraudulent behavior. I recommend all of you weigh your own purchases and react accordingly. This fraud must not be allowed to continue.

Rahul and Ziro were the two most helpful people I’ve ever had help me out at the dispensary. By just telling them my preferences during my first ever visit, Rahul told me two items I loved and went out of his way to write it down on a piece of paper as I waited for the next counter available. He also told Ziro what I liked and she was quick to help myself and a friend, but even blessed it with a 20% first time discount offer to which she suggested bring a new friend every time. I love this dispensary. It’s always such a calm atmosphere and everyone makes you feel welcome. I ordered 2 disposables online and came in to pick them up. I ended up dropping one like an hour later and cracking the glass. I just called them up and asked if i could return it and possibly get another one. The lady who answered the phone was so sweet and told me to come right in and switch it out. I came and they took care of me right away and gave me another one. They even gave me the old one back and told me to just throw it out because they can’t. I love coming here will be coming back. Thank you to the lady who was at the door and knew about me right away. I'm often spoken to as if I did something wrong or like I'm an inconvenience by being there to get my medicine.Check-in area for medical should be more clearly marked. Myself & others I know felt a bit lost on what this dispensary's check-in procedure was and where to go when you walk in.Bud-tenders in the back are MUCH nicer and are super helpful.Even after Ayr took over this location that was previously "Garden State Dispensary " nothing has changed...I hope they're working on it.*Until then, I'm sticking with Zen Leaf--much more efficient & friendly service as well as higher quality bud there.*

First time visitor of Ayr in Woodbridge, and candidly wasn't expecting much after reading some recent reviews. Placed my order online and made my way to the shop (about 20 min drive) on a Sunday late-afternoon. It was a pleasant experience all around, ID checked upon arrival and got led to the pick-up counter waiting area, then in with a sales associate within a few minutes...total time was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Only critique would be - they have about 20-25 comfortable chairs, but tell you not to sit because the person won't be able to see you...? All in all friendly staff & service, easy on the eyes, will be back. Appreciate yall.

I don’t know why I even bother always trying this place. It’s too expensive, there’s literally less selection than a dealer on the street, and it’s not even that good. But tonight was the last straw. I finally caved and placed an online order to pick up. I never received a text saying my order was ready. I called three times and nobody answered the phone. So I said screw it I’ll just drive there, I don’t want to get there too late and it’s closed. For recreational, it says they close at 8. I get there at 7:45 and they are blatantly open. So I go inside and the giant security dude steps to me and asks what I want. I said I’m here to pick up my online order. He just grunts and replies, “We’re closed” I reply that Google says 8pm. He shakes his head and says, “7:30”. I rhetorically ask him, “So I’m beat then, huh?” . He doesn’t say anything at all. Just stares at me with these dead lifeless eyes. And I’m like, “Oookay have a good night!” This place is just god awful.

Definitely the slowest moving dispensaries in New Jersey I’ve been to. This is worse than standing in line at Motor Vehicle! If you have options, try zen leaf, rise or breakwater. Much more efficient with bud tenders who can assist you while you stand on an hour plus line of 20 people waiting for your PRE ORDER! Inside of the store is basic at best and the employees spend too much time talking to each other instead of doing their job. This dispensary should pay people to come here for the level of customer service you get. Oh and don’t call them… they don’t answer and their mailbox of full anyway.

It is unbelievable how bad this place is. There can be ten people in line and you somehow wait over an hour. You can show up 2.5 hours before closing and not end up getting served before they close. Multiple times I’ve been shorted or gotten carts that were handled incorrectly and leaked out. Ignore your GPS and go to the next-closest dispensary. I am not a medicinal customer, but based on what I’ve seen at other dispensaries, it doesn’t appear that they are following regulations for properly prioritizing those people. This is the most poorly run business I’ve ever dealt with.

Technically, they're closer to me than the other dispensaries in NJ, but the line and waits are so long that it's quicker to drive to a further dispensary than it is to wait in their lines. The longest I've waited here was just about 2 hours on a relatively short line.Also, every time I've been there, they offered no discounts at all. Every other dispensary I've gone to offers student/teacher or other discounts. When I asked if they did it there, they looked at me like I had 3 heads.You can go to another dispensary and save anywhere from 10%-50% depending on what discount you can take advantage of.In terms of the quality of their product, it's on par with the other dispensaries I go to. However, when everything else about shopping there leaves a lot to be desired, I'd suggest going somewhere else if you can. You'll save quite a bit of money and some time.

Expecting people with medical conditions to wait outside in a long line in the heat with no shade with the recreational shoppers unless you come at specific very inconvenient times, even after ordering online. They don't pick up the phone and voicemail full. Prices went up to meet recreational demand. Not worth the headache. Just head over to Zenleaf or Breakwater for better prices and service.This place was good before rec, but if their only focus is to make money off rec, why not just forfeit the medical license instead of pretending they care.

Went for the first time for recreational. Placed an order online with a pickup appointment time of 7:15pm. Arrived at 7:10pm and was told the appointment isn’t real and to get in the (very long) line. At 7:20pm the guy informs us that no one is getting in after 7:30pm. He then flat out lies and says it’s because NJ doesn’t allow recreational sales after 8pm. There was absolutely No notice when placing the order online about coming early, that the appointment doesn’t matter, etc. I have been to 3 other dispensaries, all much smaller, and have Never had to wait outside like that, been rejected with an appointment, and they’re all open to 9pm or later. This place is a disaster. Thank you for the waste of my time and overpriced gas. Never again.Side note…notice how they only bother to respond to the clearly bogus 5 star reviews made by their employees and friends? The state needs to take their license away.

I drive past everyday because of rumored long wait times.Today I desired to give them a shot… there were only 6 people in the line out front, I stood there for half hour before getting soaked in a massive downpour, was next to go in and was told sorry we’re at capacity. They shorted me again, for the fourth week in a row. I paid for two separate 3.5g containers. I weighed them on 3 separate scales when I got home. One container was 3.05g and the other was 3.1g. I tried to call to complain, but their customer service is non existent, again. No one answers their phones and their voicemail is left on full.I will be calling the state department tomorrow to report this fraudulent behavior. I recommend all of you weigh your own purchases and react accordingly. This fraud must not be allowed to continue.
