I didn't even make it out of the parking lot yet I stopped in to buy my dog some weed treats first time here..Immediately when I was going in the guard stopped me and told me I can bring my dog in,Then I was just greeted by the nicest people you can imagine... And I was expecting people to give me an attitude or be a little nasty because my dog was in the store but every customer and every employee were just so nice and so pleasant I would love to just hang out here for the same like-minded people.That trip literally gave me some hope and humanity

The entire experience doesn't get much easier or better. You can order ahead of time online, you don't even have to be a member or create an account, you can order as a Guest. I'll get my order confirmation as I'm driving over. You simply scan your driver's license upon entry, and again at the checkout to pull up your order, pay and go! As a member OR a guest you even earn rewards points you can use for discounts. They often have sales as well, especially around the holidays when they know people tend to have parties.

Curaleaf Bordentown was very professional and non-judgmental. Interaction with clerk was extremely pleasant. Absolutely no complaints and I look forward to visiting again on my next trip home to NJ.
I just went here and they don't serve until 10:00 for medical so I asked the receptionist very politely if she knew of anything else in the area..."Google it my guy" excellent customer service... I would never come here again nor am I recommending anybody to..The dispensary across the street evolve knows how to treat their customers...
Me and my Partner love this place! It has been consistently growing as a company and a Brand—the staff are always wonderful! (Shout out to the Manager, Tony! The man is on point!).. Aside all of that wonderful-ness, obviously we are here for the weed, and the Select brand carts are one of the best we have tried so far! (we have tried a lot.) You just can’t beat the potency mixed with the specific terrine that will either open or enlighten your mind, relieve anxiety, depression, general aches and pains. The list can go on.We are true fans.Well done.PS. Things Cualeaf should work on:1. Please Go back to the 25 or 30% discount days!!😫2. There are a lot of applicants (like my partner) that want to work for your company. You should probably look into that.

I was at the Curaleaf Bordentown NJ store yesterday. I was helped by an awesome Budtender named Joe. He told me he is the only Joe there, because I asked. I immediately told him I wanted to review. That’s how fabulous he was! Joe is a Gem 💎 of a budtender🤌🏼. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind to me yesterday. Could not have been nicer. First time going and it was pretty crowded. The friendliest encounter was the check in guy. He was bubbly and very nice.The whole process was extremely easy. Ordered on line, confirmation text when it was ready for pickup. The website makes it extremely easy. U pick what you want and pick it up. There is a $3.50 charge for cards used. Cash is simple for me. Only bummer is their app only supports Apple users not Androids.That's it's... Really simple and easy 😉
Great first time trip to Curaleaf. Ordering online for in-store pickup was easy and very convenient. The store is well stocked and we were greeted by such nice employees from the moment we walked in the door. Elizabeth was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products we were purchasing.It's about a 40 minute drive from our home but will definitely be back; it's well worth the trip.

Hope you don't try and place an order ahead of time! Placed my order and it said there was a 25% discount on my order for the holiday. Advertising all over the website, but i got charged full price. Front desk, managers, and the call support were all extremely rude, dismissive, and argumentative! This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I've worked retail for 6 years! Absolutely wrong way to talk to customers! If i could give zero stars I would!
My team member and her trainee were both a delight to work with; they were friendly, offered pertinent advice, and were as efficient as the process would allow. Five stars! Wait for specials and stock up rather than buying a few items at a time. Xmas sales ranged up to 40% off regular prices, and you get 5% bonus points with your purchase. There are sales year round, but the Xmas sales seemed to me to be more dramatic! I saved almost $400 on a $1400 order. Stopped by a few days later to get $52 worth of freebies, based on that order. Points expire in 3 months from date of issue, so be aware. This is a policy that should change, IMHO. (Savings more than covered the cost of getting a medical card, if you have a condition that warrants doing so. The process is easy and the appointment with your prescribing doctor can be done online or with a traditional face-to-face appt.) Also, when you have a card...no waiting in long lines, and you save the 7+% sales tax.

Very Happy, ordered online had to still wait 20 minutes but seemed to go by quickly while looking at stuff and listening to music. Once I got up front it went smooth! Was pretty quick then. George was nice pleasant and helpful. Got some good deals today 🙂🙂🙂
Had a pretty good experience here. Great parking so it was easy in and easy out. First time coming here but they had me set up and ready to go in no time. Its more or less self service with tablets for medical but there was a great woman there who had a vast knowledge on all their products and was a great help. Will definitely come back here again.

I've been to all of the Curaleaf locations and Bordentown is by far the best. It's big, clean, all the employees are super friendly and helpful. Today Anthony gave me some great tips on how to better use the products I was purchasing and told me about current, upcoming and ongoing sales/deals. I always leave this location happy and stress free
This facility is always clean and so well organized! Staff are very knowledgeable and service is the best. Wanted to specifically give kudos to Lucy since she has consistently brought such a nice presence there with her politeness and upbeat personality everytime I came to the store.

Went from an extremely poor experience my first time a year ago to finally actually getting in, since it’s finally now recreational, overall a great dispensary, awesome set up, awesome staff, just very over priced unfortunately.. otherwise great quality at least. Great potency, the cart caught me off guard being natural rather than flavored which is a huge benefit so instead of taking away thc for better flavor you get a real hit the carts are recommended just extremely expensive $$$….. the flower is the same, great quality, great selection just very pricey. So all in all worth it, just not exactly ideal financially, you’re essentially paying slightly higher for the atmosphere, granted it’s awesome, but New Jersey is already expensive enough lol

Curaleaf is amazing! We go out of our way a little bit to come to Curaleaf. There is always a good sale going on. Be sure to sign up for the rewards program! The ability to order ahead is a big timesaver.

The bud tenders are always nice, social and provide me with great customer service. I like the loyalty program for us medical patients, specail parking and our own line.For some of the bad reviews I see I just would suggest when going on the page read from top to bottom. It may save you any disappointment and you will see this is a great place to go. That reminds me, medical patients get a little extra time too either in the morning or evening.

Great staff, super relaxed atmosphere. As of now If you do a little shopping there's product in any price range too. Specialty here is edibles and oil. They also vacuum seal their herb with humidity pods; not farmer's market fresh but definitely supermarket fresh.So: (relatively) affordable, good selection, good staff, good product.
This place just recently opened up to recreational and I've been here a few times and I have to say the wait has been very minimal.The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and behave that way to whoever enters the door. They will spend as much time with you as you need explaining things and giving recommendations, I have seen them do it with people many times while there.Ordering ahead is a dream, I highly recommend it. Plus you get to take advantage of any sales they have because you will see them online.
Pros-Easy ,fast in& out to walk in& order from the kiosk IF you know what you’re getting. Cons -overpriced & the selection is small but hopefully changing over time. “Cash” or debit only. Full money making.Staff looked over worked & tired but not necessarily rude but I didn’t need questions or advice on products.
It would be really nice if they posted the actual hours for recreation vs medical. I made a trip to get there before closing only to be told when I arrived that the last hour was for medical only. Why wouldn’t you advertise that?? So you everyone else knows now, get there BEFORE 7pm if you want recreational. Between 7p - 8p is medical only. Hopefully this will save someone else a trip.
I've been to the Bordentown location a couple of times since they started selling for adult use. My second visit I witnessed bad customer service to someone else and on my third visit had a young guy come out with my order and asked if I wanted a bag. I said no thank you and asked if I can just put it in my purse the guy freaked out and scolded me and said I have to wait until he's done.He should have just asked when he was finished. Then he didn't even give me a receipt and I was nervous about leaving since he just accused me of being a thief. Even though I was just treated like a common criminal I left a tip anyways because I practice kindness, and I'm not a broke person trying to steal. It's a nice location close to my house just not sure if I want to go back. I might try one more time before I go back to Edgewater Park location. Well anyways happy holidays and next time practice kindness for I meant no harm. Next time I'll just get a bag and make sure to get a receipt. Stay safe everyone.
My first experience at any dispensary so, I had no particular expectations. Overall seems a bit over priced but I realize recreational is still relatively new here in n.j. and I hope that will trend to more reasonable prices for recreational users over time. I would have given at least a 4 star had I been given some clear instructions. I was told to use one of the order screens to place my order and that was it. Once I did I got kinda lost on there and I asked an employee how to navigate it properly, assuming I had to put my payment information in on it. Just a little heads up prior would have been helpful. Many of us are still new to this.
out of the dispensaries that i’ve been through this is by far the most amazing one i’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. the staff is always super friendly and helpful. the facility is clean and organized and the waiting area itself is just very big which for many reasons makes me feel comfortable. the front desk associates are so sweet and super easy to have conversation with. as a person who works directly with the public every day i greatly appreciate the people i came across and the experience i’ve had today. holiday season sucks when consumers don’t know how to treat workers. but just know we appreciate the service we were given today. we come every week so clearly we’ll be back 🖤
I received an email stating on "Green Wednesday" take 25% off of your order. I read all the fine print, and even called this location. I ordered ahead from the recreational menu. When I got to the register I told the woman about the email. She said it normally would say if something is for medical only. This email did not. I asked for the manager, at the employees suggestion. Someone attempting to be a manager came over and looked at my email. I said it doesn't state "Medical Only." She clicked through the email to shop then clicked the different links to get to Adult Use. She said, "It doesn't show the 25% off here," and pointed to the other promotions. I said, you just looked at my email, I didn't make the email up. And, she just said, "Ok," and skipped, yes, skipped away. I asked the employee what her name was, and the "Manager" yelled from 25 feet away, Paige!" I said, "Thanks, Paige."She was condescending and rude. I understand we're dealing with cannabis, however that does not mean the employees should not be somewhat professional. Paige was not what I would call a Manager by any stretch. I am right in this situation. If the discount applies to Medical Only, state that. Because, what you're doing now is false advertisement, with no clause at the bottom of the email saying Curaleaf is not responsible for misprints, etc.. I've heard that Curaleaf's customer service in Bordentown was bad, and now I've experienced it for myself. It's sad, because the employee was nicer and much more professional than the "Manager" Paige.
Customer service needs to be addressedMaybe due to new employees not trained properly. When asked why there’s a cost difference with the prices for the medical items as compared to the Adult recreation items. The store associate that greets you when arriving and ask you Can I Help You!! Well those words meant nothing instead she the store associate became very irritated and rude to the fact a question was asked. This individual when leaving also verbally attacked my nephew who was wanting to wait for me out in the entrance area. This same employee went off on my nephew and called for security and a manager, for what??? He only wanted to sit and wait for his uncle who walks with a cane due to knee surgery. The manager became apologetic and the security officer was like , why was he called for this situation. So of course this all falls back on rudeness and for sure a person that should be working Customer Service for any company.I gave two stars only for the customer service we did get once inside the area to purchase our items.Vivian you need to ease up and treat your customers with more respect, I only say this if you are still working at this facility. If I were your manager you would be gone.
EVERYTIME I go to this location I get scammed or flim flamed. You can't touch the product until after you've paid and everytime, it's NOT what I ordered. Sometimes it has another label over the original, the THC % is lower than paid for and even overcharged. Too many negative experiences at this location.Check your order before leaving the counter!
If your a medical user go to this place they have the best deals. Worth the ride regardless of the distance. So many good deals. But hey wait they should get a zero review(no stars) for not making the discounts available to all users. Is that legal by the way?
Boring selection that has been the same for years. Cringe worthy tip jars when the prices are already way too high. $113 for a quarter oz? This is the best we got in Nj? Also the place has about a dozen registers with only one or 2 employees on a register at a time. Please help me find a new ATC.

Very nice dispensary like the location, staff but their strains are good just not the best in new jersey..if I'm being honest it's a website I goto a lot even though it's not my first choice their strain were a higher quality years ago... maybe it just to mass produced so quantity over quality ..don't get me wrong it's not horrible they do have a few good strain but the ones they have that are great are from other dispensary
I had never tried Tinctures. So I was pleasantly surprised to get all the help and questions answered about Tinctures from the lady that greeted me while I was checking in.
Good selection and plenty of deals. However I’ve been buying cartridges for a while from there and this most recent visit they wouldn’t let me purchase them since I was under 21. That’s something that I’ve never heard of or had a problem with since I’m a medical patient. Probably won’t be going back.
The staff are amazing… And… They use to have great bud, but the last 6 or so more months now, I have noticed that package dates are a year old, the bud is dry and 35% of the time the packages look like there short on bud. The carts burn to quick and I don’t think they r an eighth like they say. And trying to get Super Sherb anymore is like biting the lottery when u do.. But I just bought SS three days ago, and it was packaged 02/22/22 so they obviously aren’t running short..
